This man is a simpleton. He accepts the Asbury Park Press version of events as Gospel truth. Most of the people who were arrested are dirt poor. Rather than channel Godwin's law, I'd like to paraphrase Goethe, "There is no innocent act that cannot be perversely presented as a crime."
Regarding the "Ba'al Ha'video, who is he? He sounds like an Israeli, and as we all know some Israelis have their own honesty issues.
