Where's the picture of damage?
Saddam yms launched a Scud at Bnei Brak but it was a dud that didn't explode when landing in Kiryas Vizhnitz, which fits with the Chazon Ish havtocha.
Then there was a suicide attacker headed to Bnei Brak but he was intercepted & killed just across the border street in the last few meters where it was still Ramat Gan.

I live in Bnei-Braq, we had not one but at least 5 rockets that landed here, I don't know about the damage, but there was no damage in 99% of any the cities that the rockets landed in B"H, and that is with over 2,000 rockets launched.
About the scud attack, very interesting, but what is even more interesting was that not even one scud landed in Yerushalyim or Beit Shemesh without any "Havtocha"
