Judge in Beit Shemesh Releases Chareidie Molester Because Jail Will Ruin Shidduchim For His Children

  



Beit Shemesh resident committed indecent acts on girls on a bus - and was released

 A Beit Shemesh resident was arrested this week on suspicion of committing indecent acts on girls while riding on a bus full of passengers. According to the report on Kan 11, the investigation was active at the time of his arrest by the police.

At the hearing court accepted the request and prohibited the publication of his name while ordering his release to house arrest.

 תושב בית שמש נעצר השבוע בחשד לביצוע מעשים מגונים בנערות במהלך נסיעה באוטובוס עמוס נוסעים. על פי הדיווח בכאן 11, החשוד היה בגילופין בעת מעצרו על ידי השוטרים.

בדיון שהתקיים בעניינו, טען עורך דינו כי פרסום שמו עלול לפגוע בשידוכי משפחתו. בית המשפט קיבל את הבקשה ואסר את פרסום שמו, תוך שהורה על שחרורו למעצר בית.

Your headline is misleading
He is an alleged molester, and thankfully Israel isn't Sedom like the US. People's reputations can't be ruined by mere allegations. If he is found guilty, shiduchim won't be his problem.
