Rabbi Berland Now Accused Of Inciting Followers To Commit Murder

Allegations continue to unfold against Rabbi Eliezer Berland, the “founder and spiritual leader” of Shuvu Banim Yeshiva in Jerusalem’s Old City, who has been on the lam for three and half years in an attempt to prevent standing trial for alleged sex crimes against four women prior to 2013 and intimidating one of the victim’s husbands. 

Israel’s Ch. 2 news reports (http://goo.gl/gpihEc) that the rabbi, who was recently extradited from South Africa to Israel, directed his followers to kill one of his adversaries while he slept, saying in a 2013 video recording, “Send him straight to heaven. There is an explosive pack in the house. Put the explosive pack underneath his bed. An explosive pack, so that he’ll go straight to heaven.” The target of the attack is not identified in the video.

Even before Berland’s return to Israel last week, other Breslov rabbis have maintained their distance from him, cautioning the public to do so as well. “We hereby announce our view that we have no part or share or ties with this man or any of his followers, and anyone who cares for his own well-being will keep his distance from him,” the rabbis said in a statement.

The rabbi’s son, Nachman, has called his own father either “totally wicked or mentally ill,” adding, “He pretends to be a great saint. My father has no shame. When people know about his crimes, they won’t come near him. My father is such a criminal.”

David Horowitz Missing from Satmar Camp! UPDATE::: FOUND SAFE!!!!!!

Hatzolah, Misaskim and other groups are searching since last night for missing is 15-year-old David Horowitz, who went missing from Camp Sha’arei Chemle.

David is a special needs child. He was last seen at the camp at around 8:00PM on Monday night.

He was wearing the clothing seen in the attached photo of him.

The camp is part of the Satmar [Kiryas Joel] Camp network 

State Police helicopter is assisting in the search, as well as K-9 Units on the ground.

After searching for more than 12 hours, a missing special-needs child was found on Tuesday at 12:00 noon.

 He was found sleeping in the forest. He was found by a group of Hatzolah members searching the forest.

Around two hours ago, the child hat was found in the woods.

He is Bichasdei Hashem in healthy condition and being brought back to authorities to be checked out.

Hundreds of volunteers had joined the search for the missing 15-year-old who disappeared  from Camp Sha’arei Chemle in Roundtop New York (Green County).

The camp is part of the Satmar [Kiryas Joel] Camp network

The search was coordinated by The NY State Police, NY Forest Rangers as well as Catskills Hatzolah, Kiryas Joel Hatzolah and the Misaskim Organization.

A State Police helicopter assisted in the search, as well as K-9 Units on the ground.

At least one Muslim organization against Islamism, the American Islamic Forum for Democracy, criticized Kaine’s decision.

In 2008, federal prosecutors alleged in court documents that MAS was “founded as the overt arm of the Muslim Brotherhood in America.”

Omeish’s website indicates he was president of the National Muslim Students Association, which was was created by Muslim Brotherhood members at the University of Illinois.

In addition, Kaine served for two years on the national board of the Islamic Society of North America, a group identified as a U.S. Muslim Brotherhood entity.

On Sept. 25, 2011, Kaine spoke at an event that presented an activist named Jamal Barzinji with a Lifetime Achievement Award. The event was organized by the New Dominion PAC, an Arab American political action committee based in northern Virginia.

Black Congressman Hank Johnson a democrat compares Jewish settlers to 'termites'

A Democratic member of the House Armed Services Committee compared Jewish Israeli settlers to termites on Monday while speaking at an event sponsored by an anti-Israel organization that supports boycotts of the Jewish state.

Rep. Hank Johnson, D- Ga., launched into a tirade against Israel and its policies toward the Palestinians, comparing Jewish people who live in disputed territories to “termites” that destroy homes. Johnson also compared Israeli Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman to Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, a remark that drew vocal agreement from those in the room.

“There has been a steady [stream], almost like termites can get into a residence and eat before you know that you’ve been eaten up and you fall in on yourself, there has been settlement activity that has marched forward with impunity and at an ever increasing rate to the point where it has become alarming,” Johnson said during an event sponsored by the U.S. Campaign to End the Israeli Occupation, an anti-Israel organization that galvanizes supporters of the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions movement, or BDS.

Johnson, who in 2010 voiced his fears that Guam would tip over and capsize if too many people resided on the island, said that “Jewish people” routinely steal land and property from Palestinians.

In another seemingly antagonistic move towards Israel, Hillary Clinton’s pick for running mate Sen. Tim Kaine was revealed to be one of only 17 senators not to sign a letter urging President Barack Obama in April to increase the U.S. military aid package to the Jewish state.

The letter, sponsored by Chris Coons and Lindsey Graham, was a bipartisan appeal to Obama for a “robust” new military aid package “that increases aid to Israel and retains the current terms of the existing aid program.”

Eighty-three senators signed the letter while 13 Democrats, three Republicans, and one Independent declined to do so, including Sen. Bernie Sanders.

Since his appointment, Kaine has come under fire for holding seemingly anti-Israel views, including staunchly supporting the Iran deal, which he called “a dramatic improvement over the status quo.” On Friday, Breitbart News noted that “Kaine was ultimately unwilling to heed the concerns of Israelis across the spectrum from left to right.” The report further noted Kaine’s decision to join anti-Israel radicals in Congress in boycotting Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s speech.

This morning the new DNC chairman Donna Brazile was asked about the leaked e-mails and she responded that the Russians hacked into the DNC computers........maybe true....but the Russians didn't write the emails....the democrats did ... all the "Russians" did was expose the shenanigans!

The Rebbes who are obsessed with women, are afraid that they will lose control of the women if the women chas ve'sholom adopt this new style and  they are particularly frightened that this trend will cause the women to stop shaving their heads ....; women growing hair may very well destroy chassidus!???

They believe that if women grow hair and look pretty instead of shaving their heads and look ugly, that would kill the Mesorah, a Mesorah that is only about 150 years old...

The fact that there is a Mesorah of women having hair which goes back thousands of years, means nothing. Like Christians they started their own Torah!

The truth is that they have already destroyed the entire premise of the Chassidus of the Baal Shem that advocated inclusion and accepting all Jews!

 Satmar founder R' Yoel Teitelbaum when asked about this, said "nishtakach Chassidus Ha'Baal Shem" that the original ideas of chassidus of the Baal Shem has 'been forgotten".

This makes absolutely no sense, since the whole idea of chassidim is only about 270 years old ...  

and nothing has been forgotten, just ask any Chabad guy .... 

but since Satmar won't have anything to do with inclusion, the Rebbe came up with this brilliant idea...to just say "Nishtakach" it was forgotten and so he could start his own idea of chassidus which includes calling Jews that don't agree with his ideas .... "apikorsim and meenim" .... heretics!

This "new" chassidus also has adopted the idea of hating other Jews, like Belz, Klauzinberg, Skver, Ger, Chabad and of course,  Zionists!

Witness against Rabbi Berland reveals the night he tried to sneak a glimpse of the rabbi studying - and caught a sight that shook his faith.

The central witness against Rabbi Eliezer Berland, the fugitive head of the Shuvu Banim sect who was finally arrested in Johannesburg, South Africa two months ago, has spoken out on shocking details of the sexual abuse case against Berland.

Berland fled from Israel in 2012 after several women as well as a 15-year-old girl laid charges of sexual assault against him. He evaded capture in the US, Switzerland, Morocco and Zimbabwe and managed to avoid extradition from Holland, before being finally arrested in South Africa in April - now he faces extradition to Israel to stand trial.

Central witness Itay Nachman Shalom, formerly a member of Shuvu Banim, exposed his testimony against Berland to Walla on Wednesday, and spoke about the persecution he faces from the sect.

"They crushed us from all sides," said Shalom. "We underwent a private Holocaust and our only hope is upturned to He who Dwells on High. Our tears fell like water but there is no despair. We will fight for the truth - even at the cost of our lives."

"We will not rest and we will not be silent. Not from threats and not from blows. Whoever harms us - that's a great mitzvah for us," he said.

Shalom was one of the charismatic rabbi's most devoted followers, and was a member of the adoring youths who followed Berland everywhere.

He would wait for the rabbi for hours outside of his home in Beitar Illit, but one night he recalls climbing on top of the drainpipe outside of the house to try and sneak a glimpse of Berland praying and studying Torah.

To his horror, he instead saw the rabbi naked "bending forward over a female student and moving upwards and downwards."

The sight shook him and brought him to a great crisis of faith. "I told myself either he is the most righteous or he is the most evil," Shalom said.

Death threats and assault

Rumors of what he saw that night spread like wildfire in the Shuvu Banim sect and through the wider haredi community, and mere days before the police launched an official investigation, Berland succeeded in fleeing Israel, remaining fugitive and at large for three years.

The police have four complaints by female members of the community accusing Berland of sexually abusing them. The police also have two additional files accusing the rabbi of using violence against members of his sect.

Shalom nearly paid with his life for exposing the scandal.

He receive death threats and incessant harassment, and in two cases was physically assaulted. He was forced to move with his family from Jerusalem to Tzfat (Safed), where he is far from the headquarters of the sect.

Shalom recalls that when he visited Rabbi Nachman of Breslov's grave in Ukraine's Uman for Rosh Hashanah, a group of Shuvu Banim members struck and assaulted him.

As noted Berland was finally captured two months ago in Johannesburg. After a month-and-a-half in jail he signed off on extradition orders to Israel, although the process is being delayed.

Sources close to Berland say the process was held up at the last minute after South Africa's justice minister refused to sign the extradition order for some unknown reason, and the rabbi then decided to oppose the extradition again and petition it in court. However, it is not clear if his opposition will make any difference now that he has signed off on being extradited.
