There was a stretch limousine idling at 555 Ocean Parkway in Brooklyn Tues night as Margo sat stroking the texture of a prison-orange kapota, while hoping for a last-minute pardon from President Trump, according to reports.
Margo, whose real name is Leopold Margulies, was so confident he’d receive a presidential reprieve that he booked the stretch limo in anticipation, Flatbush-based YWN reported.
Eckstein’s helicopter spotted the limo while searching for a mikvah rumored to be clandestinely raising herring.
Margo fears being arrested & sentenced to 22 years in prison for his role in covering up molestation, staging a fake YTT burglary & laundering hush payments to Yudi Kolko.
Ben Hirsch, a private investigator working on the case, said in an interview that Margo’s cronies expected the pardon and to "be breaking out schnapps" soon. Also on hand, according to Hirsch, was a hairstylist & makeup artist, so the former "Rosh Hayeshiva" could spruce up before getting some fast food.
The defense team led by Avi Moskowitz has been lobbying for a presidential pardon for months.
"If I've ever not snubbed anyone it would be you," Margo wrote to the president in Sept. "Not because I need you to save my life but because you stand for what you believe no matter what anyone thinks."
Fox News reported Trump was considering 50-100 last-minute commutations / pardons, according to sources. They're expected to be issued Tues evening or Wed morning.
Another figure who may receive leniency is the hocker, Avi Shafran, convicted of a B.S.'er charge.
A posthumous pardon for former Margo adviser Israel Belsky, who among other crimes was about to be arrested before death on multiple charges in the Mendel Epstein sting, was described as "TBD," to be determined.
Belsky crony & Tuvya's Blog founder Chaim Neuhoff, who is facing 18 charges of being a Putz & looking at a maximum of 175 years that he should take a hike in the Court of Bungalow-goer opinion, is reportedly not on the president’s list.
Nor is Trump expected to issue preemptive pardons to his children or for himself.
Meyer Reiss, recipient of a pardon (from the Novominsker) on a federal drug charge, called on the president to use his last-minute pardon power on nonviolent drug offenders in a recent interview with Fox News’ Martha MacCallum.
