umm...the rabbi flew into Ukraine days before the bombings began, well aware that everyone was ordered to leave the country ASAP and people were scrambling to get out. Are you blaming him for leaving on the last day to get out? He lives there, his home is there, he led the community there, helped many resettle in US and in Israel. He is still a Ukraine rep and so he has a flag to show that. What's your real issue with him?

With all due respect, you are interpreting this with your own bias and colored glasses. Perhaps if you contacted the rabbi yourself instead of relying on reports of others, you'd see that the greatest machloikes in life often begins with minor misunderstandings.

Just to be clear if u listen to his updates especially the ones before Shabbos he said it ver clearly I am in MONSEY not in Ukraine he came back to us last Monday
