Why wasn't it moving?? It looks like there WAS someone/ something stopping the flow of people on the bottom of the steps (around the bend, out of sight of this camera)!! Was it משטרה?!?

I am keeping an open mind but beware that Rivka Levy is a fanatic follower of the sex fiend Eliezer Berland ..
and what she wants to do is take off all responsibilities of the Chareidim and place it on the cops..
