This is lav davka "fat shaming", It is definitely profiteering off scaremongering heavyset AND thinner maydelach to convince them that they are overweight.
It is reinforcing that idea that growing in size hurts shidduch chances. Of course it's the truth, and ads like this don't make it easy for the boy who is willing to look the other way.
