Israeli Security Forces Fear Chareidi Teen May Have Been Abducted
The Israel Dog Unit (IDU) issued an “urgent appeal to the public” in its search for Avraham Moshe Kleinerman, 16, of Modiin Illit, who was last seen at Meron over a month ago.
Last week, Israelis from several cities searched for Avraham in his home city of Modiin Illit as well as in Bnei Brak, Jerusalem, and the Shomron, where he frequently visited. A large group of volunteers from the Israel Dog Unit (IDU), a nonprofit specializing in locating missing persons, also scoured the Meron area for hours, searching the site and surrounding forests for any sign of Avraham with dogs and drones.
Last Tuesday, volunteers made efforts to raise awareness of Avraham’s disappearance at the kevarim of Yehoshua Bin Nun and Calev ben Yefunah in the Palestinian village of Kifl Haris in the Shomron, Arutz Sheva reported. Many people whom Avraham associated with were there for the yahrzeit and volunteers distributed pamphlets about Avraham to the participants.
Avraham was once injured by Palestinian Arabs throwing stones at him in the Shomron and even has a large scar on his forehead due to a stone thrown at him. According to his father, he was hospitalized after the incident and has never been the same since, wandering around confused since he was released from the hospital.
Perhaps due to the trauma of the incident, he attempted in the past to return to the scene of the attack despite the fact that it occurred in Area A, which is legally forbidden for Israeli citizens to enter and extremely dangerous. Additionally, the IDU received a threatening message in Arabic from a Jordanian telephone number that Avraham was captured and would be killed in 24 hours. Security officials fear that he indeed may have been abducted.
“This is very serious,” said IDU director Yekutiel Ben-Yaakov. “Over a month has passed and it’s as if the ground swallowed him up. We are not ruling out a terrorist motive. I can’t say more at this time, other than request of the public to contact us if they can recall seeing Avraham any time over this past month, at our special missing person hotline.”

An Open Letter to the Israeli Public

One less talked about threat, albeit an existential one, is the nefarious influence of foreign funding on Israeli democracy. Millions of dollars are being paid to Israeli NGO’s in an attempt to influence our society, culture and laws. Supported by foreign donors, these Israeli NGO’s operate public relations campaigns and file frivolous lawsuits to pursue undemocratic and harmful agendas, and to re-make Israel according to adverse foreign interests.
One of the most hostile foreign funds is the aptly named New Israel Fund. Headquartered in the United States and funding over 900 Israeli organizations the organization has spent over $300 million to advance its nefarious agenda. The NIF operates like a destructive colonialist project whose goal is to attack the Jewish character of the state, and to disenfranchise Israeli voters. NIF-funded organizations therefore work to divorce Israel from the Jewish people, and undermine the ability of the Israeli public to govern themselves.
Rabbi Zechariah Wallerstein Passes Away at 64 Was World-Renowned Educator And Speaker
We regret to inform you of the Petira of Rabbi Zechariah Wallerstein, a world famous inspirational and motivational speaker and educator. He was approximately 64-years-old.
Tehillim was requested for Rabbi Wallerstein, who was suffering from an illness for the past few years. Sadly, he was Niftar at his Flatbush home at around 5:00AM, Monday morning.
The Niftar had become an icon in the Jewish world, delivering thousands of speeches around the globe.
He had an over-three-decade career in chinuch. A dynamic educator-with his trademark passion, clarity, and love, touched the hearts and souls of thousands of students from all shades of the religious spectrum.
Around 15 years ago, upon grasping a profound paucity in the spiritual and social resources available to today’s Jewish women, Rabbi Wallerstein dared to step out of the box-and founded Ohr Naava, at a time when no comparable center existed.
With his legendary foresight and gumption, the center has since mushroomed into a panoptic umbrella organization, composed of numerous programs addressing the gamut of Jewish women’s needs, including Ateres Naava Seminary, Tiferes Bnos Yisroel Seminary, Ateres Miriam Seminary, Bnot Chaya Academy, Hakaras Hatov Initiative, Ohr Naava Shidduch Initiative, The Yutta Zicherman Crisis Center for Intervention, and the therapeutic Ranch at Bethel.
He is survived by his mother, Charlotte Bunim, his wife Estee, who was a partner in all his endeavors, his five daughters, grandchildren, and the thousands of people whose lives he touched.
Jews should abandon the New York Askanim that pushed them to vote for the party that’s abandoned them
With the Biden-Harris administration’s epic failures from skyrocketing inflation and gas prices to the wide-open southern border, record crime and weakness abroad, American voters are turning away from the Democratic Party in staggering numbers.
Even the Democrats’ most reliable constituencies are heading for the exits in droves: Support for the White House has been steadily — and dramatically — eroding among black, Hispanic, women and younger voters.
One demographic group that has been stubbornly faithful to the Democrats but should join the others in rethinking its support is Jewish voters. Historically liberal, most Jewish Americans have long voted Democrat, confounding Republican presidents who provided extraordinary support to Israel and other issues important to the Jewish community.
Consider President Donald Trump’s innovative policy approach, which flipped the script in the Middle East in critical ways and delivered greater stability and peace.
The Trump administration cut aid to Palestinian governing bodies with leaders who refused to negotiate with Israel and recognized the strategically vital Golan Heights as part of Israel.
At the United Nations — where Israel-bashing is de rigueur and the Jewish state is singled out for unfair treatment more than any other nation — Trump removed America from the Human Rights Council due to the group’s blatant bias and ensured that the US delegation stood unequivocally with our ally.
Under Trump — unlike during the Obama years — the United States stopped rebuking Israel for its settlements in the West Bank and quit condemning Israel for simply defending itself from terrorist attacks targeting civilians.
The Trump administration was a strong opponent of the shamelessly anti-Semitic BDS (boycott, divestment and sanctions) movement — supported by three out of four House Democrats known as “the Squad” — which seeks to isolate Israel and destroy its economy.
Standing up for religious freedom and against religious persecution and offsetting the UN’s (and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s) singular focus on the largely manufactured threat of “Islamophobia,” the Trump administration hosted a Summit on Combatting Anti-Semitism. Trump also signed an executive order giving Jews greater legal protections against persecution.
Democrats routinely smeared Trump as “Hitler” and “anti-Semitic.” It was a false and disgusting trope, even as the Democratic Party drifted further from bipartisan support against anti-Semitism and for Israel. Reports suggested that Trump was responsible for a rise in hate crimes — ignoring the fact that for the previous eight years under Obama-Biden, attacks on Jews were among the top three hate crimes (although they rarely made headlines).
Biden, meanwhile, has largely followed his fellow Democrats in moving away from strong, steadfast support for Israel. Many in the party (most prominently Rep. Ilhan Omar) openly embrace anti-Semitic rhetoric and policies, and the failure of Democratic leaders to condemn both is disturbing.
Worse, Biden is trying desperately to reanimate the dangerous Iran nuclear deal, which would facilitate Tehran’s nuclear ambitions and undercut our Arab allies (and their burgeoning relationships with Jerusalem) while endangering Israel’s very existence.
While it’s clear that the new Democratic Party has turned its back on both American Jews and Israel in significant ways, Jewish voters continue to reward its candidates. Despite his extraordinary record, Trump lost ground with them in the 2020 election. In a recent interview, Trump lamented the political reality: “The Jewish people in the United States either don’t like Israel or don’t care about Israel.”
Most Jewish voters chose Biden and vote Democrat for various reasons, but they should seriously consider joining other traditional Democrat voting blocs in abandoning the party. It’s long past time for Jewish voters to end their longstanding — but unrequited — loyalty to the Democrats, who clearly no longer care about their concerns.

New York Grand Jury Ends With No Charges Against Trump
The six-month jury meant to hear evidence against former President Donald Trump was set to expire this week.
The lengthy criminal investigation into Trump’s alleged manipulation of the value of his properties in order to secure tax advantages is apparently coming to a close without charges.
In February, the investigation saw the departure of two senior prosecutors who accused Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg (D) of stalling the inquiry.
Bragg says that even though the grand jury disbanded, other grand juries in New York would be available to take action if needed.
However, legal observers say any potential indictment of Trump is unlikely at this time.
Court Disses the DemonRats as they Lose Congressional Map Appeal in New York
The 4-3 decision is a major blow to Democrats who hoped to steal three additional seats.
The Court of Appeals heard arguments on Tuesday, where Republican voters claimed Democrats violated the state’s Constitutionally-mandated process for redistricting in order to gerrymander the maps to their benefit.
On Wednesday, Democrats attempted to defend their map as a lawful solution that was designed to protect minority voting rights.
In a majority opinion signed by the Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals, the court wrote that Democrats had done “exactly what they would have done had the 2014 constitutional reforms never been passed.”
In 2014, New York voters wrote anti-gerrymandering reforms into the state’s constitution.
The court’s ruling means an outside expert known as a “special master” will be hired to redraw the maps. Its final form will likely help Republicans take a small lead in national redistricting.
