'Refuser' husband located after 10 years, finally gives divorce

The creep was finally forced to give a get .... but the creepy creep Bugeye Kin still didn't giva a get, even though he is married to some South American skank!

The story began some ten years ago, when a man and woman, parents of four children, decided that their marriage was over. They succeeded in reaching a civil court agreement on guardianship of the children and property division, but the actual get (divorce papers) never materialized. The woman finally turned to the Rabbinical Court in the hope that it could facilitate the get.

However, the husband maintained that he still had some outstanding monetary claims, and that only the civil court could adjudicate them. "Regarding financial issues," explained Rabbi Eliyahu Maimon, head of the Rabbinical Court's Division for Agunot (literally, chained women), to the Kipa website, "there was nothing we could do to advance the process."

But the court could – and did – inform the husband that it was obligating to give the get even before the monetary issues were finalized. The court told him that if he did not do so, sanctions would be placed upon him. The husband wasted no time, and disappeared.

Specifically, he left his hometown and did not accept mail or phone calls. He also, as was learned only recently, assumed a new name and lived in a non-registered, one-room apartment in Givat Ze'ev, north of Jerusalem. His family helped him remain incognito, and in fact, neither the woman nor the courts were able to locate him.

A year ago, the Rabbinical Court decided to involve the Agunot Division. "We hired a private detective," Rabbi Maimon said, "but he was unable to find the recalcitrant husband, whose family misled us in many ways. We ultimately hired another private eye, and he succeeded in finding him."

It happened a week ago. The investigator discovered that the man was living in Givat Ze'ev, working as a photographer under a new name. He stayed away from public transportation and attempted not to be seen. 

Two nights ago, Rabbi Maimon recounts, "we followed him as he rode his electric bicycle home. There he was placed under arrest, sat in jail for 24 hours – and this morning he gave the get."

Rabbi Maimon expressed his satisfaction that the woman's ten-year nightmare was ended, but said, "It's too bad it didn't happen earlier. We arrest some 30-50 men each year for this purpose, and 95% of them give a get within a day of being arrested. In this case, the man gained nothing over these ten years, other than having to live underground for all that time. We would like to make it clear to everyone: A man who refuses to give a get – there is no point in hiding."

Rabbinical Court sources reported at the end of 2014 that there were 180 cases of '"chained" women whose husbands refuse to give them divorces – and 190 cases of men in a parallel situation.

It's interesting to note how naive reporters are about charity collections... that once someone pledges it can take up to a full year to collect... and the guys that pledged are bluechip companies!

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump attacked the media as "dishonest" Tuesday, calling one journalist a "sleaze" and another a "loser" for their coverage of the charity event he ran when he skipped a Fox News debate in January. 

After controversy reigned over Fox's bias, Trump instead ran an event for veterans' charities which he stated recently raised some $5.6 million in one night. 

But after several members of the press, including ABC News's Tom Llamas and editor of the Weekly Standard Bill Kristol, questioned that figure, Trump went on the defensive. 

"The press should be ashamed," he said. "I have never received such bad publicity for doing such a good job." 

"I think the political press is among the most dishonest people that I have ever met," he added.

Trump then pointed at Llamas, saying "you're a sleaze because you know the facts and you know the facts well"; he also called Kristol a "loser."

Parashat Behar details the mitzvot of Shmita, the sabbatical year in which the land lays fallow every seventh year, and Yovel, the jubilee that is observed in the fiftieth year. A 4-year-old child managed to fall into a gorilla's enclosure, at the Cincinnati Zoo. In order to save the life of the child, Zoo officials killed the gorilla!

This should have ended the story ..... 

but because we live in an upside down world that has its priorities backwards, crazed "people" are now demanding an investigation why the officials didn't tranquilize the animal and even want the parents of the child to be criminally charged. These animal fanatics  are mourning a gorilla that may have killed a human being ....
sick...sick... and getting sicker!

If you have your child in front of a gorilla, you don't want to wait 10 minutes until the animal gets sedated by a tranquilizer, ...you want him dead ASAP! 

Some quacks have suggested that the gorilla, Harambe, was actually trying to protect the child.....

If it was my child I wouldn't start guessing if the animal is trying "to protect him" or trying to kill him, I would want that gorilla dead, period!

Watchdog Group Wants Cincinnati Zoo Held Responsible For Killing Gorilla

 Harambe, a western lowland gorilla, turned 17 at the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden on Friday. The zoo celebrated his birthday. The next day, zoo officials shot and killed the critically endangered ape.

The reason? Harambe acted like a gorilla.

On the day Harambe died, a 4-year-old boy managed to get into his enclosure. Video of the incident shows that Harambe grabbed the child, stood over him at times, and also dragged him. The severity of Harambe's actions and the perceived reasoning behind them depend on who you ask. And after evaluating the situation, zoo officials decided to kill Harambe instead of tranquilizing him.

It took around 10 minutes from the moment the boy fell into Harambe's enclosure to the decision to kill Harambe. But the controversy surrounding Harambe's death has just begun.

"Wives are permitted to check their husband's phone to see if he is cheating" Netanya Bais Din Rules

The Bais Din of Harav Shloma Shapira, Harav Avraham Meisels and Harav Aryeh Orial of Netanya ruled that a wife can unlock her husband's phone to see if he is cheating on her!

The ruling came because of a dispute between an estranged married couple. The husband was no longer living with the family and had rented an apartment but would visit his children occasionally . The wife requested a divorce which he refused to give,  because as he testified in Bais Din,  he was still seeking "Sholom Bayis" and wanted to reconcile. The wife suspected that he was carrying on an affair and wanted to see his phone to ascertain his fidelity so that she could collect her Ketubah $$$$$!

The Bais Din ruled that the husband's phone was indeed evidence and that the wife had every right to access his information...

במהלך הדיון, עורך דינה של האישה, עו"ד ישראלי-מרגלית, הציגה ראיות התומכות בגרסת האישה. הראיות התבססו על תכתובות שדלתה האשה מהמחשב הפרטי והטלפון של בעלה. 

היא תיעדה את ההודעות שלו והציגה אותן בפני הדיינים. אך עו"ד דבירי התנגד לקבל את ההודעות כראיה, בנימוק שמדובר בעבירה פלילית של פגיעה בפרטיות וחדירה לצנעת הפרט. 

בית הדין הכריע כי כדי להגיע לחקר האמת ניתן להסתמך על הדברים כראיה. "מדובר בהפרה קלה של פגיעה בפרטיות הבעל", פסקו, "והצורך לגילוי האמת עולה על זכותו של הבעל לפרטיות ולהסתרת האמור במסרונים ובמיילים השייכים לו. למרות הפגיעה בפרטיות של הבעל, מכיוון שאם תוכח טענת האישה שהגירושין קרו בגרימתו, אכן מגיע לאישה לדרוש ולקבל את כתובתה". 

עוד הוסיפו: "הדבר מתחזק לאור ההתחמקויות של הבעל בדיון האחרון, בהם חזר על התשובות: 'לא זוכר', 'לא יכול להיות' הפוגעות באמינות דבריו, ומשכך יש מקום להתיר לאישה להציג ראיותיה". 

עו"ד אילת ישראלי-מרגלית, המייצגת את האישה אמרה: "זו פעם ראשונה שבית דין רבני מתיר החלטה כזו מהפכנית וחריגה ויש לה חשיבות רבה בכך שניתן בדרך זו להגיע לחקר האמת". 

לעומת זאת עו"ד אברהם דבירי, פרקליט הבעל, אמר: "אנחנו מתכוונים לערער על ההחלטה לבית הדין הגדול ואם הוא ידחה את הערעור נפנה לבג"צ. החלטת הדיינים מנוגדת לפסיקה לפיה חיטוט במיילים או בסמארטפון היא פגיעה בפרטיות ומדובר למעשה בעבירה פלילית. ההחלטה שלהם מנוגדת לפסיקת בג"צ ונדרוש לבטלה".

NY Post blasts liberal Democrats for anti-Israel trend

 "The Year the Democrats Turned Against Israel," 
New York Post editorial board criticizes Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders for promoting anti-Israel language in Democratic Party platform.

In an editorial titled "The Year the Democrats Turned Against Israel," the New York Post editorial board criticized Sanders for using three of his five picks for the Democratic Party's 2016 platform committee to name outspoken critics of Israel.

"Mark this as the year the Democratic Party turned decisively anti-Israel," the editorial began. 

"The party's ever-more-dominant liberal base has turned increasingly against the Jewish state -- while Bernie Sanders is using his movement to push for Israel-bashing language in the platform. And Israel's remaining Democratic friends are afraid to speak up."

The editorial cited a recent Pew Research poll that found 40 percent of self-proclaimed liberal Democrats consider themselves pro-Palestinian compared to just 33 percent who see themselves as pro-Israel.

"The trend's been building for years," the editorial said.

"The initial 2012 Democratic platform, recall, dropped long-standing language declaring Jerusalem Israel's capital.

"When embarrassed party officials tried to reinstate that clause on the convention floor, they were met with raucous boos from the delegates. They gaveled the measure through as passed -- even though it clearly hadn't."

The editorial then questioned whether the front-runner for the Democratic presidential nomination, Hillary Clinton, would stand up against the anti-Israel trend in her party.

"Maybe not," the editorial said.

 "She wants to avoid any public convention fights. 

Indeed, her own committee pick, Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-Illinois), says he sees room in the platform for more avowedly pro-Palestinian language on 'their hope for justice.'

"But even if Hillary does choose to stand up for her own professed commitment to Israel, will the convention delegates follow?"

The editorial went on to lament that the shift among liberal Democrats is occurring just as the Pew poll found increasing support for Israel among all other ideological groups, including moderate and conservative Democrats and all Republicans.

"It's beyond depressing to see liberal Democrats breaking ranks with the rest of America -- and pressing to destroy a seven-decade bipartisan pro-Israel consensus," the editorial concluded.
