Donald Trump’s team has now confirmed that Trump had a “standing order” which immediately declassified materials he would take to the residence so he could work at night.
Trump’s team said that this means any documents that were taken to Mar-A-Lago would have been declassified.
Donald Trump’s office told Just the News on Friday that the classified materials the FBI seized from his Mar-a-Lago estate were declassified under a “standing order” while he was president that allowed him to take sensitive materials to the White House residence at night to keep working.
The official statement is likely to become the focus of the president’s legal defense as the FBI and Biden Justice Department investigate whether he stole records covered under the Presidential Records Act or mishandled classified materials under the Espionage Act, allegations included in a search warrant released by a federal court in Florida on Friday.

The 26-year-old terrorist, an Israeli-Arab citizen living in eastern Jerusalem, arrived at the police station by taxi. He turned himself in along with his weapon.
The taxi driver said he picked up the terrorist near Sharei Tzedek Medical Center. It is unknown at this point how the terrorist traversed the city from the terror scene to the hospital.
Police had held a massive manhunt for him in the Silwan neighborhood outside the Old City. Police arrested the terrorist’s family during the search.
Having been arrested alive, the terrorist will receive a guaranteed monthly salary from the Palestinian Authority and be able to study for advance college degrees while in an Israeli prison.
According to a report, four of the injured are Satmar Chasidim from the United States.
Eight people were injured, including two seriously, in a shooting attack near the Old City of Jerusalem on Saturday night.
According to initial reports, two terrorists apparently fired at a bus and fled the scene.
According to Magen David Adom, the incident took place in two different locations - on HaShalom Street near the Old City of Jerusalem, and at the entrance to the King David's Tomb parking lot.
MDA paramedics provided medical treatment to the victims and evacuated them to hospitals. Among the seriously injured victims are a pregnant woman in her 30s and a tourist from the United States.
The director of the trauma unit at Shaare Zedek Hospital, Dr. Alon Schwartz, updated on Sunday morning that the pregnant woman who was seriously injured had an emergency delivery of her baby, and that the newborn is in serious but stable condition.
Another person is hospitalized in serious condition at Shaare Zedek, and four others in light condition remain hospitalized in the emergency room.
Local residents are reporting seeing security forces searching for the terrorists in the eastern Jerusalem neighborhood of Silwan.
Police initially blocked the exits from the Western Wall plaza and the crowd was unable to leave the area. Later, worshipers were permitted to leave.
MDA Senior EMT Nehemia Katz and MDA Paramedic David Trachtenberg said: "We were on scene very quickly. On Ma'ale Hashalom St. we saw a passenger bus standing in the middle of the road, bystanders called us to treat two males around 30 years old who were on the bus with gunshot wounds. They were fully conscious and walking with wounds to the upper body. We provided them with lifesaving treatment and were taken to hospital by MDA ambulances that had arrived at the scene."
"From there we went to the King David's Tomb parking area and found 4 males, one aged 50 and three aged 30, all fully conscious and with gunshot wounds. A few moments later the MDA ATV brought us another victim, a woman in her 30s with gunshot wounds. We provided lifesaving treatment to the victims and conveyed them urgently to hospitals, with 2 in serious condition and 5 in mild to moderate condition."
The mayor of Jerusalem, Moshe Lion, commented on the shooting attack.
"I trust the Israel Police and security forces to lay their hands on the despicable terrorist tonight. Jerusalem is stronger than any event and we will not allow any terrorist to harm the routine of life in the public sphere. The capital of Israel will continue to be a city full of life, joy and vitality," he said.
A United Nations (UN) official has been demoted after posting a tweet condemning "indiscriminate rocket fire of Islamic Jihad provoking Israel retaliation."
Sarah Muscroft, who had held a senior position in the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, provoked a wave of online controversy with her tweet, during which she praised the ceasefire that marked the end of Operation Breaking Dawn.
The Times of Israel reports that she later published a retraction reading: "One of my previous tweets was ill-informed and I have deleted it. I sincerely apologize for my poor judgment. All civilians — everywhere — must be able to live in peace," which proved insufficient to assuage those accusing her of failing to hold Israel responsible for the damages caused in the operation. She has since deleted her account entirely.
Requests for comment have been answered with an automated message that Muscroft is on leave. Officials from her office commented that she "will be assigned a new role."
i24 News reports that Israeli officials, who wished to remain anonymous, had been aware of the incident and followed it "with great interest," and called it an illustration of UN "hypocrisy" towards Israel.
Aaron Yadlin passed away last week . Yadlin was a former Israeli Knesset member for the Ma'arach, known today as the Labor party. He was extremely popular, rising to the position of Education Minister.
However, while serving in that position, he suddenly resigned.
Why?
Yadlin was a kibbutz member. His kibbutz decided that the time had come for him to do a rotation in the kibbutz industries, starting off as a dish washer (yes, a dish washer).
Yadlin accepted the decision and left his position as one of the most powerful people in the Israeli political world to because a simple worker.
They say that "truth is far better than fiction." You cannot make this stuff up!
A couple of Liska Chassidim (they only have a "couple") constructed a brand-new wall in a town that murdered its Jews, and they want you to spend your hard-earned money not to "chas ve'sholom" take a trip to the "wall"in Yerushalyim, that is over two thousand years old, and where millions of people pour their broken hearts out, but to an abandoned town in Poland whose residents shipped innocent men, women and children to their deaths!
This Ezra is the guy on Nadler's payroll that voted for the Iran deal, a deal giving murderers a license to fulfill their dangerous vow to "wipe Israel off the map"
Now he wants you to go to a "newly constructed wall"
Rumor has it that the those doing their pilgrimage to Kretsier and Uman are running scared that this new wall will take away much of their crowds.

Police said officers sent to Ramot to investigate the incident arrested one of the boy’s relatives, who is in his 20s.
Citing an initial probe, police said the boy did not respond this morning to the calls of family members. After the father was called home from synagogue, the family noticed the suspect’s door was locked and broke into his room, where they found the boy lying on the floor, according to police.

Care at Maimonides Medical Center in Borough Park has gotten so bad that one dad said his wife had to practically deliver their baby on her own.
The mom rang the call bell three times without response at the understaffed hospital last month, as she felt the baby about to arrive, said the Borough Park man who did not want to be identified.
“She started yelling, ‘Go get a nurse. The baby’s coming out, the baby’s coming out!’ ” the man recalled.
By the time his mother-in-law, who was in the hospital room with the couple, was able to get help, the baby was half-way out, he said.
“The nurse came, she was all shocked,” the dad said.
The baby was healthy but “things could have gone very, very wrong,” he added.
Wyoming GOP Rep. Liz Cheney’s husband is a partner at the law firm now representing Hunter Biden.
Philip Perry has worked at Latham & Watkins since 2007, and focuses on white collar cases, commercial and Supreme Court litigation, according to his company biography.
Another Latham partner, Chris Clark, has been representing Hunter Biden since December 2020 — but Cheney’s husband’s involvement at the firm had not been previously known.
Latham is a Democratic powerhouse, with company attorneys and other employees donating more than half a million dollars to President Biden’s 2020 campaign, Federal Election Commission records show. Clark himself ponied up $3,800.
Clark’s work for the first son is prominently displayed on his company profile, which notes his representation of Hunter in a “grand jury investigation regarding tax issues.”
The firm’s close ties to the Democratic party have come under scrutiny in the past.
On his first day in office, with a Justice Department probe of Hunter in full swing, President Biden appointed Nicholas McQuaid, another Latham partner, to lead the Justice Department’s criminal division — earning a written rebuke from Sens. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and Ron Johnson (R-Wisconsin).
Cheney, who was first elected to the state’s only House seat in 2016, saw her political popularity at home tank after she became a ferocious Trump critic and voted to impeach the former president.
The daughter of former Vice President Dick Cheney is widely expected to lose a primary next week to challenger Harriet Hageman who has been endorsed by both Trump and House Minority Leader Rep. Kevin McCarthy.
