Did the "Tushnat" Stabber Flee to Israel?

It seems that the Ramapo Police have positively identified the Monsey Tushnat stabber and they speculate that he flew the coup to Israel....

The talk now is that this stabbing was because of the withholding of a get ... and that the victim is innocent and was not the intended target, but was very closely related to the "Get Refuser."

The "Get Refuser" is willing to give the get but the wife's family refuses to allow him to see the kids .......

According to this version, the Father in Law a wealthy guy that lives in Williamsburg .. ordered the hit ....on his son-in-law.

So the Chassidim who know who the stabber is, refuse to hand over this "rotziach" to the cops because that would be "mesirah" ...
So they will let a "mashchis" who stabbed an innocent guy in the eye ... walk .....

What kind of Torah did we teach our children?
"Mesirah" now became the Torah .... Letting a "rotziach," a walking time bomb ..walk in our midst..is now Torah!

How low can someone go to take a knife and stab another Jew in the head?.....
and the stabber himself had no dog in this race ... he was hired as I understand it ....

Guys.... if you know where this "rotziach" lives ... give him up now before he destroys another life!
The next guy he stabs could be your own family member..

Will the Bais Din (religious court) in Israel arrest him without due process, like they do lately, upon the request of their American askanim (mob rule activists) and their secret police? And they then split his assets between themselves?

Or where some askanim (mob rule activists) and the secret police also involved and are also on the run?

Rabbi Yisrael Hager is boss of Viznitz Monsey NY, and the leader of the Bloc Vote in Rockland County NY. He must start easing up the tension in Rockland ASAP.

And allow the Republican and Democratic parties to represent the majority of their voters. And allow the judges to do their jobs impartially. Or things will get out of control and it will eat him alive.

A mobster would have gotten him to give the get without any violence or bloodshed

As we all know, we in the coffee room are the top gumshoes who know better than police detectives in any investigation.

It started off as an attempted murder so then why is the victim still alive?

Was it shlemazalkeit or did they realize they grabbed the wrong target so they stopped stabbing him?

They stabbed him in the eye so forcefully that the thrust actually broke the skull around the eye socket. So ken zein at this point they thought he was dead.

What's odd is that shteit in seforim that Yidden do not kill this way with stabbing, even when they have to kill shkotzim. The "makkas hereg v'cherev v'abdan" in Megilas Esther was an exception because only Amalek gets stabbed due to a gezeiras haKosuv. Even when Italian mafioso Lucky Luciano was working with unzera RJJ dropouts on the Lower East Side called "Murder Inc", they killed al yedei gramma. They did not stab.

We have got to find the real killers!

Even goyim are not allowed to stab. But unlike Yidden they just do it anyway.

It is a mistake to translate al charbecha tichye as to live by the sword

There was an adam gadol 400 years ago who approached the Mogen Avrohom with a long held kashya of how could Yitzchok Avinu give such a horrible brocho to Esav, an outright instruction to sin?

The Mogen Avrohom told him he found a geniza from Chazal written on ancient klaf that the brocho was really OIL charbecha tichye, the word for lift up your sword, because you should put it away in it's sheath and NOT stab anyone with it. But alas, vaisst men from the famous Medrash we do have in our possession that the Beis Halevi expounds on, Esav had zero respect for the tatten, for the zayde noch dem, and was even koifer b'Ikkar. This on top of his lust for blut.

Interesting story, any chance you have source for that?

Brisker, are Yidden (Jews) allowed to hire a goy (gentile) who stabs? Or is only kayla shleeshee (third removed) allowed?

Which means it's only permissible to hire someone who will hire the hit men. But with too many cooks in the kitchen, it can be risky on getting caught. And getting caught is an iser doraysa (biblical sin).

Maybe they were looking for a molester. It's always prudent for molesters to keep looking behind their back. I was beaten by a victim one summer in the middle of a bris milah at the Regency bungalow colony.

The adam gadol, Rav Avi-Ezri Zelig Margoliyos, was Dayan & Darshan in some of the major cities of the tekufah: Kalish, Prague, Metz & Halberstadt. His sefer on Chumash called Kesef Nivchar was published: Amsterdam 5472, Leghorn 5554 & Williamsburg 5757.

I by mistake conflated the ancient klaf from a different vort. He writes his discussion with the Mogen Avrohom on the last page of parshas Vayishlach. The Mogen Avrohom's mekor is Breishis Rabbah 67:7 with the pirush Matnos Kehunah.
