Police launched an investigation on Shabbos  into a suspected attempt by an Israeli man in Modi'in Illit  to murder his wife before trying to kill himself.

Police said officers arrived in ultra-Orthodox settlement of Modi’in Illit to find a man sprawled out on the concrete, with his wife lying barely conscious in an apartment above with stab wounds throughout her body.

The husband, 40, and wife, 37, were rushed from Modi’in Illit to Tel Hashomer’s Sheba Medical Center in serious condition, according to the Magen David Adom emergency service.

Autopsy: George Floyd Was on Meth and Marijuana, had Coronavirus

George Floyd, the 46-year-old Minneapolis felon killed while being arrested by police had several kinds of narcotics in his system at the time of his death, and had been infected with the coronavirus.

According to the full autopsy report which was released Wednesday evening, Floyd, who died on May 25th while being pinned down on the neck by then-Minneapolis Police officer Derek Chauvin, had been infected with the COVID-19 novel coronavirus more than a month before the arrest.

On April 3rd, Floyd had tested positive for the coronavirus, and a post-mortem nasal swab confirmed that he had been infected.

"The result most likely reflects asymptomatic but persistent…positivity from previous infection,” the report said.

The autopsy’s toxicology report also found that Floyd had taken the opioid fentanyl, a powerful painkiller, as well as methamphetamines – a powerful and addictive drug also known as crystal meth – as well as cannabis.

Floyd was suffering from heart disease, hypertension, and was a carrier for the sickle cell trait.

Neither Floyd’s pre-existing health conditions nor the drugs found in his system were listed as causes of death.

The twenty-page autopsy report, released by Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office, found Floyd’s death was the result of homicide.

ANTIFA ‘INVADES THE SUBURBS’ IN CALIF… IT DOES NOT END WELL FOR THEM

Antifa reportedly tried to invade the suburbs in Yucaipa, California, on Tuesday but the situation went south for them real quick after being confronted by locals.

“Deputies responded to a fight call at the ARCO gas station,” The Yucaipa Police Department reported. 
“When deputies arrived, two subjects were contacted and they both refused to press charges. No other victims came forward during that time. In light of social media posts and video that has surfaced, we believe there may be additional victims. They are encouraged to contact the Yucaipa Police Department to be included in the investigation.”

The refusal to press charges (and dox themselves) certainly strikes me as a sign these were antifa.

They continued: “We have been made aware of photos circulating online, depicting business owners on rooftops and on their property with weapons. We have reached out to our business owners and residents in an attempt to inform and educate them, as it relates to weapons violations.”

We’ll have to wait and see whether these folks are prosecuted for defending themselves as rioters were busy looting and wrecking havoc in nearby San Bernardino.
