Hundreds of Protesters gather outside home of Jacob Kornbluh after arrest of Heshy Tischler

The Chareidie communities unlike the modern orthodox have learned absolutely nothing from this epidemic . .... they continue to stick their thumbs in the eyes of regulations ....

I am not going into whether masks work or not ... or if social distancing works..... I will be the first to say "I don't know" but the laws are the laws and you guys are in galus making a huge chillul Hashem ...

This guy Kornbluh has every right to demand you put on your damn mask! Don't give me statistics ...put your mask on ... ....

Where are the Gedoilim? Where are our leaders? Why is this being allowed? Terrorising a fellow Jew?

All this 'speakers" crawling out from underneath every cave giving us "meaningful minutes" ... shut the hell up! There I said it ... Shut Up! Where are you now?

These guys being recorded with their "chizuk" messages are a bunch of cowards ..... not one came out talking about hundreds of Chareidim rioting and burning trash cans and masks, acting like BLM barbarians.....

***************

Hundreds of noisy protesters gathered outside the Brooklyn home of an Orthodox journalist on Sunday night in reaction to the arrest of activist Heshy Tischler for allegedly inciting an unruly mob to attack him.

“No Heshy, no peace,” the protesters chanted at Jacob Kornbluh, a reporter for Jewish Insider who was assaulted last Wednesday during Borough Park protests over coronavirus restrictions.

Another man shouted into a bullhorn and passing cars honked their horns in an apparent show of solidarity with the group who appeared to be pinning the blame for Tischler’s arrest on the victim, Kornbluh.

Tischler, who is also Orthodox, allegedly caused the attack on Kornbluh after some in the community were upset about the journalist’s reporting on the anti-lockdown protests.

The fan account of Tischler, who was arrested earlier Sunday night on charges of unlawful imprisonment and inciting a riot, promoted the protests outside Kornbluh’s home.

Police responded to the scene to protect the building as the crowd of about 100 gathered outside.

I appreciate your opinion, I don't think the reality where you are in Israel is the same as is over here in the states. Here the numbers are skewed and are incorrect.
the positivity rate has to do with the amount of people that are testing, not with the population.

Hospitalizations are practically zero and we do not see any deaths anymore. Therefore it's not any different than the regular flu, and for that we do not shut down the world

Ben
I agree with you that we shouldn't shut down the world, the schools etc ....
even in Israel I think that they should open it up
that's not what my post is about ....my post is that we have regulations here and Israel to "wear masks" and to be socially "distant" and as frum Torah Jews it behooves us to follow the regs ...
and not to harass someone who tells you to wear a mask ...
the Chasidishe riots were a chillul Hashem and if they would've followed the regs... the governor (who I hate) would have not closed the shuls..

Straight on! Where is the Agudah condemning these actions? Now, the general public is under the assumption that this moron, Tischler (who is clearly not playing with a full deck) speaks on behalf of orthodox Jews. He and his goons have caused a massive chillul hashem, and have provided the media with fodder to portray the protests as equally violent as the protests that rocked NYC a few months ago. He must be condemned by every Jewish organization.

Dus is nies you are a coward. Now you take the side of ezra freidlander and all the tuchus lickers of de blasio and coumo. Even many non jews understand that this lockdown is anti Semitic. There is currently equal and hire cases of coronavirus in Latino and black communities that are not being shut down. Now some jews have the courage to protest this despicable decree from the pig de blasio. But you coward jew its because of jews like you that antisemite pigs like de blasio have no fear to take advantage of us. If they would make a law that we have to walk into the gas chambers Dus Iz Nies would tell us we have to follow the law and if we protest we are making a chillul hashem

Ben -

I'm not sure how you can argue with any of the author's points.

I would like to inform dusiznies of what's actually happening over here in the US. Do you think that the frum jews are the only people not following the regulations. What do you think, the gangs in Harlem and our ms13 freinds in the Latino slums are conforming to the regulations? There's a reason the numbers in corona queens(70% Hispanic)is hire than the numbers in the frum community. What about Elmhurst, east Harlem, Pelham gardens. Why were they not shut down if de blasio is really scared of high numbers? Because they are not frum jews!
