President Donald Trump has appeared at the Republican National Convention’s opening night with a bandage over his right ear.
Delegates cheered wildly when he was seen onscreen two days after being injured after a would-be assassin opened fire at his rally in Pennsylvania.

Back in the 1980's there was a professional wrestler named Cowboy Bob Orton. He injured his wrist in a match and had a cast put on. Miraculously, that cast remains on for years. Came in handy when giving a babyface a sneak whack to the face when the ref wasn't looking.
I'm wondering how long this gauze stays on because damn, it's a good symbol.
