Satmar Chassidim in KJ and in Williamsburg, are outraged that R' Yitzchok Rosenberg was laid to his final rest near R' Yosef Ashkenazi z"l, who lies near R' Yoel Teitelbaum z"l, founder of Satmar Chassidus!
Satmar by in large doesn't let you live, and won't let you die!
So even-though he pumped huge amounts of money in the Satmar coffers ...the Satmar ingrates don't want him buried next to the Rebbe......

Rabbonim Exposed the Mashgiach Naftali Maklev, says the Prosecutor

Attorney Erez Padan, Jerusalem District Attorney's office, announced that it was the Rabbonim that exposed the monster Naftali Maklev.
Preparation of this indictment was very difficult but was made much easier with the total cooperation of the Rabbonim, said Padan.
Meanwhile Maklev's lawyer, Yehuda Fried says that his client denies all allegations and is looking forward to his day in court where he is confident that he will be exonerated!

New York Times Warns Trump against exposing Clinton Scandals but Trump exposes her anyway
In an actual news story, the New York Times warned Trump to steer clear of any of the Clinton scandals, "don't go anywhere near any of them. Don't go to Whitewater. Don't go to Lewinsky. Don't go to Bill Clinton's affairs. Don't go anywhere near any of those Clinton scandals."
The Times trying to help Trump here by telling Trump that, if he does that, it will backfire on him. That's the New York Times trying to be helpful to Donald Trump.
Patrick Healy, in the New York Times, says: "Donald Trump plans to throw Bill Clinton’s infidelities in Hillary Clinton’s face on live television during the presidential debates this fall, questioning whether she enabled his behavior and sought to discredit the women involved. Trump will try to hold her accountable for security lapses at the American consulate in Benghazi, Libya, and for the death of Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens there.
"And he intends to portray Hillary Clinton as fundamentally corrupt, invoking everything from her cattle futures trades in the late 1970s to the federal investigation into her email practices as secretary of state. ... Another goal is to win over skeptical Republicans, since nothing unites the party quite like castigating the Clintons. ... For Hillary Clinton, the coming battle is something of a paradox. Naftali Maklev Mashgiach from Famous Yerushalyim Litvishe Yeshivah Molested 3 Sisters for Years!
A Mashgiach of a well respected Litvishi Yeshivah in Yerushalyim, sexually abused three sisters from his own family, for years!
He told them that this was for health reasons and convinced them that the Torah permits this and even has the approval of R' Chaim Kanievsky. The mashgiach told them that relations with him will be "mesakein" their neshamois from a previous gilgul!
He even bought a phone for one of the sisters, so that he would be able to contact her at will.
The sexual abuse of least one of the girls continued even after she got married.
The mashgiach told the married sister that there is no inyan of Yichud since Yichud is permitted when the husband is in town, a concept known in halacha as ..."baalah be'ir."
When a lady, a relative got wind of this, she confronted the Mashgiach and screamed that his actions are against the Torah.... to that, he showed her pages in the Talmud and verses of Shir Hashirim, that supposedly permit these despicable acts.
The mashgiach even had a lomdishe vort and explained the concept of "ed echad neeman b'esurim," and then twisted this talmudic principle to point out that since he is an "ed echad" ... he can permit what is prohibited!
This mashgiach did not allow his students to have smartphones and I am sure that this Mashgiach prohibited his talmidim from registering for the draft!

משגיח בישיבה חשובה בירושלים הואשם בכך שהתעלל במשך שנים בשלוש אחיות קרובות משפחתו, תוך שהוא מציג בפניהן היתרים הלכתיים למעשיו. הנאשם הוא רב ומשגיח בישיבה ליטאית חשובה בירושלים, והמעשים החמורים מאד נמשכו במשך שנים, בין השאר במשרדו בישיבה.
מעשיו של הנאשם החלו מעת שהייתה אחת האחיות ילדה קטנה, ונמשכו אצלה ואצל האחיות הנוספות גם שנים לאחר שהיו נשואות, תוך שימוש במצגי מרמה ומניפולציות מסוגים שונים. הנפגעות הן בנות משפחתו של הפוגע.
בכתב האישום מפורטות המניפולציות בהם השתמש הרב. "הנאשם ניצל את מעמדו המשפחתי והתורני הנחשב והמכובד בקהילה, את עובדת היותו תומך כלכלי במשפחת הנפגעת תוך העצמת תחושת התלות והחובה שלה כלפיו.
"ככל שהלכה ובגרה הוסיף הנאשם והשתמש, בנוסף לכל אלה, בשורה של מצגי מרמה, כזבים ומניפולציות לרבות אסמכתאות הלכתיות לכאורה לפיהם המעשים לא רק שאינם אסורים אלא אף מהווים קיום מצווה. וטענות כי המעשים הם מרפא למחלותיו וכי בריאותו ואף חייו תלויים בכך, וכן מצגים כי המעשים הכרחיים ל"תיקון" הקלקול בנשמת הנפגעת מגלגולה הקודם".
המשגיח אף אמר לאחת מהן כי יביא לה הוכחה מהרב חיים קנייבסקי כי הקשר ביניהם מותר מבחינה הלכתית. על פי כתב האישום, הוא נטל הקלטה של הרב קנייבסקי אומר דברי הלכה, דברים שאין להם כל קשר אליו, והשמיעה בפני אותה קרובת משפחה, בטענה כי הדברים נאמרו כהכשר לקשר ביניהם, במטרה לשכנעה להסכים להמשך הקשר האסור והחמור עמו.
במקרה אחר, קרובת משפחה אחרת טענה בפניו כי מעשיו מהווים עבירה על פי התורה. אך המשגיח לא נכנע, והציג בפניה על גבי דפי גמרא אסמכתאות הלכתיות כביכול המתירות את המעשים החמורים שביצע בה. המשגיח על פי כתב האישום הסביר לה כי ביקוריו אינם מהווים עבירה של "ייחוד" שכן קיים היתר הלכתי של "בעלה בעיר" המתיר להם לשהות לבדם בבית. כמו-כן הסביר כי מעשיו מותרים מדין "עד אחד נאמן באיסורין", שכן הוא מהווה עד אחד אשר מתיר את האיסור.
