Mazal Tov! Chuck Schumer's Daughter Marries A "Shiksa"

The question all frum Jews are asking:

Was Ezra (the Kapo) "Tuchis Lekker" Friedlander invited?
If he was there did he get a bracha.

Alison Schumer, the younger of Sen. Chuck Schumer’s two daughters, married Elizabeth Weiland on Sunday in Brooklyn, with the couple posing for wedding photos on a bridge over the toxic Gowanus Canal.
The white-dress-clad lovebirds, each clutching a mixed bouquet — with Alison Schumer wearing shoes as green as the Superfund site below them — held hands and shared a tender glance on the rust-flecked Union Street Bridge, which has become a popular backdrop for photos.
Starting at around 10 a.m., the pair posed for several snaps along the tree-lined bridge before heading inside the nearby Green Building event space to exchange vows in a brief, intimate ceremony at around noon.

The party, made up of close friends and family, then trekked across the street to a reception at 501 Union St. that lasted well into the early evening.
Alison Schumer, 29, is a six-figure product-marketing manager at Facebook — which has donated about $50,000 to her Democratic Senate minority leader dad, a vocal defender of the social-media titan on Capitol Hill.
Weiland, 33, is pursuing an MBA at Columbia Business School and works in the MTA’s strategic initiatives office, according to her LinkedIn profile.
The father of the bride showed up for his daughter’s big day wearing a green yarmulke and flanked by security guards as the NYPD closed down the street for his arrival.

DIN, you can blame Bencraft that I was late for the wedding pictures.

I brought a special green Homburg for the event for them to steam. But the useless bums misplaced it and only started looking for it when I stopped on the way while shoyn shpeyt.

The way she looks the only possibility for "marriage" was another women. No man would consider her.

Ezra must have gone to the Boro Park Bencraft.

At the Willy Bencraft, Stanley Goldstein would probably chase him out with a hat brush for being such an annoying lowlife.

Shafran's dirty Borsalino should be confiscated and replaced with a black DUNCE-CAP!

I saw someone who looks like Shafran go in to Bencraft Hats and try to shnorr a free hat steaming. There was all kinds of commotion, as if two cats were clawing each other. Shafran, or his look-alike, went running for his life. He was already outside and barreling down the street when Stan Goldstein hurled one of those antique wooden hat brushes that weigh a ton, just narrowly missing him.

UOJ's comments on Shafran's Borsalino.

R' Yaakov Kaminetzky zl said it's a chilul Hashem for a ben Torah to wear a dirty or dusty hat. He said if you're too lazy to brush / steam it, you are mechuyev to wear a gray hat because the dust is less noticeable.

Ok UOJ, you crossed the line. Making fun of my appearance and being mefarsem the scuffle I had in the hat store was really below the belt. For the record, I only asked if Bencraft gives a money back guarantee if the steaming doesn't get all the dust out of the hat. Stanley Goldstein thought I didn't want to pay and he lost it.

This is war because I'm not going to stand for you making fun of me anymore.

Avi Shafran is downplaying what happened at Bencraft. The guy wouldn't take care of himself until UOJ made fun of him, and then he goes about it like a cheapskate.

Look, I may have not been on the up & up with Shevach Meats, but I have no reason to lie about seeing Shafran in that fracas.

If anyone's looking for another reliable witness to back up Moishe Finkel, I was there with him and saw the whole thing with Shafran.
