The only thing that’s surprising to me is Fishel always came across to me being dumb as a doorknob so even this half tuchess attempt to defend himself would appear to be above his pay grade!

All you fools who believe in the US fed or state justice system are naive fools. Anyone well familiar with the system doesn't trust it in any way. This is true about askanim from all the orgs. That is 100% true but Fishel Sherman is a dangerous sexual predator who admitted and described exactly what he did to his victim which matched up with the victim's testimony ! He then took a BS course to try to change his sick perverted desires and upon "graduation," received an award which he so graciously accepted only to attack another innocent victim!
