Ministry of Education Orders Cancellation of Summer Camps, Trips, and Outdoor Activities in All Schools Until Motzei Shabbos Due to Extreme Heat
The Ministry of Education’s situation room today instructed all educational institutions to cancel summer camps, trips, and outdoor activities for all age groups from today until Motzei Shabbos, due to the extreme weather conditions expected in the coming days.
According to the ministry’s statement, the decision aims to prevent potential harm from the heavy heat affecting the country, which could endanger the health and safety of students and participants in outdoor programs. The directive applies to all schools, non-formal education frameworks, and summer learning programs.
