Watch the "Crazed" Heshy Tischler Take Out His Frustrations on a Cop
This guy who could only muster 200 votes when he recently ran for City Council in his district has a habit of harassing people, watch how he makes a fool of himself while yelling at a cop

I'm no fan of Heshy Tishler (too put it mildly) but he is 100% right about everything he said he in the video.
The police should be spending their time fighting crime instead of trying to give "gotcha" tickets to in places where there are speed cameras already in operation
