El Al Refuses To Meet With Potential Buyer Eli Rozenberg

El Al Airlines sent a letter to Eli Rozenberg, who sent an official offer to acquire 45% of the company on behalf of his father, Kenny Rozenberg, refusing to set up a meeting with his representatives until he answers several questions, a Globes report said.
Rozenberg’s lawyer had requested a meeting with the El Al board in order to discuss a list of questions the company had sent his client, raising doubts about his identity and intentions in acquiring the airline.
Instead of scheduling a meeting, El Al’s lawyer, Adv. Klagsbald, sent another letter to Rozenberg asking for clarification of the true identity of the buyer, Eli Rozenberg or his father Kenny, who as a foreign resident cannot legally purchase control of El Al. “It is not clear why your letter does not refer to this basic question,” Klagsbald wrote.
Klagsbald added that the deadline that Rozenberg provided for El Al to respond to his offer, August 31, is not realistic and there is no point in setting up a meeting unless the date is changed.
Although Rozenberg’s offer to purchase El Al has been the only one to date, El Al has reason to believe that other parties may be proffering offering, based on various reports, the Globes report said.
Finance Ministry Director-General Keren Turner sent a letter to El Al urging the company to seriously consider Rozenberg’s offer.

Pelosi Gives $14,000 To Omar’s Re-Election Campaign

I am 100% convinced that this is Jewish money going to a Somalian anti-Semite ........She already siphoned off over one million dollars from campaign funds and deposited it into her white husband's account under the guise that he is an advisor to her campaign ....
U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) has donated $14,000 to the re-election campaign of Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) in Minnesota’s 5th Congressional District, according to Federal Election Commission records released on Thursday.
Pelosi gave $10,000 from her political action committee and another $4,000 from her campaign committee to Omar on July 22, a week after Pelosi endorsed Omar’s re-election campaign.
Omar will face four opponents in her district’s Aug. 11 Democratic primary. Her top opponent, Antone Melton-Meaux, outraised Omar between April and June with $3.3 million to Omar’s $470,000.
Melton-Meaux spent more than $1.7 million during the first few weeks of July, while Omar spent $784,000 during that period—leaving the former with $695,000 on hand to Omar’s $732,000.
Omar has perpetuated anti-Semitic tropes on Twitter and introduced a resolution in Congress that promotes boycotts of Israel, likening them to boycotts of Nazi Germany.
In February 2019, a month after being sworn in, Omar accused AIPAC of paying members of Congress to back Israel, saying it was “all about the Benjamins.”
The following month, she pointed fingers at her “Jewish colleagues” for attacking her Tlaib for labeling their criticisms as anti-Israel because of the Muslim faith of the two congresswomen, in addition to slamming her critics regarding “the political influence in this country that says it is OK to push for allegiance to a foreign country.”
This led to the passing of a House resolution condemning anti-Semitism and other forms of hatred that did not call out Omar by name.
In response to Omar’s dual-loyalty accusation, Pelosi said at the time, “I don’t think our colleague is anti-Semitic. I think she has a different experience in the use of words [and] doesn’t understand that some of them are fraught with meaning.”

How A Boro-Park Rebbetzin is Encouraging Young Families to Move To Florida Instead of Eretz Yisrael

In the “living Section” of last week’s Ami Magazine, there was an article featuring Rebbetzin Malka Taussig, wife of the Rav of Beled, under the heading
 “Escaping New York.”

The article written by Victoria Dwek, touted the Rebbetzin’s great work on luring young Chassidishe families to Tampa Florida where a new development, which will  accommodate 2,500 homes…is being built.

Reading the article, on Shabbos Nachmu, I was astonished and disturbed to learn how leaders of the Chassidishe Communities in the year 2020, the year of Covid-19, are still excited and proud of the fact that they will lure thousands of frum  souls from Boro-Park, Williamsburg, Monroe, Monsey and Lakewood and move them to another state in Chutz-Le’aaretz…

When asked how quickly this project will come to fruition, she enthusiastically said,”in the fall,” and like the Tzadikis that she is, she compared this to the building of the "Third Bais Hamikdash" :

“I told my husband, we learn that the third Beis Hamikdash will come down in one piece, but we truly began to understand how that could be, when we saw this big map of the area, with all their homes and a place for the school and community facilities, already planned and waiting for us.”

Barf! ........Barf!

She "learned" how the “Third Bais Hamikdash will be built” from a building project in Tampa Florida!

Mrs. Dwek writes why the Beleder Rebbetzin chose Florida:

“Let’s move to a red state. Red states are those where Republicans lead the state governments. Taxes tend to be lower in many of those states, regulations tend to be more business-friendly, and the environment is also usually friendlier towards religious groups and their needs"

But listen carefully to the holy words from the lips of the “tzneesdeki” “shpitzel” wearing Rebbitzen:

“They are dismantling police departments in bits and pieces and taking away the authority of what policemen can do at a crime scene. It’s dangerous. They’ve allowed business to be destroyed. People are afraid to go into Manhattan. Store windows were broken, pogrom-style, and the mayor condones it. When riots broke out, red states did not tolerate looting like blue states did.”
“For it to come to a situation where Agudah couldn’t influence Cuomo to open camps… we know that it had nothing to do with coronavirus.”

adding:

“A lot of people live their lives pretending that this isn’t happening around us. We pretend not to be bothered by it. But we don’t know where it will end.”

Listen and weep at her blasphemous words, shlepping Hashem, into her treacherous scheme.

“When I saw how things began to unfold, it almost didn’t make sense. I saw so much Hashgacha Pratis every step of the way.”
And added …
“We know that uprooting is not simple, But, be’ezras Hashem, everyone who comes down there should be able to call it a success story.” “It’s a zechus that I am able to organize this. I see how excited people are about it. They feel like they’ve being liberated.” We’re still in galus, but at least we’ll be able to ride the galus in a better place.

She calls herself the “Beled Rebbetzin” …
Question: where is Beled?
No not the one Boro-Park……
I'm talking about the City of Beled in Europe….?
How “excited” were her ancestors when they first moved to Beled centuries ago?
I'm sure they also  “felt liberated!”
Didn't they feel then when they first immigrated to the Shtetel Beled that Beled would be a "safe place" and that they would “be able to ride the galus in this better place, Beled?”
I'll bet they did, they had the same and if not more the enthusiasm as their "Tampa" descendants..

How many Jews still live in Beled?
Better yet…. How many Jews from Beled were murdered? How many survived?
Where is the shul in Beled… is it now a stable where horses crap, or was it totally destroyed?

Nowhere in the entire eight pages dedicated to this Rebbetzin with her grand altruistic ideas, is the word Eretz Yisrael mentioned … No where !
Not even in an apologetic way..not even saying with "regret"…
“I wish we could go to Eretz Yisrael”…. Nope . It  never crossed her mind ….
She sure wasn’t from the daughters of Tzlafchad, that desired a piece of land in Eretz Yisrael..

Ironically, this article appeared when the entire Jewish world  read Parshas Ve’eschanan, where the Torah describes how Moshe Rabbeinue  pleads to Hashem begging to enter Eretz Yisrael and the Medrish states that Moshe told Hashem, that if he couldn't enter Eretz Yisrael as a human being then he was prepared to enter Eretz Yisrael as a small animal..
Can you imagine?

Have we learned nothing from Jewish History?
Have we given 5 minutes of thought of why Hashem sent this virus?
Why Hashem closed our Moisdois Ha’Torah, Our Batei Midrashim, our parnassah, our Weddings, Bar-Mitzvas etc etc…

How quickly have we we sunk into the “tumedika”mentality way of thinking, of trying to find a safe haven in a world where all countries .... all ...want to kill us... no ..not deport us.. ... but kill us ..

“Oh … let’s go to a red state” …. How insane is this remark?

How is it.... that a Chassidishe Rebbetzin, and I presume  that she is very "te'mimisdik", doesn't have any yearning in the very recesses of her heart to return to her ancestral homeland, a country that is ready and able to welcome her and the 500 hundred families that she is encouraging to uproot to another state? The year is 2020, one need not be a pioneer any longer.
There is no indication in the entire interview that Eretz Yisrael is in any way related to her and her saintly husband the Rav of Beled. None!

How is it that Chareidie girls from Chareidie moisdois have no connection to Eretz Yisrael? None what-so-ever?
What sort of "chinuch" are they getting that they are not aware that they are in the diaspora and that they will never find peace in Chutz Le'aaretz?

What was she thinking when her tzaddik, her husband, shouted out by the Seder .."Leshana Habbah be'Yerushalyim" "next year in Jerusalem" ... was she laughing in her heart?
or was she thinking "Leshana Habbah be'Tampa Florida?"

She is proud of her Chassidishe heritage ....

Question: Is the founder of the movement, the Baal Shem Tov, looking down from Gan Eden and listening to this interview ..proud?

Did her grandparents from Beled daven so that their grandchild should be a leader of a group that is boasting and excited to shlep innocent sheep to graze in a land steeped in materialism... ?

If her Beled ancestors could only speak to her...
what do you think they would tell her?

Wouldn't they tell her ....
"We also looked forward to living with goyim in peace.... we thought that we 'could ride out the galus' in this better place ... but we were slaughtered like pigs." "Don't do it! Don't do it for your sake and the sake of your grandchildren" There is nothing that Tampa could offer you ... there is no future there for Jewish people..."

Did she even entertain the idea that any red state can turn blue in a matter of seconds ….?

How fast did the virus paralyze the entire world… how long did it take?
How long will it take for Florida to turn blue?

Shame on Victoria Dwek who is in awe of this misguided "Rebbitzen"

And a Message to the Rebbetzin from DIN...
I searched for the town of Beled on a map and  couldn't find it.......
I couldn't .....but  ....Hitler did find it.

Former New York Times journalist Bari Weiss likens cancel culture to 'social murder'

A columnist who claims bullying by colleagues forced her to quit The New York Times likened cancel culture to ‘social murder’ and said that firing people who hold unpopular opinions is aimed at ‘punishing’ them for being ‘insufficiently pure.’
‘We're used to criticism,’ Bari Weiss said during an appearance on Friday on Real Time with Bill Maher.
‘Criticism is kosher in the work that we do. Criticism is great.’
She added: ’What cancel culture is about is not criticism. It is about punishment. It is about making a person radioactive. It is about taking away their job.’
Weiss quoted writer Jonathan Rauch of The Atlantic magazine who said ‘cancel culture’ is akin to ‘social murder.’
‘And I think that's right.’

Man clings to the hood of a semi truck driving down an interstate for NINE MILES before troopers intercept vehicle

It looked like a scene from a Hollywood action flick.
A bloodied motorist was filmed hanging on for dear life to the hood of a semi-trailer truck that was driving at high speed northbound on the Florida Turnpike near Boynton on Saturday afternoon.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, dispatchers were told that a white male was driving a Toyota SUV with a male passenger traveling southbound on the Turnpike.
The passenger told dispatchers that the driver started acting erratically and stopped the vehicle on the exit ramp to Boynton Beach.
The driver then got out of the Toyota and started walking on the highway.
According to the FHP, the man hopped over the media concrete wall from the southbound side to the northbound side, causing traffic to slow down.
He then jumped on top of the hood of a semi tractor-trailer that was driving northbound.
Edward Hughes, the driver of the semi, told TMZ that the man appeared to have been bleeding and flagged for him to stop.
Hughes said he stopped the truck - only for the man to latch onto the hood and start bashing his windshield with a metal object.
Hughes said he panicked and pressed hard on the gas in an attempt to knock the man off the hood.
Amateur video shot by another motorist on the Turnpike shows Hughes jerk the truck by accelerating and then pressing hard on the break in an effort to jar the man off of the hood.
Hughes also tried to weave in and out of lanes, but to no avail, as the man kept on stubbornly clinging to the windshield.
As Hughes kept driving, the man managed to break through the glass.
The man stayed on the hood of Hughes’ truck for about nine miles before FHP troopers managed to intercept the vehicle.
The troopers took the man into custody and drove him to Wellington Regional Hospital, where he was being evaluated on Saturday.

"Any yeshiva student who disregards restrictions will be deported "Gamzu:

Israel’s new coronavirus czar Ronni Gamzu spoke in an interview with Army Radio on Sunday morning and hit back at criticism of his time in charge so far and to the government's decision to leave the partial closure intact over the weekend, as well as the plan to fly thousands of yeshiva students to Israel during the High Holidays.
"Any change of restrictions can not happen within 24 hours," Gamzu told host Efi Triger. "All changes will come this week for examination and then a decision. Our desire is to do things quickly, but by no means recklessly. I will encounter political interests but the professional line will lead. I will not allow the public to be endangered because of all sorts of (political) interests. The issue of yeshiva students entering the country was decided before I started in my role. Believe me, if a decision is made to put them in capsules, there will be inspectors who will make sure they do not disregard the health restrictions. Any institution that disrespects the restrictions will be closed, and anybody who disrespects the restrictions will be deported."

An antechamber to evil ... The progressive world

After days of anti-Semitic rants on social media, the “Grime” rapper Wiley has finally been barred from Twitter and Facebook following outrage by Jews and others that he was allowed to use these platforms for his vicious incitement.

This episode was particularly chilling.
It involved a sustained onslaught of anti-Jewish invective by a prominent public figure who described Jews as “cowards and snakes,” likened them to the Ku Klux Klan and suggested they should be shot.

He could do this with impunity because no one saw fit to stop him until protests had escalated into a 48-hour boycott of Twitter. Days of brazen incitement against Jews had elicited merely indifference from content providers, or even attracted support.

Indeed, after Wiley was banned from social media, he was given yet another platform. In an interview in Britain’s black community newspaper The Voice, he accused the Jews of using black people as slaves in the music and entertainment industry—to which his interviewer wondered: “Maybe it’s a discussion that needs to be had?”

The passivity that greeted Wiley’s brazen Jew-hatred has shocked many Jews into concluding that a line has now been crossed.

"Don't allow 16,000 US yeshiva students into Israel" ...Israeli Virus Manager

Ronni Gamzu

Professor Ronni Gamzu, the government's coronavirus project manager, criticized the decision to allow 16,000 US yeshiva students into Israel ahead of the holiday season.

"We need to take intelligent measures here and prevent another fire," he told Weekend News. "This is a decision which was made before I took office. I am not yet completely sure what other instructions we need to be giving."

Gamzu also said that he is not looking at the previous failures in handling the coronavirus crisis.

"I really want to take the citizens of the State of Israel forward," he said. "Yes, there were mistakes, and yes, there were restrictions which I don't see the logic in, and that pushed the public away. Anyone who comes sees open here, closed there, and says, 'This doesn't seem reasonable to me.' Especially if that person is one who lost his livelihood."

According to Gamzu, it could be that Israelis will be able to resume flights abroad within the next month.
"I think that during August, the skies will reopen," he said. "The purpose is to resume, as quickly as possible and to as many 'green' countries as possible, because we are pretty red in comparison to the other green countries. And this is definitely a realistic goal."

"I serve the citizens of the State of Israel. I have confidence in my path. I'm not sure I'll succeed, but I really think that all of us together, all of the State of Israel's citizens, if we can join hands, we will succeed."

Watch How Fauci Refuses To Limiting Riots Despite Virus Spread But Recommends Closing of Houses of Worship

Dr. Anthony Fauci did little on Friday to dispel the argument often made by conservatives that there is a double standard when liberals and some public health experts support widespread Black Lives Matter protests, but simultaneously push for limitations on other activities involving crowds.
Fauci’s stance emerged during questioning from a Republican lawmaker while testifying before House lawmakers over whether recent protests increased the spread of coronavirus.
Rep. Jim Jordan of Ohio repeatedly pressed the top health official on whether protests in Portland and other cities against police brutality and racial discrimination should be curbed to stop the virus spread.
Jordan complained that government officials “are stopping people from going to church,” but not shutting down protests.
Fauci refused to admit that if crowds in churches and businesses are deemed a risk, certainly crowds of hundreds if not thousands of protestors should carry at least the same amount of risk, and should therefore be limited by the same token.
Instead, he remained non-committal, saying “Any crowd, whether it’s a protest, any crowd when you have people close together without masks is a risk.”

How the Mossad hunted the ‘Butcher of Riga,’ who murdered up to 30,000 Jews

The Buthcher  Herberts Cukurs

In March 1965, the West German Bundestag overwhelmingly defeated a proposal to bring to an end the hunt for Nazi war criminals and introduce a statute of limitations for their crimes.
The months leading up to the debate had seen a wave of opposition to the plans across the world. Thousands took to the streets from Tel Aviv to Toronto and Los Angeles to London. Nobel Prize winners, politicians, playwrights and the future Pope Benedict XVI raised their voices in protest. And in Germany, a bitter and divisive national debate broke out about how the country should atone for its sins and how widespread the responsibility for them truly lay.

Barack Obama’s half-brother rips ‘cold and ruthless’ ex-president

A “cold and ruthless” President Obama abandoned his Kenyan family in their greatest hours of need, according to a new tell-all by estranged half brother Malik Obama.
“He got rich and became a snob,” Malik, 62, told The Post via Skype from his home in the Kenyan village of Nyang’oma Kogelo. “What I saw was he was the kind of person that wants people to worship him. He needs to be worshiped and I don’t do that. I am his older brother so I don’t do that.”
The book, “Big Bad Brother From Kenya,” a self-published memoir which Malik Obama spent 22 years writing, hit Amazon with little fanfare on July 11. In its 435 pages, Malik covers the long and gradual falling out between him and the former President, which culminated in Malik publicly endorsing Donald Trump for president in 2016.
Both Malik and Barack Obama share the same father, Barack Hussein Obama Sr., a Kenyan economist who died in a car accident in 1982. Malik first met his half brother in 1985 when Barack was a 24-year-old Chicago community organizer, and they enjoyed warm relations for more than a decade. Malik spent years working in the United States, where he has dual citizenship, and frequently traveled between the US and his homeland. Malik was the best man at Barack Obama’s wedding in 1992. When Barack became president, Malik was a regular visitor to the Oval Office.

Yiddish Has become a "Religion" for the "Non-Religious"

The following is a lengthy article that was featured in Tablet and it talks about the revival of Yiddish and Yiddish culture ...

I read the article, with curiosity, an article that goes on and on to infiniti, and if you are somewhat of a masochist you will take the time to read it.

I found that except for three words,
"kaboles shabes," "khas v’sholem" and "Tish Nigunim,"
the whole article had absolutely nothing to do with Yiddishkeit.
The word "Judaism" doesn't appear in the entire article and neither does the word "Jew" or "Jewish" ...and of course.... ..... G-D.

The Yiddish that they do speak is not at all related to the Yiddish that most of the Yiddish speaking world speaks...
If you would listen to their Yiddish, you would find it to be a cross between Swahili and Flemish..

If they would have any allegiance to Israel, I would have some hope for this group, who come together once a year to speak in their common tongue and listen to Klezmer....

They call this a "revival"... but a "rival" of exactly what?
Most of the old "yiddishists" leaders are no longer here and their children have more or less assimilated and disappeared amongst nations of the world..
This new breed of "yiddishists" sound like a nice bunch,  and I saw that they were smart enough to stay away from politics, but if I had to take a guess I would say that they are progressive liberal Jews who want a "One State" solution with  the name Palestine written all over it  ...
I sure hope I"m wrong...

COVID-19: List Of Hand Sanitizers To Avoid Now Nears 90, FDA Says

The Food and Drug Administration is warning consumers and health care providers that the agency has seen a sharp increase in hand sanitizer products that are labeled to contain ethanol (also known as ethyl alcohol) but that have tested positive for methanol contamination amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
The list has now grown to nearly 90 products being recalled.
Methanol, also known as wood alcohol, can be toxic when ingested or absorbed through the skin, according to FDA said.
The agency said it's aware of adults and children ingesting hand sanitizer products contaminated with methanol that has led to recent adverse events including blindness, hospitalizations and death.
The FDA advises consumers not to use hand sanitizers listed below, or products with the names or NDC numbers.
