A physical assault at the pool of a South Florida resort hotel was caught on camera, and the suspect may face hate charges.
It happened on Sunday at the J.W. Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort and Spa in Aventura.
The suspect, Marcos Rodriguez, can be seen in the video slapping the victim, Alain Altit, in the face as they stood by the children’s pool area of the hotel’s resort water park, Tidal Cove.
According to Aventura police, Rodriguez’s wife called a woman at the water park a “dirty Jew.”

He might be shomer Shabbos but he is NOT a frum guy. He is a rasha as per Chazal for hanging out at a mixed swimming pool where the women are mostly undressed.

When people use the word "Frum" when referring to somebody, they mean that the person either considers himself frum or atleast portrays himself as such.
So bringing up the fact, that they may or may not be violating Halacha atleast in this case is not very relavent.
P.S. Once you bringing Halacha into it, we may want to discuss being דן לכף זכות, do you know for a fact, that their were no other factors? Maybe he's a life guard or hatzolah and was required to be there? And yes, we assume that their wasn't, but that's the whole idea of the mitzvah, that WHEN one does NOT know all the facts, you are not allowed to assume anything foul and rather be creative and assume the best about others! He was not slapped stam for being a Yid. There was an argument at a mixed swimming pool/water park. If you go to such places don't expect a derhoibene heilige (holy) atmosphere.

The getchkes do all this routinely for crowd control. The getchkes have no clothes. The getchkes need to play these games to stay in power.
