Starbucks to Remove Canola Oil from US Menu Amid Health Revamp

Starbucks plans to eliminate canola oil from its US food items, including reformulating popular snacks like egg white and roasted red pepper bites. The company will also introduce a new egg bite made with avocado oil. This change is part of a broader effort to attract health-conscious customers and reverse sales declines.

In June, Starbucks CEO Brian Niccol met with Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., committing to align menu offerings with the administration’s health priorities, which target seed oils like canola and soybean.

We are all "ma'minim bnei ma'minim" and we believe that Hashem runs this world with all nuances, so He had enough of the modern day Meraglim and won't let this menuval ever step into the State of Israel!

Minister of Interior Moshe Arbel revoked the visa and permanently banned entry to Israel for American citizen Dovid Weiss, who met with the Iranian Foreign Minister. Arbel said: “I will not allow anyone who acts against the State of Israel and identifies with its enemies to enter it.”

The Great Deception: Reuters, AP, NYT photos of Gaza hospital leave Hamas out of the frame

The analysis compared photos and videos taken on the same day and location by wire service photojournalists in Gaza.

By HonestReporting

At the outset of the Israel-Hamas war, Gaza photojournalists working for international media operated near Hamas terrorists in Shifa Hospital but excluded them from their photos, according to a visual analysis by HonestReporting.

The analysis, which reveals an alarming photo bias, focused on one day of coverage — October 11, 2023 — and showed that tens of Hamas terrorists were present at the hospital, where they kept a watchful eye over the media and managed the arrival of wounded into the emergency room.

The terrorists were clearly seen in wire service videos and social media posts from that day.

But they don’t appear in the still photos distributed by ReutersAP, or The New York Times, whose photojournalists at the site chose to leave the terrorists out of the frame and include only the wounded and dead.

Videos Vs. Photos

The analysis compared photos and videos taken on the same day and location by wire service photojournalists in Gaza. That’s because a picture may be worth a thousand words, but one can only see what’s inside the frame.

Videos, however, are dynamic. Video cameras can tilt and pan and reveal what’s outside the frame of a frozen still photo. It’s also harder to edit people out of videos.

Therefore, after we came across this Facebook reel from photojournalist Mariam Dagga (who currently works for AP), we decided to compare photos and videos of Shifa Hospital that were published by the mainstream media.

That’s because the reel shows the hospital entrance was infested with Hamas forces (circled in red on the video), while dozens of journalists stood by:

We found another angle of this video in a TRT X post, which clarified it had been taken on October 11, 2023 — several days after Hamas terrorists slaughtered 1,200 people in Israel and abducted hundreds into Gaza — some of them straight into the Shifa hospital, where the terror group had an underground tunnel infrastructure.

10 Lev Tahor Families Have Returned To Israel

The Knesset’s Immigration, Absorption, and Diaspora Committee on Sunday held another follow-up discussion on the government’s involvement in rescuing children from the Lev Tahor cult in Guatemala.

In recent months, Israel has been working with authorities in Guatemala to dismantle the sect. Many families from the sect have left for the United States and Canada. Today, it has become clear that many have also arrived in Israel.

During the discussion, information was presented indicating that there are approximately 10 Lev Tahor families with approximately 20 children under the age of 18 who have returned to Israel. All the children who have returned to Israel are in the care of at least one of their biological parents.

There is one family that is not cooperating with the government but is in contact with the municipal authorities in its city of residence.

IDF to launch sweeping enforcement operation in Charedi cities

Israeli security forces are preparing to implement an unprecedented enforcement plan against members of the haredi public who refuse to enlist.

As part of the new plan, which will be launched next month, checkpoints will be set up at entry points to major haredi cities, aiming to identify and arrest youths avoiding military service.

The plan follows the decision to send 54,000 draft orders to haredi youths in the coming year.

IDF security officials estimate that the vast majority of those receiving orders will choose not to report, leading to a dramatic increase in the number defined as deserters. The number is expected to spike from a few thousand today to tens of thousands within a year.

The plan includes a significant shortening of the process of classifying someone as a deserter. What was a process that took many months will be condensed to approximately two months. After this period, anyone who does not report to the draft offices will be considered a deserter and will be subject to arrest and criminal prosecution.

The new checkpoints will be positioned at several strategic locations: entrances to major haredi cities such as Bnei Brak, Jerusalem, and Beit Shemesh, main traffic routes used by the haredi population, and border crossings, including Ben Gurion Airport and checkpoints in Judea and Samaria.

In addition to the permanent checkpoints, mobile enforcement actions and targeted raids on religious institutions and residential areas will be carried out.

Security officials are aware of the logistical challenges they face. The military detention system can accommodate only about 300 detainees at a time, a negligible number compared to the potential tens of thousands of expected deserters.

Therefore, the plan focuses on selective enforcement and creating a deterrent effect, with the expectation that politicians will reinforce the operation with legislative sanctions against deserters.

Chareidie Liar Hugs Pro-Hamas

This guy isn't Neturei Karta! He is a typical chusid!

What this vile scum doesn't tell the Arab is that he prays every day that Moshiach come and then he believes that he will go to Israel and chase out all the Muslims! If he did, the Arab would have stabbed him while hugging him!

The alter kocker at the end of the video will soon meet his maker and then he will be told the truth!

Hebron Tribal Leaders Seek to Join Abraham Accords, Split from PA, Recognize Israel as Jewish State*_

According to a Wall Street Journal report, five prominent tribal sheikhs from Hebron are pushing to join the Abraham Accords, calling to replace the Palestinian Authority (PA) with their own leadership and expressing full recognition of Israel as a Jewish state.

“We want cooperation with Israel,” said Sheikh Wadi’ al-Ja’abari. “We want coexistence.”

Al-Ja’abari and four other sheikhs signed a formal letter committing to peace and full recognition of Israel. Their plan: for Hebron to separate from the Palestinian Authority, establish an autonomous emirate, and officially join the Abraham Accords.

The letter was addressed to Israeli Economy Minister Nir Barkat, former mayor of Jerusalem, who has met with the sheikhs more than ten times since February and hosted them at his home. They’ve asked Barkat to deliver the letter to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and are currently awaiting a response.

“The Hebron Emirate will recognize the State of Israel as the nation-state of the Jewish people,” the sheikhs write, “and Israel will recognize the Hebron Emirate as the representative of the Arab residents of the Hebron district.”

The letter proposes establishing a timeline for negotiations to join the Abraham Accords and replace the Oslo Accords, which they say led only to “harm, death, economic disaster, and destruction.” They argue that Oslo empowered a corrupt Palestinian Authority at the expense of “authentic and traditional leadership — the tribes.”

As part of their economic vision, the sheikhs are asking for permission for 1,000 Hebron residents to begin working in Israel, with the potential to expand to 5,000 and even 50,000 over time. Barkat reportedly told them that such a scale-up is possible. The letter promises “zero tolerance for terrorism by workers,” in contrast to the PA, which they note pays salaries to imprisoned attackers.

Minister Barkat says the traditional peace process has failed and believes “new thinking is needed.” He is advancing the plan with the knowledge of the Israeli government, and while Netanyahu has expressed cautious support, he is waiting to see how it develops.

Now that Sheikh al-Ja’abari has gone public, pressure is mounting.

The article emphasizes the longstanding ties between Hebron tribal leaders and the settler community, stating that settlers “will find much to embrace in the plan.” The sheikhs also note their cooperation with Samaria Regional Council head Yossi Dagan, who confirmed he’s been working with them on the initiative.

“I first met Sheikh al-Ja’abari 13 years ago,” said Dagan. “His father was a brave leader who put his people first — and so does the son.”
