Bnei-Torah Terrorize and Smash Car Window of Judge Sohlberg Who was always Sympathetic to Charedim..

רשע למה תכה רעך

This story is absolutely wild — and it says far more about the leadership vacuum than about the kids on the street.

Judge Noam Sohlberg is a shomer Torah u’mitzvos, of reasonable mind, and one of the few Supreme Court justices who consistently rules with sensitivity toward chareidi needs. And yet he becomes a target for harassment simply because a group of Bnei-Torah have nothing productive to do and no one in authority willing to rein them in.

This isn’t about ideology. It’s about boredom, lack of structure, and zero accountability.

When thousands of young men are told:

  • not to serve ....not to work and then don't learn

you create a pressure cooker. They’re restless, they’re idle, and they’re looking for stimulation. And when the adults in the room — the roshei yeshiva, the rebbes, the askanim — respond with silence, the message is unmistakable:

“Do whatever you want. No consequences.”

So the “entertainment” becomes intimidation. The “excitement” becomes mob behavior. And the “cause” becomes whatever excuse justifies the chaos of the moment.

This isn’t Torah. This isn’t yiras Shamayim. This is what happens when a community refuses to confront the reality that a large percentage of its youth are drifting, unanchored, and desperate for meaning — and instead of giving them purpose, it gives them slogans.

The tragedy is that the leadership knows this. They see it. They feel it. And they still choose silence.

Because silence is easier than responsibility. And the moment boredom turns into a hobby, every decent Jew becomes a target.

A protest by dozens of Haredi demonstrators outside the home of Israeli Supreme Court Deputy President Noam Sohlberg turned violent Wednesday evening, with authorities reporting damage to the property and widespread condemnation from government officials and the judiciary.

The protesters gathered outside Sohlberg’s residence in Alon Shvut, a settlement in the West Bank, to oppose what they said were judicial measures aimed at increasing enforcement against ultra-Orthodox men who evade military service.

What's going on with the Breslover ferd owner of the travel agency for Uman who hangs out at the Satmar gesheft expo? He bought a house in south Monsey for investment but he's kicking the area Satmar residents in the face. He rents out to druggie parties on AirB&B. Why does anyone give him time of day at the Satmar gesheft expo? For the half dozen West Virginia properties he has on AirB&B the Hicks dorten have complaints that he's like a con artist landlord

DIN shtups midei yoim yoim to turn up the control dial. And more of his laughable propaganda. Yeah, a Har Etzion-Hebrew U boy like Sohlberg, a Major in Tzahal, must REALLY be on the side of Charedim not wanting to enlist. Who are you kidding?

You can say the same thing about Rav Scheinberg z"l & Rav Finkel"l from the Mir that learned in Public schools!
Who said that he was the pope? If you look at his record, he sides with Charedim 95% of the time,
You guys are sick parasites!
The dogs that did this are from Beit Shemesh Bet,

I agree with this article 100% except for one thing, these ליידעגייערס are not Bnei Torah! A Ben Torah does not behave this way. A Ben Torah is refined and proper. A Ben Torah behaves according to the Torah he learns, which hooligans who participate in these violent demonstrations obviously don't. They may consider themselves Bnei Torah but they are from from being that.

Ok, Bnei-Torah are not "Bnei-Torah", protesters are not Peleg, Neturei Karta are not Satmar, and anti-Zionists are not anti -Jewish, makes a lot of sense, now I can go and do what ever I choose and I will get all the support from the Chatzkals of the Chardeie world!

"Bnei Torah" is a term with meaning. It means people who learn and live the ideals of Torah. What you mention, are labels and meaningless made up terms, or the name of a city. "Anti Zionists" are anti Jewish, at least for non-Jews. Jewish "anti Zionists" are just misinformed and following the crowd. "Zionist" is a wide ranging term from totally secular to deeply religious "Bnei Torah", and most people have no idea of the history, and yes there was a lot of negative, but also much positive. So, if you don't know who I am and what I believe, don't go making comments about me and "Chatzkals" of the "Chareidie world" whatever that means.

Sorry but the "No true Scotsman" argument has gotten overused already. It's like Muslims who shout "Don't judge us based on the fanatics" even as the fanatics shout they are the true Muslims. Same thing here. This is what being a "Ben Torah" is now. Just ask any of the hooligans.

Can you give a few examples of Judge Noam Sohlberg consistently ruling with sensitivity toward chareidi needs?

One question for Judge Solberg.
When you saw how Chareidim smash windows of cars.
When you saw how to siege the autistic girl of Tali Gotliv.
When you saw fireworks that flew off to the prime minister's house.
When you saw a 40-year-old Chardeie laughing at the young soldier.
When you saw that Shikli and his son are being chased Friday afternoon in their settlement in the Galilee.
When you've seen zamburas with a deafening noise for three years in front of Minister Kish's house.
Why have you normalized this? Why didn't you stop putting the troublemakers in prison? Why did you support the idea of no effective protest without interrupting the public order?
Didn't you believe it would come to you too? Didn't you believe that crazy people are also on the other side?
When you know how to change, prevent, deter... You chose to exaggerate, to be silent, to normalize.
So dear Solberg, whoever sleeps with dogs should not be surprised that he gets up with fleas.
"He who justifies the wicked, and he who condemns the righteous, both of them are abominations."
