Special Counsel States that Clinton Campaign Fed Media with Fake News About Trump

The presidential campaign of 2016 Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton consistently fed mainstream media news outlets with “unverified derogatory information” about Republican nominee Donald Trump, culminating in a false narrative that he was colluding with Russia, Special Counsel John Durham says in a new court filing.

After Clinton associated Christopher Steele and Michael Sussmann gave the FBI misleading information about Trump to spark a collusion investigation, the campaign sent some of the information to New York Times journalists.

“Sounded like you might be interested in some of the attached Russia-related material. These are internal, open source research drafts, as agreed, pls (sic) treat this as background/not for attribution, as you’ll see it’s all easily replicated either way,” a Fusion GPS executive wrote to Times reporters.

That message is one of hundreds between the Clinton campaign and journalists dug up by Durham’s probe.

In his court filing, Durham refers to various information given by the Clinton campaign to journalists as “red herring,” “unverified,” “too obvious” to be true, or containing a “very weak link.”

“What we all suspected all along is that the Clinton campaign was really pushing this,” said Rep. Jim Jordan. “And we didn’t know that they just made it up out of whole cloth. But that looks like exactly what they did.”

While 6 Million Jewish Residents of Israel Mourn Their fallen .. Satmar Media Feature 9 and 1/2 Iranian Jews that Hate Israel

Loose translation:
After 2 years of Corona when Iranian Jews couldn't march in support of the Palestinians, they have now resumed protesting and allowed themselves to be interviewed by the local press, and severely criticised the State of Israel and it's behavior towards the Palestinians.

Jews living in Israel will be mourning tomorrow "Yom Ha'Zikoron" for those who gave their lives for their fellow brothers and sisters.

The cruel and sadistic Satmarars found a handful of Iranian Jews protesting the State of Israel, and are featuring this story on their websites!
Those Jews pictured don't look anything like Jews, and normally Satmar would be mocking them but since they are on the same page vis รก vis Israel, they put them as their cover story!

Yermeyahu's Prophecy Realized With the State of Israel ..

Israeli Security Forces Fear Chareidi Teen May Have Been Abducted

The Israel Dog Unit (IDU) issued an “urgent appeal to the public” in its search for Avraham Moshe Kleinerman, 16, of Modiin Illit, who was last seen at Meron over a month ago.

Last week, Israelis from several cities searched for Avraham in his home city of Modiin Illit as well as in Bnei Brak, Jerusalem, and the Shomron, where he frequently visited. A large group of volunteers from the Israel Dog Unit (IDU), a nonprofit specializing in locating missing persons, also scoured the Meron area for hours, searching the site and surrounding forests for any sign of Avraham with dogs and drones.

Last Tuesday, volunteers made efforts to raise awareness of Avraham’s disappearance at the kevarim of Yehoshua Bin Nun and Calev ben Yefunah in the Palestinian village of Kifl Haris in the Shomron, Arutz Sheva reported. Many people whom Avraham associated with were there for the yahrzeit and volunteers distributed pamphlets about Avraham to the participants.

Avraham was once injured by Palestinian Arabs throwing stones at him in the Shomron and even has a large scar on his forehead due to a stone thrown at him. According to his father, he was hospitalized after the incident and has never been the same since, wandering around confused since he was released from the hospital.

Perhaps due to the trauma of the incident, he attempted in the past to return to the scene of the attack despite the fact that it occurred in Area A, which is legally forbidden for Israeli citizens to enter and extremely dangerous. Additionally, the IDU received a threatening message in Arabic from a Jordanian telephone number that Avraham was captured and would be killed in 24 hours. Security officials fear that he indeed may have been abducted.

“This is very serious,” said IDU director Yekutiel Ben-Yaakov. “Over a month has passed and it’s as if the ground swallowed him up. We are not ruling out a terrorist motive. I can’t say more at this time, other than request of the public to contact us if they can recall seeing Avraham any time over this past month, at our special missing person hotline.”

An Open Letter to the Israeli Public

Brooke Goldstein

Our country faces many threats, from terrorism, to corruption, to political polarization.

One less talked about threat, albeit an existential one, is the nefarious influence of foreign funding on Israeli democracy. Millions of dollars are being paid to Israeli NGO’s in an attempt to influence our society, culture and laws. Supported by foreign donors, these Israeli NGO’s operate public relations campaigns and file frivolous lawsuits to pursue undemocratic and harmful agendas, and to re-make Israel according to adverse foreign interests.

One of the most hostile foreign funds is the aptly named New Israel Fund. Headquartered in the United States and funding over 900 Israeli organizations the organization has spent over $300 million to advance its nefarious agenda. The NIF operates like a destructive colonialist project whose goal is to attack the Jewish character of the state, and to disenfranchise Israeli voters. NIF-funded organizations therefore work to divorce Israel from the Jewish people, and undermine the ability of the Israeli public to govern themselves.

Rabbi Zechariah Wallerstein Passes Away at 64 Was World-Renowned Educator And Speaker

We regret to inform you of the Petira of Rabbi Zechariah Wallerstein, a world famous inspirational and motivational speaker and educator. He was approximately 64-years-old.

Tehillim was requested for Rabbi Wallerstein, who was suffering from an illness for the past few years. Sadly, he was Niftar at his Flatbush home at around 5:00AM, Monday morning.

The Niftar had become an icon in the Jewish world, delivering thousands of speeches around the globe.

He had an over-three-decade career in chinuch. A dynamic educator-with his trademark passion, clarity, and love, touched the hearts and souls of thousands of students from all shades of the religious spectrum.

Around 15 years ago, upon grasping a profound paucity in the spiritual and social resources available to today’s Jewish women, Rabbi Wallerstein dared to step out of the box-and founded Ohr Naava, at a time when no comparable center existed.

With his legendary foresight and gumption, the center has since mushroomed into a panoptic umbrella organization, composed of numerous programs addressing the gamut of Jewish women’s needs, including Ateres Naava Seminary, Tiferes Bnos Yisroel Seminary, Ateres Miriam Seminary, Bnot Chaya Academy, Hakaras Hatov Initiative, Ohr Naava Shidduch Initiative, The Yutta Zicherman Crisis Center for Intervention, and the therapeutic Ranch at Bethel.

He is survived by his mother, Charlotte Bunim, his wife Estee, who was a partner in all his endeavors, his five daughters, grandchildren, and the thousands of people whose lives he touched.

Jews should abandon the New York Askanim that pushed them to vote for the party that’s abandoned them

With the Biden-Harris administration’s epic failures from skyrocketing inflation and gas prices to the wide-open southern border, record crime and weakness abroad, American voters are turning away from the Democratic Party in staggering numbers.

Even the Democrats’ most reliable constituencies are heading for the exits in droves: Support for the White House has been steadily — and dramatically — eroding among black, Hispanic, women and younger voters.

One demographic group that has been stubbornly faithful to the Democrats but should join the others in rethinking its support is Jewish voters. Historically liberal, most Jewish Americans have long voted Democrat, confounding Republican presidents who provided extraordinary support to Israel and other issues important to the Jewish community.

Consider President Donald Trump’s innovative policy approach, which flipped the script in the Middle East in critical ways and delivered greater stability and peace.

The Trump administration cut aid to Palestinian governing bodies with leaders who refused to negotiate with Israel and recognized the strategically vital Golan Heights as part of Israel.

At the United Nations — where Israel-bashing is de rigueur and the Jewish state is singled out for unfair treatment more than any other nation — Trump removed America from the Human Rights Council due to the group’s blatant bias and ensured that the US delegation stood unequivocally with our ally.

Under Trump — unlike during the Obama years — the United States stopped rebuking Israel for its settlements in the West Bank and quit condemning Israel for simply defending itself from terrorist attacks targeting civilians.

The Trump administration was a strong opponent of the shamelessly anti-Semitic BDS (boycott, divestment and sanctions) movement — supported by three out of four House Democrats known as “the Squad” — which seeks to isolate Israel and destroy its economy.

Standing up for religious freedom and against religious persecution and offsetting the UN’s (and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s) singular focus on the largely manufactured threat of “Islamophobia,” the Trump administration hosted a Summit on Combatting Anti-Semitism. Trump also signed an executive order giving Jews greater legal protections against persecution.

Democrats routinely smeared Trump as “Hitler” and “anti-Semitic.” It was a false and disgusting trope, even as the Democratic Party drifted further from bipartisan support against anti-Semitism and for Israel. Reports suggested that Trump was responsible for a rise in hate crimes — ignoring the fact that for the previous eight years under Obama-Biden, attacks on Jews were among the top three hate crimes (although they rarely made headlines).

Biden, meanwhile, has largely followed his fellow Democrats in moving away from strong, steadfast support for Israel. Many in the party (most prominently Rep. Ilhan Omar) openly embrace anti-Semitic rhetoric and policies, and the failure of Democratic leaders to condemn both is disturbing.

Worse, Biden is trying desperately to reanimate the dangerous Iran nuclear deal, which would facilitate Tehran’s nuclear ambitions and undercut our Arab allies (and their burgeoning relationships with Jerusalem) while endangering Israel’s very existence.

While it’s clear that the new Democratic Party has turned its back on both American Jews and Israel in significant ways, Jewish voters continue to reward its candidates. Despite his extraordinary record, Trump lost ground with them in the 2020 election. In a recent interview, Trump lamented the political reality: “The Jewish people in the United States either don’t like Israel or don’t care about Israel.”

Most Jewish voters chose Biden and vote Democrat for various reasons, but they should seriously consider joining other traditional Democrat voting blocs in abandoning the party. It’s long past time for Jewish voters to end their longstanding — but unrequited — loyalty to the Democrats, who clearly no longer care about their concerns.

President Herzog Meets Rabbi Wein

A single moment can sometimes influence our entire lives. A fascinating moment of this kind was revealed during a meeting between Israels' President ,*Mr. Yitzchak Herzog* and *Rabbi Berel Wein* during Pesach.

Herzog came to the home of the 88-year-old rabbi who made aliyah after many years as a writer, lecturer and American Jewish leader. Rabbi Wein has led many congregations as a Rabbi, as well as Rosh Yeshiva, producing hundreds of students in Rabbinical leadership roles across the globe. Rabbi Wein told the following story to the President , who is named after his grandfather, Rabbi Yitzchak Herzog, who served as the Chief Ashkenazic Rabbi of Mandate Palestine and Israel from 1936-1959:

"I was a twelve-year-old child in 1946 when my father woke me early one morning and said: 'We are going to the airport. Rabbi Herzog is arriving in Chicago!'. The entire city waited in anticipation of the eminent rabbi's arrival.

"The rabbi came to our school and told us about his recent encounter with the Pope: 'I just returned from Rome after meeting with the Pope. I presented him with a list of thousands of Jewish children who were sent to Catholic monasteries by their parents in order to save them from the Germans. I told the Pope: 'I am giving you this list as a representative of the Jewish People. I am requesting that you return these children to us.' The Pope did not agree to this request. He explained that each child who enters a Catholic institution is baptized into Christianity and must remain a Christian forever.

"Rabbi Herzog finished quoting the Pope, paused for a moment, and then burst into tears. I never saw anyone cry like that. He bent his head over the podium, and all two thousand years of our exile and persecution poured out of him. All the young Americans stood in stunned amazement.

"But then the rabbi stood up straight, looked at us intently and said: 'I cannot do anything more for these children. But you, what do you intend to do for the Jewish nation? What do you intend to do to rehabilitate our people?'.

"We then all approached to shake his hand, and he repeated this message to each of us personally. He looked at me, still a boy, and said to me: 'Did you hear what I said? Do not forget what I said.'

"The words I heard that day changed my life. They changed the lives of many who were there. Many among that group of children established educational institutions and large Jewish organizations and many also made aliyah. Over the years, the young Americans in that lecture hall educated tens of thousands to be active members of the Jewish nation. And it was all because of one speech, and because of one person's tears."

New York Grand Jury Ends With No Charges Against Trump

The six-month jury meant to hear evidence against former President Donald Trump was set to expire this week.

The lengthy criminal investigation into Trump’s alleged manipulation of the value of his properties in order to secure tax advantages is apparently coming to a close without charges.

In February, the investigation saw the departure of two senior prosecutors who accused Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg (D) of stalling the inquiry.

Bragg says that even though the grand jury disbanded, other grand juries in New York would be available to take action if needed.

However, legal observers say any potential indictment of Trump is unlikely at this time.

Court Disses the DemonRats as they Lose Congressional Map Appeal in New York

The 4-3 decision is a major blow to Democrats who hoped to steal three additional seats.

The Court of Appeals heard arguments on Tuesday, where Republican voters claimed Democrats violated the state’s Constitutionally-mandated process for redistricting in order to gerrymander the maps to their benefit.

On Wednesday, Democrats attempted to defend their map as a lawful solution that was designed to protect minority voting rights.

In a majority opinion signed by the Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals, the court wrote that Democrats had done “exactly what they would have done had the 2014 constitutional reforms never been passed.”

In 2014, New York voters wrote anti-gerrymandering reforms into the state’s constitution.

The court’s ruling means an outside expert known as a “special master” will be hired to redraw the maps. Its final form will likely help Republicans take a small lead in national redistricting.

Mossad Arrests Iranian Terrorist on Iranian Soil

The Mossad recently thwarted an Iranian plot to assassinate an Israeli diplomat and a US general, and in a rare event, arrested the suspect on Iranian soil.

Mossad agents interrogated the suspect, Mansour Rasouli, who admitted he had been ordered to lead a plot to assassinate an Israeli diplomat in Istanbul, a US general stationed in Germany, and a journalist in France.

The suspect was recruited by the Quds Force, a branch of the IRGC responsible for overseas attacks. The hits were to be carried out by the European-stationed Quds Force Unit 840 via its connection to European drug cartels.

The suspect said he had received an advance of $150,000 to prepare for the attack and was promised another further $1 million if he successfully assassinated the targets.

The details of the affair were published over the weekend by the London-based Iranian opposition newspaper Iran International.

Israel did not comment on the report.

Reb Chaim Kanievsky's sons embroiled in bitter inheritance dispute After Lou Scheiner Offers $7 Million for Original Writings

ื›ืกืฃ ื™ืขื ื” ืืช ื”ื›ื•ืœ

New York real estate magnate Rubin Schron is mediating over the late rabbi's estate worth an estimated tens of millions of dollars.

Rabbi Chaim Kanievsky, the de-facto head in Israel of the Lithuanian branch of ultra-Orthodox Judaism, who died last month, was considered by many as the greatest rabbinical scholar of his generation. His funeral was one of the largest ever seen in Israel and it now seems that many are prepared to pay huge amounts for the writings associated with his spiritual heritage, and this has sparked a dispute among his heirs.

US ultra-Orthodox businessman Eliezer (Louis) Scheiner, who owns (together with his partner Teddy Lichtenstein) a chain of dozens of nursing homes in Texas, Pennsylvania and Florida and lives in Monsey, New York has offered $7 million for the original writings of the commentaries published by Rabbi Kanievsky's on the Jerusalem Talmud, according to sources close to the matter.

In the past Scheiner was cited by the US media as an important donor to former US President Donald Trump. In Israel he is well known for his major donations to the annual event in Uman of the Breslov haredi community.

After the death of Rabbi Kanievsky, Scheiner approached his son Shaul and offered to buy the commentaries from the family. After negotiations with Shaul Kanievsky, they agreed a fee of $7 million. However, Shaul Kanievsky's brothers had no knowledge of the matter and only found out by accident.

This discovery has resulted in an acrimonious inheritance dispute conducted discreetly over the past few weeks. On the one side is Shaul Kanievsky who lives in the family home of his late father and is considered the leading figure among the late Rabbi Kanievsky's followers, while pitted against him are his two older brothers Avraham Yeshayahu, who was also close to their father and wrote several books with him and Shlomo, the head of the Kiryat Melekh Yeshiva who was less involved with his father's followers.

Shaul Kanievsky has told his brothers that their father intended for him to be his sole heir. His two older brothers were astonished by this news and insist that their father always said that his inheritance would be bequeathed according to Torah law. Rabbi Kanievsky had eight children - three sons and five daughters and according to Torah law his inheritance should be divided between the three sons.

The lack of faith between the parties has led to an order halting any sale of the late rabbi's commentaries and the sides have turned to New York based real estate tycoon and philanthropist Rubin Schron, a close confidante of Rabbi Chaim Kanievsky, to mediate.

Schron together with Charles Bronfman were the former controlling shareholders in Israel Discount Bank (TASE: DSCT).

The dispute has not only put the brothers at loggerheads but also two of the cousins who managed their grandfather's home for many years. On the one side is Aryeh Kanievsky, the son of Avraham Yeshayahu, and on the other side Yanki Kanievsky, the son of Shaul, who featured prominently in the Israeli media over the past two years when he was filmed encouraging his grandfather to oppose Covid restrictions in Yeshivot.

Rabbi Chaim Kanievsky lived modestly but his extensive writings and their value combined with the family home in Bnei Brak mean that his estate is worth an estimated tens of millions of dollars.

The Kanievsky family declined to comment on the dispute.

Beit Shemesh Resident Dolev Vyacheslav Murdered by Arab Animals shielded his girlfriend with his own body...Was from Chareidie Family

Dolev Vyacheslav (Vladi), a 23-year-old resident of Beit Shemesh, has been named as the security guard murdered on Friday night at the entrance to the city of Ariel.

Vyacheslav was murdered by two terrorists, who opened fire at his post, which he was sharing with his girlfriend.

Acting quickly at the start of the attack, Vyacheslav used his body to shield his girlfriend from the bullets, absorbing them instead of her.

He is survived by his parents and seven siblings.

Beit Shemesh Mayor Dr. Aliza Bloch is currently at the family's home, offering them support together with educational and welfare services from the city.

The terrorists, who were arrested Saturday, have been named as Yahya Mar'ee, 19; and Yousseff A'asi, 20. They arrived at the entrance to Ariel, armed with Carl Gustav submachine guns in a Suzuki with yellow (Israeli) license plates. Upon their arrival at the security post, the terrorists began firing at Vyacheslav and his girlfriend before exiting the vehicle and shooting Vyacheslav point-blank.

Several hours after the terror attack, the terrorists' vehicle was found, burned and abandoned in an open field between the Arab towns of Kafr Thulth and Saniriya.

Earlier Report

A security guard in his 20s was murdered in a shooting attack at the entrance to the city of Ariel in Samaria on Friday evening.

The security guard has been named as Dolev Vyacheslav (Vladi), a resident of Beit Shemesh and a former student at Ariel University.

An initial investigation of the attack determined that a vehicle with an Israeli license plate arrived at the post of the security guard of Ariel. Two terrorists then got out of the vehicle, opened fire at the security guard from close range and killed him, before making a U-turn and fleeing the scene.

Magen David Adom paramedics who were called to the scene provided him with medical treatment before pronouncing him dead.

Magen David Adom paramedic Tomer Fein said, "When we arrived at the scene we saw a man in his 20s, unconscious with gunshot wounds, he was not breathing and did not have a pulse. We performed medical operations on him, but he was without signs of life and we had to pronounce him dead."

A woman was standing next to the security guard who was killed at the security post where the attack took place. She was not injured, but was treated by Magen David Adom paramedics for trauma.

Is the Government Finally coming Around? Subpoenas Issued by Georgia for Evidence of Ballot Trafficking in 2020

In a bombshell development, election regulators in Georgia are demanding to see new evidence of election fraud in 2020.

State officials issued four subpoenas demanding the identity of a key whistleblower and other evidence involving an alleged ballot trafficking scandal, as reported by Just the News.

The subpoenas were sent to “True the Vote”, an election watchdog who accused up to 242 people of illegally gathering third-party ballots, a form of illegal ballot harvesting.

Regulators are demanding details about the alleged harvesters, including their identities and other key information. They also want the identity of the person who blew the whistle on the massive fraud.

In addition, it requests the identities of the “network of non-governmental organizations that worked to facilitate a ballot trafficking scheme in Georgia”. That certainly sounds a lot like an alleged conspiracy to commit election fraud.

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger originally disclosed the existence of the Georgia harvesting investigation this past January.

The IDF Soldiers Experience in the Chareidie City of Beitar Over Pesach

The Torat IDF Twitter account retweeted a beautiful account of a group of IDF soldiers who were pleasantly surprised by the warm reception they received in Beitar, where they were posted after a number of murderous terror attacks led to an increased security presence in Gush Etzion and other areas.

“We soldiers from Battalion 931 want to share with you the happy experience we had in the wake of the [security] situation in Israel. Two weeks ago, we were recruited for reinforcement [like almost all of the IDF] and we received a certain area of the green line to guard to thwart the entry of illegal infiltrators [Palestinians].”

“Beitar is a Chareidi city that includes Chareidim from all walks of life, Litvaks, Chassidim, Ashkenazim, Sephardim. We arrived with curiosity about how a Chareidi city would react to an entire battalion staying in it for not such a short period of time.”

“And after a week and a half, we have to say that we were completely surprised, everything we heard and thought until now was simply nonsense.”

“We received the nicest welcome possible. Every few meters on the street, they stopped us to ask if we need something for the Chag…The owner of a bakery [before Pesach] refused to accept payment from any of us. They spoiled us. People in the supermarket pushed bills in our hands and told us to treat ourselves.”

“Of course, we realized we wouldn’t be celebrating Pesach at home…but after the tefillah of the Chag, we were surprised to find a long line of people waiting for us outside who simply took pairs of soldiers home for the seduah -just like that without any warning – without knowing us at all…only because we’re soldiers. So we still got to celebrate Pesach at home – by our brothers.”

“We wanted to share this with you in order to spread the kindness we received…the excitement we experienced when we understood how much they love and care about us. So that everyone would know what Am Yisrael truly is, not the conflict and hatred always presented to us. This is the truth on the street, that together with all the ideological and cultural differences, we can succeed in feeling true love for each other.”

“We won’t forget this Pesach..we were zocheh to another taste of geulah.”

BLOW TO STRAUSS: Health Ministry Closes Factory For 3 Months

Health Ministry Director-General Prof. Nachman Ash announced on Thursday that following the discovery of salmonella in the Elite chocolate factory, leading to the largest recall in Israeli history, the factory will be closed for three months.

Ash made the announcement after touring the factory in Natzeret together with other senior health officials.

“We decided to suspend the Strauss factory’s quality standard for three months,” Ash said. “The factory will not be permitted to manufacture and market their products. This quality standard is required by factories of this size.”

“The factory is going through a rapid learning process. There are many lessons to be learned before the factory can be opened again. The quality standard will be restored only after we ensure that all lessons have been learned, all the procedures are completed and we can be certain that not only is the production line clean of contamination but it won’t become contaminated in the future. There are many conclusions that the factory must draw in order for the production line to operate again.”

The company Tufinit, whose products are mainly sold in Osher Ad stores, are recalling their products that were made with the tainted Elite chocolate.

The recalled products are milk and bittersweet chocolate Neapolitans with dates of “best used” before 01/02/23 to 28/02/23.

The "Kiruv" Rabbi Harav ha"gaon Ha'tzaddik Elchanan Deitsch Sexually Assaulted a Lady while she was Hospitalized and another while she was Unconscious

Israel Police arrested on Wednesday a Jerusalem rabbi in his 50s and two possible accomplices on suspicion of raping women in his congregation, following a lengthy undercover investigation.

The rabbi, who worked to make people more religious, is suspected of sexually assaulting women in his community for several years, telling the victims that it was a "spiritual act" to comply to his sexual demands.

The police even suspect that he sexually assaulted a woman on her wedding day, explaining that this would allow her to marry in sanctity.

The arrests were carried out at the end of a months-long investigation by Jerusalem Police, after numerous complaints of sexual and economic offenses were filed at the station.

Israel Police are working to identify more victims, calling on anyone who can shed light on any offenses to come forward.

In addition, the police will request to extend his detention at the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court on Wednesday.
