Why is she wrong? There are two scenarios in which the U.S. military may be employed. One requires congressional approval, and the other does not. The one that does not is when there is an imminent threat that the president must deal with. There is no reason to think that Trump cannot go through congress here, like other presidents before him.
Yehoshus Only a Satmar Shvantz thinks like you, she is a Jew! Take the constitution and shove it where the sun will never shine, we are dealing with a rogue country that wants to wipe the Jewish State off the map , a State, may I remind you, that is the home of the majority of the Jewish people! But you, obviously don't give a crap, you are worried what the constitution says!
Until the last few years most sessions of congress were populated by people of minimal intelligence, unlike the last few. And their members, as opposed to the opposing party's president as they were, did not hate him to the point of murder. That's why he can't. Get it?
She is an elected representative to the U.S. Congress. She does not have the option to "take the constitution and shove it etc." Are you aware of the oath every member of Congress (and the president) takes when assuming office?
Yehoshua She also has the option to keep her trap shut! You say: "She does not have the option to 'take the constitution and shove it etc." " That is exactly what the Nazis who were tried at Nuremberg said in their defense! Question" were any of your relatives their lawyer? sounds like it!

Debbie Washerwoman Schultz needs to make a clear case for why breast cancer poses an imminent threat to a woman's health that would warrant surgery.
