They have it in for this guy. It's a recurrent issue for him. A short while ago he tried to interview the minister of finance. She ignored him and when he persisted, a police officer bumped into him and shouted "Hey, you pushed me! I'm a cop! You're resisting arrest!" He gets arrested and, because there's video proving that he was doing nothing wrong, he's released a few hours later when the event is over.
