If he has "mental problems, "he could have easily just said "I love you?" Why are those who only denigrate those serving said to have "mental problems?"

Unless the video is speeded up, the guy appears to have mental problems.
If he has "mental problems, "he could have easily just said "I love you?"
Why are those who only denigrate those serving said to have "mental problems?"
