This is the real reason why 1000s of flights are cancelled - because they can't find enough of even unqualified Shvartzas who aren't afraid to fly. And from the Shvartzas who are piloting planes, this is why there have been several near collisions of planes at or near airports. Hanson are warning that this Shvartza obsession will get people killed.
What happened to degrees, experience, i.e number of flying hours, to determine competence instead of color of skin and/or sexual preference?? Sounds pretty common sense to me!
