What the late Rebbe didn't count on was that once the little "rebbele" tasted some power he would covet his father's home too...
One problem, his mother, relatively still young, lives there ..so in the last few weeks .. his followers broke into her home many times making her life a living nightmare ..and harassing her trying get her out ..
So she hired a lawyer to fight her own son .. to get him to stop

Rabbi Feivy Mendlowitz wrote on his UOJ site that there was a vicious gang up on his grandmother, the almana of R' Shraga Feivel Mendlowitz ztl. Schorr came to an executive meeting with YTV Chairman Benjamin Feldman who owned the shmatta company that Gerrorist Agudah Fresser Sol Werdiger owns today.
With YTV's ownership of Beis Medrash Elyon in Monsey came all kinds of profiteering schemes. At this meeting, Schorr-Feldman were trying to evict the almana to take her house.
R' Yaakov Kaminetzky, who couldn't even believe his ears were hearing such rishus, blew a gasket & he angrily stormed out of the meeting in protest. R' Reuven Grozovsky had recently suffered a stroke. He couldn't move or raise his voice, so he just sat there crying. Others in the room started reading Schorr-Feldman the riot act. Although the Belskys have not often been on the correct side of history, this time they were. Belsky's grandfather Wilhelm ended the meeting by smashing a solidly constructed chair over Feldman's head, necessitating that he be evacuated to hospital on a stretcher.
I suggest you get the story straight before you write anything. Stam to badmouth even a yungerman is not a good idea especialy when you got all the facts wrong. If you mention the tzavah read the whole thing and then tell me whose stealing and wronging who!

הגועל נפש שכמותו לא הייתה בהיסטוריה החסידית קורית לצערנו בסדיגורא בני ברק. עסקנים ממולחים מפולפלים עם הרבה רשעות ואכזריות, בחרו להם ילד בן 24 לאדמו"ר (איזה ילד לא אוהב לשחק רעבע?) וככה דרכו יוכלו לבצע השתלטות ענק על נכסים בשווי מיליוני דולרים ירושות עתיקות. הם תמרנו את האדמו"ר הקודם לצוואה שבמקרה הטוב הוצאה במרמה ובכחש ובמקרה הרע יותר הייתה עם לחצים לא אנושיים ולא ניכנס לכל זה.
אבל מה שקורה בחסידות הזאת על ידי הילד הקטן מסדיגורא שפשוט הרס את כל הקדוש והיקר לחסידות והתברר שמדובר בילד עלוב נפש שמתנהג כאחד הריקים פשוט העמידו עגל הזהב וכולם צועקים לו אלה אלוקיך ישראל. וכעת מתברר עד כמה מביך ההתנהגות של הילדון הזה. בושה כזאת לא היה מאז ומעולם שילד בן 24 יתקומם נגד אמו הרבנית האלמנה, יגנוב דברים, וכל זה בשביל תאוות כבוד מדומה.
דבר כזה לא היה גם במאבקים הכי מלוכלכים שהיו והנה כעת הגענו לשפל שכמותו לא היה.
אני קורא ומתחנן לילד הזה מגוטמכר תארוז את החפצים שלך ופשוט תסתלק מכאן לטובתך. את הסירחון שעשית לא עשה אף אחד לפניך. להלחם באמא עם עורכי דין? לדעתי את הנזק שעשית כבר לא תוכל לתקן בעולם הזה, ומי יודע מה גרמת בשמיםי לעצמיך ולמשפחתיך.
בשביל נשמתך ובשביל להפסיק את כל הביזיון הזה אנא ואנא פשוט תחזור לאנטוורפן ותשחרר אותנו מהסירחון הזה
