Rav Malkiel Kotler Gets Slapped By Rav Moshe Sterbuch Because Of Malkiel's Support For Ant-Vaxxers
This R' Malkiel Kotler, used to be a meek "chechele mechele" ... and as the Yiddish saying goes, "nisht kein groiser chuchem in nisht kein kleiner naar."
He became the chief Satmar tuchis lekkeer, supporting the bizarre Satmar SHIT'ah against The State of Israel, and publicly endorses the Auerbach "Peleg" crazed fanatics who illegally shut down roads in Yerushalayim and Bnei Brak ...
Last Shabbos at the Agudah Convention, he gave a drasha after Shachris and was mostly incoherent.
But what was understood was that he chastised the guests for their
non-support of Peleg violence!
The Noveminsker called him out on that in his Keynote address on Motzei Shabbas!
R' Malkiel is also a supporter to those who advocate killing Jews by contaminating Jewish communities with Measles! He is what they call an "anti-vaxxer.!
To support his crazed dangerous idea ... he tried to recruit the great poisek Rav Moshe Sternbuch.
R' Malkiel thought wrongly that he would have Rav Sternbuch's support because of his mutual hate of the State of Israel!
Turns out that Rav Sternbuch is a strong supporter of vaccinations and in fact ruled halachically that everyone in Israel is obligated to get vaccinated and that Yeshivois have the right to refuse entry to any child that is not vaccinated!
Below is a copy of his Psak and his lengthy detailed answer addressed specifically to R' Malkiel!
And translated in English!
Peleg Gangsters Schnorring To Raise NIS 650,000 To Pay Damages From Lawsuit Filed By Former IDF Officer Against Them
The Ramle Magistrate’s Court was the venue for a lawsuit filed by Yehuda Glickman against the Peleg Yerushalmi as he headed the Bnei Yeshivos Unit in the IDF and was targeted in the ‘Chardak’ campaign run by the Peleg and Eida Chareidis. The court ordered the Peleg to make compensatory payment in the among of NIS 650,000, which they thought would be paid by askanim from Satmar and the Eida Chareidis. The sum has yet to be paid.
In fact, a second lawsuit has been filed against them, this time by a former Shachar program official, seeking NIS 500,000 in damages. Here too Fein is mentioned along with Yonah Martzbach and others.
In the meantime, Shlomo Fein, the head of the Nefesh HaChaim Talmid Torah of the Peleg, a school that does not accept state funds, has yet to pay the NIS 650,000 and the court has already issued an order preventing him from leaving the country. This is the first stage prior to beginning legal collection actions against him.
Interestingly, while there are askanim who can easily pay the sum, no one is stepping forward and the Peleg is now beginning to ‘pass around the hat’ in the hope of raising the money needed to pay the amount. People are being asked to donate to the talmid torah to assist him, informing donators there will be a raffle on Chanukah and there are prizes including a hotel stay for a lucky winner.

Did Anti-Vaxx Parent of Yeshiva Ktana Passaic Lie Allowing Her Children To Contaminate Both Passaic & Lakewood With Measles?
The letter below from Yeshiva Ktana Passaic was prompted by the Lakewood bochur who went home to his anti-vaxx, anti-doctor mishpocho in Passaic
His younger sister in YKP girls building Bnos Bracha also got measles & went to school with it
The family is obviously lying on several fronts about their vaccination status because they are now afraid of a backlash.
His younger sister in YKP girls building Bnos Bracha also got measles & went to school with it
The family is obviously lying on several fronts about their vaccination status because they are now afraid of a backlash.
There are suspicions that they may have also submitted forged documentation to yeshivos regarding vaccinations (several anti-vaxx families in different cities are in fact also suspected of forging vaccination records which anyone with a computer can do)
Dear Parents,
Dear Parents,
All students of Yeshiva Ktana of Passaic, Bais Yaakov and Preschool have met the requirements of immunization. However, there is one case of measles in the Girls Building.

Tomorrow, all staff will be screened. Further information regarding school on Thursday, will be forthcoming.
Please note that the 8th grade girl’s trip will take place as scheduled. All chaperones have been cleared for measles. Please make sure your girls are at the Pennington entrance by 10:15. They should have lunch (no bread) and a siddur for Mincha. No knapsacks.

Monroe Guy who allegedly killed man in Chinatown can still drive: DMV
The 70-year-old upstate motorist who allegedly killed a man and injured a half-dozen other pedestrians in Chinatown Monday is free — with a valid license in hand — to still drive.
Henry Herman, of Monroe, was charged with seven counts of criminal misdemeanor for failure to yield, one for each person struck, and three traffic violations, including for failure to exercise due care, unsafe backing of a vehicle and driving on/across a sidewalk.
He must appear in Criminal Court but was freed with a desk-appearance ticket after cops say he lost control of his SUV.
A DMV rep said Herman is still allowed to drive.
He “has a full and valid NYS driver license, and there are no other crashes or driving convictions on his record,” the spokeswoman said. The DMV couldn’t say if his license could be yanked if he is convicted.

El Al Mess .... What Was The Real Issue .... A DIN Prospective!
Now that El Al is compensating all passengers, and the crisis is basically over ... we can now stop and evaluate what really happened.
I am not going to go into all the details that have already been reported and regurgitated in the media.
What I would like to focus on is only one aspect of the problem....
How does a frum "observant" Jew travel to Israel on Thursday night in the best of circumstances???
One of the passengers was a well known Rosh Yeshivah, who will remain nameless, who threatened El Al with a boycott.
What was he thinking???
What was he thinking???
How does a mechanech of spiritually vulnerable young minds take a risk of being Mechalel Shabbos, taking a chance to travel on Thursday evening, hoping to get there in a comfortable window of time???
Where is the outrage of "Daas Torah?"
Why isn't there one Yeshivish or Chassidish Dayan protesting the fact that there were frum people ... Roshei Yeshiva no less, leaving on a 10 to 11 hour flight on a Thursday night??
The passengers all complained that "El Al staff weren't there on time"
When El Al initially responded that "the weather was bad, " the passengers retorted that they, the passengers were all there on time so why wasn't the staff on time?
Question: How does a frum Jew who heard horror stories about the weather ... hearing that people were in their cars from 6 to 8 hours on a trip that usually takes 45 minutes to an hour, how do they continue to the airport... on a Thursday evening????
Yes ... Yes they say ... that El Al is a Shomer Shabbos airline and would make sure that they get there on time....
Shomer Shabbos ....??????????
Do you know how long it takes for cargo to be inspected and loaded on a plane??? I'm not talking about passenger cargo ... I'm talking about cargo that planes take from companies doing business in Israel.....
Yes .... yes ... El Al doesn't fly on Shabbos....but how and when does cargo from companies get on the plane??? Especially now that Shabbos ends at approx 5:30 P.M.?
I got news for you guys ... the cargo gets there 5- 6 hours before the plane takes off ... yes ...absolutely .... cargo was loaded on Shabbos... ...
Tell me .... I'm waiting with bated breath ... What time on Saturday do they clean the plane??????
Hmmm? You never gave it any thought???? I don't believe you!!
Tell me .... I'm waiting with bated breath ... What time on Saturday do they clean the plane??????
Hmmm? You never gave it any thought???? I don't believe you!!
So don't give me this cockamamie excuse that you were confident that El Al would make sure that they get there before Shabbos??
Yes .... shut up already about "El Al Pilot Lied To Us" ....
What about you? Don't you have any respect for Shabbos, the most important Mitzvah in the entire Torah??
I'll bet you a dollar to donuts that there wasn't a single "baal teshuvah" on that flight .... not a single one!
Yes .... shut up already about "El Al Pilot Lied To Us" ....

I'll bet you a dollar to donuts that there wasn't a single "baal teshuvah" on that flight .... not a single one!
You took a chance... you took a risk .... you gambled... and you lost!!!!!
I'll bet that if this wasn't El Al but happened on United or Delta .... you would all shut up!
And the airline would tell you to take your business elsewhere!
How do I know? You ask?????
Because I spoke to a Chabad guy who told me that practically twice a month, Frum Jews taking other airlines come in minutes before Shabbos and call the local Chabad asking for help with food etc ...

Because I spoke to a Chabad guy who told me that practically twice a month, Frum Jews taking other airlines come in minutes before Shabbos and call the local Chabad asking for help with food etc ...
and BTW ... as the slogan goes "Crap Happens"
Grow up ... I've flown often enough ... I know all about delays etc ...
If I want to get there on Shabbos I give myself more than ample time, and if I can't ... I sit on my proverbial fat ass and stay home!
And don't tell me as my friend who was on the plane told me ..
"It's not about the money!!!" "I swear It's not about the money!!"
It's all about the money ...
and I wonder if that Rosh Yeshiva will get a private special deal with El Al to fly free for the entire year ...

Confirmed: No Chabad House on Mars : NASA’s InSight beams back breathtakingly clear photo of Mars
NASA’s spacecraft that landed on Mars Monday has beamed back its first clear photo of the desolate Red Planet, and it was confirmed that there is no Chabad House on Mars.
Satmar was extremely pleased with this development!
“There’s a quiet beauty here. Looking forward to exploring my new home,” NASA tweeted late Monday, hours after its new InSight lander touched down.
The image came after the rover had earlier sent back a somewhat blurry photo. The space agency said that in the interim the spacecraft had opened its solar panels, which allowed it to recharge its batteries for the mission.
“Our Mars Odyssey orbiter phoned home, relaying news from @NASAInSight indicating its solar panels are open & collecting sunlight on the Martian surface,” NASA wrote in the tweet. “Also in the dispatch: this snapshot from the lander’s arm showing the instruments in their new home.”
The InSight spacecraft landed on Mars on Monday after six-month journey to the planet. The dispatch that included the first clear photo of Mars from the mission were relayed to Earth by the Mars Odyssey orbiter.
“The InSight team can rest a little easier tonight now that we know the spacecraft solar arrays are deployed and recharging the batteries,” Tom Hoffman, a project manager at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, which leads the mission, said in a statement.
More pictures of the Red Planet may be beamed back in the coming days.
Soon, the mission team will unfurl InSight’s robotic arm and use the attached camera to snap photos of the ground for scientists to determine where to place the spacecraft’s instruments, NASA said.

"Barkai"
In the days when the Temple stood, the Kohanim would offer the "korban tamid," before any other sacrifices were offered.
Towards the end of each night, the supervisor of the Kohanim would appoint a Kohein to stand at the highest area of the Temple to gaze towards the east to watch when exactly the sun rose.
As soon as the appointed "watcher" would notice sunrise he would shout out "barkai" .... meaning the sun rose.
There are rabbis who are of the opinion that the Kohanim would wait a bit more till sunrise was more prominent.
The reason they would appoint someone to watch and announce the sunrise, was because of a story that actually happened.
It happened that the Kohanim once saw the moon on the east and thought that it was the sun rising, and they went ahead and sacrificed the "korban tamid" while it was still night, which invalidated the sacrifice.
They were then forced to burn it since the Halacha is that there cannot be any sacrifices offered at night.
They therefore appointed someone who would be able to distinguish when the sun actually rose.

Liberal Jews Don't Care About Anti-Semitism If It's From the left!!!
Jonathan Greenblatt, Chief Tuchis Lekker of the Goyim |
By Karol Markowicz
Jew-hating has become too normal in America, and liberal Jewry keep mum about it. Left-of-center Jews speak out about white nationalists, but where are they on anti-Semitism when it arises from their own side?

Last week, Airbnb announced its decision to remove rental listings in the West Bank. But the apartment-sharing service didn’t touch listings in other disputed territories, like Russian-annexed Ukraine and Turkish-occupied North Cyprus. You would think liberal Jewish outfits would race to call out what lies behind this hypocrisy: anti-Semitism.
You’d think wrong. Anti-Defamation League boss Jonathan Greenblatt, for example, issued a tepid statement saying he was “dismayed” by the move. But he stopped short of calling out the blatant antiSemitism.
Yechiel Feingold, 20 Killed By Hit And Run Driver in Lakewood
Yechiel Feingold z"l |
Tragedy struck the Lakewood community on Sunday morning, when word spread of a horrific crash that took the life of a young man.
The crash occurred just before 7:30AM on County Line Road near Cedar Row.
Lakewood Hatzolah arrived and found one victim (the passenger) in traumatic arrest. He was rushed to a local hospital, but was R”L Niftar moments after arriving.
The driver was rushed to Jersey Shore Trauma Center in critical but stable condition.
The Niftar has been identified as Yechiel Feingold, 20-years-old of Baltimore, Maryland. He learned in Rabbi Goldblatt’s yeshiva in Lakewood.
Novaminsker Rebbe Slams R'Malkiel Kotler Publicly For His Endorsement Of Peleg Violence At The Agudah Convention!!
Listen to the keynote speeches Motzei Shabbos at 12:43
www.agudahconvention.org/program
R' Malkiel Kotler, Rosh Yeshivah of Lakewood and Satmar "tuchis lekker," endorses the violence of the Peleg Faction in Israel, and said so at the Agudah Convention ... He spoke on Shabbos after Shachris ....He came up with some cockamamie story about some rabbonim in Israel not giving the proper "Kavod Ha'Torah" for the Peleg rabbonim who advocate violence and organize illegal protests on the streets of Bnei Brak ...
No more protests in Yerushalyim, though; they managed to negotiate with the Zionist Police.
R' Malkiel totally politicized the Agudah Convention and the majority of the attendees were horrified!!
Over the years, R' Malkiel and R' Aron Shechter of Chaim Berlin have managed to bring the Israeli machlokas to the USA...
They support the Auerbach crazies .... and instead of spreading Torah, they spread machlokas throughout the Yeshivas ...
R' Malkiel's zombies also placed "pashivelin" under each attendees hotel room's door . The pashkivelin mocked R' Chaim Kanievski.
R' Perlow, the Novemensker Rebbe, at his Key Note Agudah Address on Saturday Night, called him out and set the record straight!

Beverly Hills boycotts Airbnb
The Beverly Hills, California city council condemned Airbnb's decision to remove its list of apartments and holiday units in Judea and Samaria “settlements” from its site.
"We find the activity of the Airbnb company to be troubling. In the name of our residents, this decision, which passed unanimously, reflects the council's continued commitment to Israel and the exposure of hatred wherever it may be," Beverly Hills Mayor Julian Gold was quoted as saying in Yediot Aharonot. .
"Airbnb is not welcome in Beverly Hills as well as its policy, which is based on anti-Jewish double standards," added his deputy John Mirisch. "Hatred of Jews is a disease. We try to strengthen others against it and we have to protect ourselves from its effects."

"Beverly Hills is a international tourist destination with visitors from all over the world. Airbnb is a service for renting apartments with a significant impact throughout the world. Since the company's decision to remove all homes in Jewish settlements in the West Bank demonstrates hatred, prejudice, ignorance and hypocrisy, since the company operation is contrary to the values that are important to us Beverly Hills, since prejudice and discrimination based on religion has no place in our society, country and the world - the city council opposes the discriminatory decision.
“We urge the boycotting company to amend its disrespectful decision to the land of Israel and restore the original services immediately. If they do not do so - we call on all citizens of the world to boycott them until they reconsider their vile anti-Semitic activity."

Followers of Satmar & US " Peleg Rabbanim "R' Malkiel Kotler Lakewood and R' Schechter of Chaim Berlin Insult R' Chaim Kanievski
Photos of this event was all over the Israeli Press!
Followers of Satmar and the two anti-Zionist Roshei Yeshivois, Rav Malkiel Kotler of Lakewood, and Rav Aron Shechter of Chaim Berlin, stuffed Pashkivelin under the doors of each room at the hotel of the Agudah Convention, making sure that all the guests were aware of this news story!
The following was a letter to YWN by an outraged guest!
Dear YWN,
I am sorry to be writing such a harsh letter while in my room just two hours before Shabbos, but I feel a public Mach’ah is in order. Not only that, but a public apology from the Agudah is in order.
I paid to attend the Convention to be spiritually uplifted by words of Gedolim. I did not pay to have a politically motivated newspaper, with an offensive headline stuffed under my door.
I am referring to a piece of trash that I wouldn’t use to lace the floor of my birdcage. This newspaper, suspected to be funded by Satmar, and two the leaders of the Peleg Yerushalmi in America (a Rosh yeshiva from Lakewood, and a Rosh Yeshiva from Flatbush), hardly has an ad in it, yet is published weekly and shoved into our mailboxes in Flatbush and Lakewood. Big deal. I and 99% of the rest of the world simply throw it in a trash bin. But to have this shoved under every single door at the convention is utterly disgusting.
Bnei Torah at the convention I have spoken to are appalled. On the cover page of this “special journal for the Agudah Convention”, there is a full-on attack on Maran Sar Hatorah Rav Chaim Kanievsky shlita! There are no ample words to describe the horror and shock!
This lead article is a haskala- style mocking piece centering on Maran Sar HaTorah and the decisions he’s made.
The Agudah should be just as careful as they have been with the kashrus and ideology of the speakers, to be just as carefuls in protecting guests from the most dangerous infection of all- disdain and disrespect for gedolei Yisroel!
Shameful, and disgraceful.
Name withheld by request.
Noach's Teivah Coming To Israel Finally!
For two years, the world’s only seaworthy life-size replica of Noah’s Ark has been wowing passengers traveling along Holland’s Maas River.
Built according to the specifications detailed in the Hebrew Bible, the 390-foot-long vessel towers to a height of 75 feet. It boasts enough wood to fell 12,000 trees. And its distinct form dominates the coastline of the small town hosting it deep in southern Holland’s so-called Bible Belt.
Dwarfing even some modern-day cruise ships, the ark instantly became an international tourist attraction when it was completed in 2012 after four years of construction.
But the man who built it, the devout Christian businessman Johan Huibers, can’t wait to take the mammoth to Israel—a country whose problems and successes, he said, are always on his mind.
“My preferred destination for the ark is Israel,” Huibers, 60, told JTA earlier this month on the forward deck, which features a life-size statue of a giraffe.
His love for the Jewish state and people, he said, flows from the same impulse that compelled him to raise nearly $5 million to build the ark.
“It may sound scary, but I believe everything written in this book, cover to cover,” he said while pointing at a copy of a translation into Dutch of the Hebrew Bible. “This is a copy of God’s ship. It only makes sense to take it to God’s land.”
Rabbi Shalom Ber Sorotzkin "Either El Al apologizes or face boycott"
A well-known charedi rabbi is threatening to boycott El Al if the carrier does not apologize for causing religious Jews to violate Shabbat last week.
In a letter to El AL, Rabbi Shalom Ber Sorotzkin wrote that "if by Sunday evening an apology is not issued, unfortunately, we will have to start preferring other airlines".
Many in the charedi community have been calling to boycott El Al following a flap last Shabbat between the carrier and its observant passengers.

Israeli Bobover Chassidim Will Wear Hats Instead of Shtreimlich This Shabbas
Passengers from Flight 028, from the US to Israel were shocked to
discover that all their baggage with their Shabbos clothing were left in Newark for "security reasons"!
Bobover Chassidim are furious with El Al, although this time it is unclear who is to blame for the mishap.
Flight 028 from New York landed on Friday morning with 200 Chassidim, about 160 of them from Bobov who returned from a wedding. They received notice that the suitcases with the Sabbath clothes and the Shtreimelch remained "for security reasons" in Newark.
"We were told that we were dealing with security reasons, but the feeling was that this was a technical malfunction that left us in this situation," one of the passengers told DIN.
El Al response was:
"Due to the lack of manpower at the TSA (the security inspection supervisors in Newark), the baggage was delayed for inspection and arrived at our security check after the passengers were already on the plane!

LETTUCE-PRAY ..... Romaine still on shelves of Frum stores even after E. coli warning from health officials ...
Watching this video, I was mamash embarrassed to be a frum Jew! .... The frummies sounded so crazy and naive .... one big bruiser with a stupid smile on his face ... said, "I'll risk it"
Are they are all so sure that BODEK & POSITIVE have no E coli..... ? I sure hope they don't ....
but to say "I'll risk it" is dumb....
Will you "risk it" and feed it to your toddlers???
Meshigiginer!!!!
The right answer would have been to tell the reporter that "Bodek and Positive have informed and assured our community that their products are safe and not included in the warning of health officials .... "
One fool asked "is this a law?'
Hey ... Is there is a law on not drinking bleach??? .....
On what planet are we living in????
It may not "be a law" but it's no "mitzvah" to eat it either!
