These are all children born in the USA yet they
need some guy to translate simple English

Getting a bit carried away much in your hislahavus to bash Satmar? I hate to break the news to you that not everything Satmar does is farkakt.
There are many Litvisher yungerleit in Lakewood who raise their kids speaking Yiddish only. The kids eventually pick up English naturally. I even know a Chaim Berliner who did this.
