URGENT WARNING TO LAKEWOOD COMMUNITY
Dr. Robert Goodman, Practicing at 1166 River Road, is an Alleged Sexual Predator Accused of Sexually Abusing 5 Women
Dr. Robert Goodman's primary office is in Boro Park between 14th and 15th and 45th Street. He also has admitting privileges at Maimonides. He is currently a defendant in a lawsuit filed in Kings County Supreme Civil Court filed by 5 women who allege they were sexually assaulted by him.
He is accused of groping these women's breasts without consent while seeing them as patients, and making sexually inappropriate comments to them. The complaint also states that the alleged victims were aware of many other women who were similarly abused by Dr. Goodman.
The Lakewood community should be careful not to use Doctor Goodman, and to warn people about the allegations against him. He is currently facing a disciplinary hearing related to these allegations in New York. It's possible that in anticipation of possibly losing his license in New York for these alleged abuses he is trying to set up a practice in Lakewood to continue practicing if that happens.
Regardless, these allegations are numerous and very serious and the community should exercise extreme caution.

There is no evidence & against halachah as there is no current risk because if it were to happen he would be arrested which we all know he will not allow that to happen while in court

"There is no evidence," so the testimony of 5 different women who do not know each other- nothing?
What is "against halacha, to warn other women to stay away from this guy?
