Satmar "Tuchis Lekker" Hands Out Water Bottles to Protestors .... but few takers

A Satmar tuchis lekker, who calls himself  Moshe Yosef Friedman made a fool of himself  on Wednesday, by handing out water at a Black Lives matter protest on Bedford Avenue.
Very few took any of the bottles that he handed out without gloves,  To get rid of them, he reluctantly bein brirah,  gave them to the NYPD which he should have done in the first place
Black Lives Matter has in its charter support for the Palestinian murderers and the BDS movement...similar to the the Satmar charter.
Around 1,000 protesters marched down Bedford Avenue – through the heart of the Williamsburg Hasidic Community.

Israeli stadium deploys disinfectant tunnel in push for safer public gatherings

Researchers out of Bar-Ilan University in Tel Aviv have discovered disinfectant technology that is now being used for a sanitation tunnel, which sprays visitors with disinfecting liquid before they enter large venues to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
The industrial automation firm RD Pack in Karmiel, Israel, took the process that makes a disinfectant out of water and applied it to a tunnel structure, according to The Times of Israel.
The tunnel is reportedly made out of an aluminum and polycarbonate frame and is currently being tested at Bloomfield Stadium in Tel Aviv as soccer players prepare to return to stadium play, albeit without fans.
“When people walk through the tunnel, their whole body gets sprayed with the disinfectant, which works fast and efficiently, and provides the complete sterilization of a person,” Eran Druker, business development manager at RD Pack, told The Times of Isreal during a demonstration on Tuesday.
The method was developed by Dr. Eran Avraham, Dr. Izaak Cohen and professor Doron Aurbach, head of the electrochemistry group of the Department of Chemistry and Institute of Nanotechnology and Advanced Materials at Bar-Ilan.
The main advantage of the disinfectant, hypochlorous acid, is that it is not harmful to human skin or food, Avraham told The Times of Israel.
The tunnel would mostly be used for other public and private events such as stadiums games, concerts, airports, schools and businesses.
Druker said the team is waiting for the conclusion of the pilot program so regulators can inspect the tunnel before the process moves ahead.

Bizarre New York Times article bashes infectious disease care - in Israel?

This is eerie.
It’s about an infectious disease striking New York, days after the New York Times viciously attacked official handling of infectious disease in … Israel.

The article (in the New York Times on 1 March) even solemnly suggested the classic NYT root cause for everything:
building of "settlements in the West Bank".

You know what happened eleven days later.
A highly infectious disease - coronavirus - became a worldwide pandemic.

But contrary to the NYT's shrill indictment, Israel's "neglectful" Netanyahu fought back, keeping Israeli deaths from this highly infectious disease very low.

Simple Money-saving Trick for Making her Vegetables Last for up to a MONTH - and all you need is a jar and some water

An Australian mother has shared her simple trick for making her vegetables last for up to a month - and all you need is a jar and some water.
Western Australian woman Kate Freebairn posted on Facebook after she learned the 'great idea', writing that instead of storing your celery and carrots in a container, you should instead place them in a jar of water in the fridge.
'Store carrots and celery submerged in water,' Kate - who goes by the The Pantry Mama online - wrote.
'The celery will last up to two weeks, and carrots up to one month!'
The mom said that after trying the idea with celery and carrots, she 'wonders what other veggies it will work with'.
'Just remember you need to change the water near daily,' she added.
The Pantry Mama's trick was a hit on Facebook, where hundreds of others said they couldn't wait to try it for themselves.
'My husband has done this for years and at first I thought WHAT? But it works amazingly well!' one woman wrote.
'But yes, just remember to change the water once or twice daily.'
Another added: 'Fantastic tip, thank you'.
Others said they also do it with lettuce to stop it from going brown, and you can also wrap any vegetables in beeswax wraps to make them last longer too.
'Why not go a step further and throw some salt in!' one woman wrote.
'Leave them on the kitchen bench for a few days and then you have fermented veggies in the jar! Even more nutritious!'
To make the 'salty brine', she said you should just add 1-2 teaspoons of salt per cup of water, and leave it to infuse for between two days and two weeks.
This isn't the first time a food trick has proven popular online.
Last month, a woman wowed the internet with a money-saving trick that is so simple thousands are saying they wish they had been doing it their entire lives.
Ellen, from Wagga Wagga in south-west New South Wales, used a Facebook post to reveal that she and her family freeze mince and ground beef in Ziploc bags after buying it in bulk when it is on special offer.
By doing this, Ellen said she always has some mince meat when she wants it - and by flattening it with a rolling pin before she puts it in the freezer, she ensures that it doesn't take up much space.
'We buy ground beef in bulk and Ziploc it into smaller portions,' Ellen wrote.
'Then we flatten it with a rolling pin to save space in the freezer and it thaws faster.'
Food author and health expert Sarah Wilson also swears by storing any wilting spinach in pillowcases rather than the plastic bags they come in, as this lets the air get to the leaves and means they will last a few days longer.

Facebook introduces tool to find and mass-delete embarrassing or undesirable posts buried in your timeline

Facebook just made pruning one's page of old and potentially embarrassing posts a lot easier.
For the first time ever, the platform will let users select multiple old posts and delete them in bulk as opposed to one at a time in an attempt to 'to make it easy for you to curate your presence on Facebook to more accurately reflect who you are today.'
'Whether you’re entering the job market after college or moving on from an old relationship, we know things change in people’s lives, and we want to make it easy for you to curate your presence on Facebook to more accurately reflect who you are today.' said the company in a statement.
The feature, called 'Manage Activity' can be accessed through mobile by navigating to 'Settings & Privacy' and then tapping on 'Activity Log.'
While a seemingly subtle change, anyone that has ever attempted to cleanse their accounts of old pictures with exes, cringe-worthy status updates, or Farmville notifications, knows that the process could be fairly laborious.
In addition to letting users delete posts in bulk, the update - which expands on Facebook's 'Manage Activity function' - will also give people the option to sort their posts by a time range.
This should be useful especially for users who know they want to weed account content from a specific time period.
The process of deleting content will also become more forgiving.
Instead of permanently wiping posts right away, Facebook will put deleted posts into a 'trash bin' for 30 days so users can recover posts that they've changed their minds about or have deleted by accident.
The added granularity in deleting posts stands in contrast to other social media rivals like Twitter which still lacks a native tool that is capable of deleting old tweets en masse.
For now the ability to delete old posts in bulk on Facebook will only be available on mobile and Facebook lite, but will come to desktop in the future according to the company.

Natalie Portman (Neta-Lee Hershlag) Wants to Defund Police

Neta Hershlag who calls herself "Natalie Portman" is supposed to be from the smarter actors in Hollywood... but has now proven that if you hang out with stupid it begins to rub off on you ...
she is out and out not only stupid but dangerously crazy.......
Defund police?

I guess when you're a multi-millionaire Entertainment Elite who can afford PRIVATE security, defunding the police seems like a great idea.
Singers John Legend and Lizzo, and actresses Natalie Portman and Taraji P. Henson are among the Hollywood celebrities who’ve signed a letter pushing the defunding all police departments in the wake of the police involved death of Minneapolis man George Floyd.
The open letter claims that in 2017, $194 billion was spent on the police by America’s various governments even as police have “continued profiling, harassment, terror and killing of Black communities.”
The letter — which was also singed by Common, Jane Fonda, America Ferrera, Brie Larson, ACLU executive director Anthony Romero — goes on to insist that the money spent on police would be better spent on “building healthy communities,” or to go “to the health of our elders and children, to neighborhood infrastructure, to education, to childcare, to support a vibrant Black future.”
The letter was initially started by the organization going by the name Movement 4 Black Lives, along with Black Lives Matter co-founder Patrisse Cullors.
In an interview with Variety, Cullors spoke of the Blackout Tuesday effort saying, “We’re looking at all the black musicians who are showing up and standing up — like Lizzo, who I just had a phone call with yesterday.”
“She’s excited about joining, and [last week] she was up in Minneapolis protesting outside the fourth [police] precinct,” the activist added. “But we need every single musician — black, white, Asian, whoever — to show up right now. We’re not going to change what’s happening between law enforcement and black people until everybody shows up to change it.”
The letter comes as the country is coming to grips with a week mass looting, vandalism, carnage, and killings of police and innocence.

Crying Schumer Crawls out of his Bat Cave to Call Probe into Treatment of Protesters Outside White House

Not one word about the virus .... not one word about the violence in his State ....
but to criticize the president the crying hyena crawls out to yell like a banshee .....
Government officials should investigate the treatment of protesters who gathered near the White House on Monday, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) said Tuesday.
“Secretary [of Defense Mark] Esper, General [Mark] Milley should not allow the U.S. military to come within a country mile of these ugly stunts,” he stated in remarks given from the Senate floor, according to the Hill.
“The administration is using the military as a tool to intimidate American citizens and the Department of Defense IG must immediately launch an investigation into how the U.S military was used and whether it was consistent with the laws of our nation,” he continued.
Schumer also claimed President Trump had been a “failure at handling” the events following George Floyd’s death, who died while in police custody on May 25 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
“There’s no one home at the White House and the lights are off. I fear for the future of our country, that in this time of immense difficulty, our president is only capable of contributing more division, more fear, more chaos,” he commented.
Monday, law enforcement officers used tear gas and smoke bombs to disperse a crowd of protesters outside the White House to clear the way for the president to walk to St. John’s Church, which had been set ablaze by vandals on Sunday night.
Prior to the event, President Trump vowed to act swiftly to end the widespread violence and riots in America’s major cities following Floyd’s death, according to Breitbart News.
“A line of National Guard troops pressed protesters out of the park near the White House as Trump spoke, flash-bang grenades were deployed, and canisters of tear gas and pepper gas were launched,” the report noted.
Tuesday, the president praised law enforcement officers on Twitter for dispersing the crowds and restoring peace to the area.
“D.C. had no problems last night. Many arrests. Great job done by all. Overwhelming force. Domination. Likewise, Minneapolis was great (thank you President Trump!),” he concluded.
