The cops interviewed all the members of the Hanhalla and they all took lie-detector tests. They couldn't find any wrongdoing on the part of the Hanhalla there, but DIN is convinced it's one of them cuz he knows better..

I always found it so crazy that we all know the yeshiva system and hanhala systems and dorms and camps and 99.9% they are always catching kids with their narashkeit throwing out kids over nonsense, all yeshiva hanhalas are on their game when it comes to boys who get caught over the years listening to goiyish music lol or listening to baseball games or being caught years ago with a dirty magazine, but u mean to tell me a bochur was murdered on shabbos in dorm room and the HANHALA DOSENT KNOW ANYTHING LOL, AS FAR AS THE COPS NOT HAVING ANY SUSPECTS ?NOT ARRESTING ANYONE? Nobody knows what transpired with this case.There are several theories we all have our own but one thing is for certain there was a concerted effort or clear dereliction of duty the way the investigation was handled. There was a lot of politics in this whole case.It seems the Cops or the Yeshiva didn't want the world to know who killed Chaim Weiss.

There's no logic why the police would be corrupt in this case, they simply don't have a suspect with evidence that would stand up in court.

Does anyone really believe that the hanhala and rabbi cooper couldnt find out who did this crime? cmon are u kidding once again we all went thru the yeshiva system and these principals menhal they know every move these bochrim make even when they are on bein hazmanim outside yeshiva, they all had sniches they knew how had girlfriends who cut seder to go hang out in pool hall back then it dosent add up, what does add up is that they knew that if the killer was from the yeshiva than the yeshiva would close up. They chose to keep their yeshiva open rather than find the killer. As far as the police back then was very common to bribe and pay off the detecives. Long beach very skhetchy political place. And in this murder they arrest no suspects?At least arrest some suspects on some suspicion charge and see if they talk. I remember reading the detectives saying well we tried it was SHABBOS and no one wants to talk ARE U KIDDING ? A boy was hacked in his bed.this has to be one of the most softness unaggresive police investigation in american history the no arrests is simply mind boggling IT SHOWS HOW SOFT THE LONG BEACH POLICE WERE AS THEY WERE EITHER PAID off or they were scared of something.I agree with the theory that the long beach police and the yeshiva MADE EVERY EFFORT TO NOT FIND THE KILLER.
