Israel vows vengeance after ‘ ineffective’ Iranian ballistic missile attack that Resulted in One Death a Palestinian

Israel has vowed vengeance after Iran launched 200 ballistic missiles at the Jewish state Tuesday night — dozens of which penetrated air defenses and struck Tel Aviv and other population centers.

Despite this attack having more impact than the earlier strike in April — a Jewish school was among the places badly damaged — there were very few casualties.

Only two Israelis were injured and the only death was a Palestinian man in the West Bank who was cruashed by an intercepted missile fuselatge.

“The attack appears to have been defeated and ineffective,” President Joe Biden said following the barrage where two American destroyers helped intercept the missiles.

“Make no mistake the United States is fully, fully, fully supportive of Israel.”

Ridiculous ‘fact check’ of a true statement during CBS debate

JD Vance was accurately describing the migrant crisis fueled by Kamala Harris and Joe Biden when CBS moderator Margaret Brennan decided to insert herself with a “fact check.”

“Just to clarify for our viewers, Springfield, Ohio does have a large number of Haitian migrants who have legal status,” she said smugly.

Vance was rightly annoyed by the interruption and said, “The rules were that you guys weren’t going to fact check, and since you’re fact checking me, I think it’s important to say what’s actually going on.”

He then proceeded to truthfully, forcefully explain what “legal status” means:

“So there’s an application called the CBP One app, where you can go on as an illegal migrant, apply for asylum or apply for parole, and be granted legal status at the wave of a Kamala Harris open border wand.”

At which point CBS decided to CUT OFF HIS MIC.

Vance and Walz spar on Middle East at vice presidential debate

Sen. JD Vance (R-OH), the running mate of Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump, and Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, running mate of Democratic nominee Kamala Harris, on Tuesday night faced off for a vice presidential debate, moderated by CBS News’ Norah O'Donnell and Margaret Brennan.

The Middle East was the first topic of discussion in the debate, amid the escalation between Israel and Lebanon and the Iranian ballistic missile attack on Israel earlier in the day.

The candidates were asked whether they would support a preemptive Israeli strike against Iran’s nuclear facilities, seeing how it has drastically reduced the time it would take for it to produce a nuclear weapon to one or two weeks.

Walz, who responded first, said, “Let’s keep in mind where this started: October 7. Hamas terrorists massacred over 1,400 Israelis and took prisoners. Israel’s ability to be able to defend itself is absolutely fundamental. Getting its hostages back - fundamental. And ending the humanitarian crisis in Gaza.”

Noting how the US and its partners were able to assist Israel in stopping Iran’s latest missile attack, Walz said that showed the importance of leadership.

Israelis Running to shelters Wondering if the Lakewood "Atzeres" Brought a "Kitruk" on Jews Living in Israel

 Letter from a DIN reader

This Lakewood assifa is very disturbing on several accounts. We are in the middle of a multi front war which is the most existence threatening conflict since 1948.

Do we need a Kitrug from a chelek nikar of Klal Yisroel (Lakewood) against the biggest concentration of yidden and lomdei Torah in the world (EY)?

Is this what Kevod Shomayim demands?

Is this what Achdus is all about?

Is this part and parcel of one's avodah hours before Yomim Noraim?

Is this what I send my children & grandchildren to Lakewood for?

Was this place for which I spent my 75 years' life's kochos and my last penny worth all the effort?

Here is an old man wondering if all his life was misguided by some Roshei Yeshiva who don't realize the seriousness of our Matzav.

Iranian Attack Planned Against Three Air Force Bases and Intelligence Headquarters North of Tel Aviv in the next 12 Hours

The Iranian attack is expected to occur within the next 12 hours.

Israeli and U.S. assessments suggest the attack may be similar or larger in scope than one that took place last April.

Three Israeli military air bases to be targeted, along with an intelligence headquarters (Mossad and Unit 8200) located near Herzliya, north of Tel Aviv.

The intelligence facility was evacuated on Tuesday afternoon.

U.S. officials believe the attack will likely involve ballistic missiles, with drones and cruise missiles also possible.

Israel's Defence Minister Gallant is conducting a situational assessment with the IDF Chief of Staff and senior officials.

Rosh Yeshivah of the NK Barking Against Zionism on the Same Day as the Lakewood "Atzeres"

I listened to the Roshei Yeshiva at the Lakewood Atzeres and I fail to see the difference between this speech and the speeches of the Lakewood Roshei Yeshiva!

The only difference is that this Roshe Yeshiva is saying it to Goyim! ... That's about it, otherwise they are on the same page!

PRAYER FOR THE IDF TROOPS ON THE FRONT LINES AS THE GROUND ASSAULT INTO LEBANON BEGINS

May He who blessed our forefathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, bless the soldiers of the Israel Defense Forces, who stand guard over our land and the cities of our God, from the border of Lebanon to the desert of Egypt, and from the Great Sea to the approach of the Aravah, on land, in the air, and at sea.

May the Lord cause the enemies who rise up against us to be struck down before them. May the Holy One, blessed be He, protect and deliver our soldiers from every trouble and distress and from every plague and illness, and may He send blessing and success in all the work of their hands. May He subdue our enemies beneath them and crown them with salvation and victory. And may it be fulfilled for them the verse: "For it is the Lord your God who goes with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you." And let us say, Amen.

Biden admin preps post-election revenge on Israel

By Daniel Greenfield, Frontpage Magazine

Whoever wins on Election Day it won’t be Joe Biden who will head off to join Jimmy Carter in senile infamy or his top administration members who won’t be likely to stay on no matter which way the election turns out.

And the administration is taking it in the noble spirit for which it’s known for, that is to say it’s going to follow in the footsteps of the Obama administration  and avenge the outcome on the Jews.

Joe Biden claims that his real priority is a moonshot cure, but it seems like the admin’s real priority is to attack Israel.

The nearly three-month period from the November 5 presidential election to the January 20 inauguration will come with additional “political flexibility,” which will allow space for more confrontational policies vis-a-vis the Israeli government, said the current US official.

The list of steps US President Joe Biden could take would be longer if Vice President Kamala Harris wins the election since she is less likely to reverse them, a former senior US official explained.

The official added that Harris would also be shielded from any political backlash of such moves due to them being seen as part of her predecessor’s legacy.

The former senior US official acknowledged that certain steps would be less likely taken if former president Donald Trump wins the election because he would be able to roll them back upon returning to office.

The wish list includes sanctioning members of the Israeli government, sanctioning even more Jewish groups, and cracking down on Jewish products coming out of territory claimed by Islamic terrorists.

Also, there are plans for more limitations on weapons and this genius scheme to reopen a terror consulate in Jerusalem.

The former senior US official said the White House could dangle one last visit from Biden to Israel to participate in the corner-stone laying ceremony for the yet-to-be-built US embassy compound in exchange for Jerusalem lifting its opposition to reopening the consulate.

I understand the admin blaming Israel for everything because they’re radicals and terror simps, I’m baffled as to why they would think that the Israeli government (or any government on earth) is desperate for a Biden visit, let alone willing to sell out their national capital to have Biden come in to help the terrorists.

Unless I’m completely misreading this and sending Biden to Jerusalem is meant to be some kind of a threat.

But joking aside, this is a part of why Israel has stepped up its campaign. It knows that it has until Election Day to make a substantive impact before the full rage of the sore losers in the D.C. regime can be unleashed without worrying that a crackdown on Israel will make a few thousand Jewish voters in Pennsylvania realize that this administration hates Israel far more than it does any of the Islamic terrorists it’s fighting against.

Israel begins ground invasion of Lebanon to take out Hezbollah outposts

“These operations were approved and carried out in accordance with the decision of the political echelon,” the IDF added.

Just before the operation began, the Lebanese army withdrew, according to reports — leaving the already-battered Hezbollah alone to face the Israel Defense Forces.

Israel said the primary goal of its operations against Hezbollah is to halt the daily rocket and missile attacks on towns and villages in the north of the Jewish state — and allow tens of thousands of displaced residents to return home.

The US was allegedly made aware of the plan just hours before it began, with President Joe Biden telling reporters Monday afternoon that he was opposed to further escalation in the region.

“I’m more aware than you might know,” Biden said of the looming incursion, “and I’m comfortable with them stopping. We should have a cease-fire now.”

US State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller said the US is being briefed on the incursion as it advises Israel to avoid “miscalculations” and “unintended consequences.”

“They have at this time, told us that those are limited operations focused on Hezbollah infrastructure near the border, but we’re in continuous conversations about it,” he said of the evolving situation.

But after Israeli troops rolled into Lebanon, US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin said he spoke to Israeli Minister of Defense Yoav Gallant and told him he supported the Jewish state’s right to protect itself.

“I made it clear that the United States supports Israel’s right to defend itself,” Austin said in a statement. “We agreed on the necessity of dismantling attack infrastructure along the border to ensure that Lebanese Hizballah cannot conduct October 7-style attacks on Israel’s northern communities.”

Biden and Miller’s concerns were echoed by several foreign ministers in the European Union, who backed the American president’s call for a cease-fire through diplomacy.

Israel, however, has maintained that a policy of “de-escalation through escalation” is the only way to end Hezbollah’s daily attacks on northern Israel.

Hezbollah and Israel have exchanged fire on a near daily basis for almost a year — displacing tens of thousands of both Israeli and Lebanese people who live on either side of the border since the Israel-Hamas war began.

Hezbollah has pledged to continue its rocket attacks on Israel until there is a cease-fire in the war that has decimated Gaza.

Around 10 projectiles were fired from Lebanon into northern Israel Tuesday soon after the IDF launched its ground offensive. Some were intercepted by the IDF while others fell into “open areas,” the Israeli military said.

No direct combat between IDF troops on the ground in Lebanon and Hezbollah fighters has been reported as of early Tuesday.

However, explosions from Israeli strikes lit up southern Lebanon. An overcrowded Palestinian refugee camp near Sidon was struck by one of the strikes, according to Lebanese media. The strike reportedly targeted Mounir Maqdah, commander of the Lebanese branch of the Palestinian Fatah movement’s military wing, Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigade.

Soon after the IDF announced its ground operations in Lebanon, additional airstrikes were reported in Syria in its capital city of Damascus, where a Syrian news anchor, Safaa Ahmed, was allegedly killed by an Israeli strike, state media there said.

Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant said Israel’s latest operation was part of a new phase to end the ongoing conflict with Hezbollah.

“It will be a significant factor in changing the security situation and will allow us to complete the important part of the war’s goals, returning the residents to their homes,” Gallant said in a statement.

The ground invasion follows weeks of significant Israeli hits on Hezbollah — including an airstrike that killed the group’s longtime leader Hassan Nasrallah and a complex exploding pager operative that took out Hezbollah’s internal communication system. Israel has not taken responsibility for the pager attack, but is widely believed to be behind it.

IDF Urges Public to Refrain from Sharing Information on Troop Movements Amid Ground Offensive

IDF Spokesperson Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari has urged Israeli citizens to avoid sharing details about military movements, as the ground operation into southern Lebanon continues!

In a post shared on X, Hagari addressed the rising number of  reports regarding Israeli military activities near the Lebanese border. He stressed the importance of keeping sensitive information private to ensure the safety of the forces involved.

“We ask that the public refrains from circulating reports about IDF operations and adheres strictly to official updates,” Hagari stated, warning against the spread of unverified rumors.

New York Times Mocked for claiming terror boss was 'gifted orator'

The New York Times has been slammed for publishing an article claiming Hezbollah terror boss Hassan Nasrallah was a 'gifted orator' who wanted 'equality' for all religions. The article, titled 'Protesters Mourn Nasrallah's Death Around the World', was uploaded onto the website on Saturday and quickly began receiving a flurry of backlash, criticism, and mockery across social media.

The short article piled praise onto the Hezbollah terror boss, who the NYT claimed was a 'powerful orator' who was 'beloved among many Shiite Muslims', in part for providing 'social services' in Lebanon. It also stated Nasrallah 'maintained that there should be one Palestine with equality for Muslims, Jews, and Christians'.

But the terror leader notoriously believed in the destruction of the Jewish state and his Iran-backed militant organization carried out several deadly attacks on Jews around the world. Although he often claimed to be anti-Zionist and not anti-Semitic, Nasrallah was quoted in a Times article from May last year chillingly saying: 'If Jews all gather in Israel, it will save us the trouble of going after them worldwide'.

Nasrallah, 64, was killed in a major aerial bombardment by Israeli forces in Beirut on Friday - in an incident that came as a huge, almost unthinkable shock across the globe. 'The Times readership is now down to liberal elites, politicians, Communists and Islamists,' one X user wrote in response to a post highlighting portions of the article viewed nearly 250,000 times. 'This is so embarrassing. How does anyone take the NYT seriously anymore?' another user asked.

Confirming Nasrallah's death on Saturday, Hezbollah pledged to keep up its fight against Israel. They said: 'The leadership of Hezbollah pledges... to continue its jihad in confronting the enemy, supporting Gaza and Palestine, and defending Lebanon and its steadfast and honorable people.'

More than 20 Hezbollah members were also killed alongside their boss Nasrallah in Friday's airstrike, Israel said. Among those 'eliminated' include the head of Nasrallah's security unit, Ibrahim Hussein Jazini, and Samir Tawfiq Dib, who the IDF described as 'Nasrallah's long-time confidant and adviser'. 'Due to their proximity to him, they served a significant role in the day-to-day operations of Hezbollah and Nasrallah in particular,' the IDF said.

White House national security spokesman John Kirby (pictured) said Israel's airstrikes had 'wiped out' Hezbollah's command structure, but he warned the group will work quickly to rebuild it. 'I think people are safer without him walking around,' Kirby said of Nasrallah during an appearance on CNN today. 'But they will try to recover. We're watching to see what they do to try to fill this leadership vacuum. It's going to be tough. Much of their command structure has now been wiped out.'

Biden Approves Soros' Takeover of 200 Radio Stations

The Biden administration is fast-tracking approval for the transfer of more than 200 radio-station licenses from bankrupt broadcaster Audacy Inc. to a nonprofit controlled by George Soros’s progressive philanthropy empire, raising the ire of Republicans who say the Federal Communications Commission is breaking with established procedure to push the deal through.

The FCC voted 3-2 earlier this month to allow a restructured Audacy Inc., now controlled by the Soros-funded nonprofit Fund for Policy Reform, to maintain over 200 broadcast licenses as it emerges from bankruptcy proceedings. On Monday, the commission released the text of its decision, which has drawn considerable scrutiny from Republican opponents concerned about the involvement of George Soros and his son Alexander.

“In this decision, we approve the assignment of licenses held by Audacy, which has been under the control of a bankruptcy court, to the new Audacy, so that the company can emerge from bankruptcy proceedings,” said FCC chair Jessica Rosenworcel, a Democrat whom President Barack Obama first nominated to the commission. She argued that the process used to approve the Audacy restructuring is the same as recent transactions involving radio networks such as Cumulus Media and iHeart.

“To suggest otherwise is cynical and wrong, as this precedent clearly demonstrates. Our practice here and in these prior cases is designed to facilitate the prompt and orderly emergence from bankruptcy of a company that is a licensee under the Communications Act,” she added.

Republican FCC commissioner Brendan Carr issued a dissenting statement accusing the commission of expediting the licensing in an “unprecedented” fashion instead of following federal law.

“The Commission’s decision today is unprecedented. Never before has the Commission voted to approve the transfer of a broadcast license—let alone the transfer of broadcast licenses for over 200 radio stations across more than 40 markets—without following the requirements and procedures codified in federal law,” Carr said

“Not once. And yet the Commission breaks this new ground today without seeking public comment on altering our established regulations, without actually changing the rules on the books, and without seeking the feedback of other federal agencies with relevant equities.”

A Trump appointee to the commission, Carr routinely criticizes the agency’s direction and testified about the Biden administration’s policy record at a House Oversight Committee hearing earlier this month. During the hearing, Carr voiced similar concerns about the FCC’s review process for the Audacy licenses, especially given foreign ownership concerns. His comments were featured in a letter House Oversight Committee chairman James Comer (R., Ky.) and Representative Nick Langworthy (R., N.Y.) wrote to Rosenworcel last week demanding documents and communications related to the Audacy radio licenses.

Hungarian-born billionaire philanthropist George Soros and his son Alexander are among the top donors to left-wing activist organizations and Democratic Party candidates. George Soros was the leading Democratic donor last election cycle and has bankrolled soft-on-crime prosecutors in cities across America, many of whom have later faced political blowback. His son is now overseeing the Open Society Foundations, the multi-billion dollar philanthropic enterprise that controls much of Soros’s political giving.

Laurel Tree Opportunities Corporation, an LLC controlled by FPR Capital Holdings LLC, a Delaware-based corporation, will hold a controlling stake in the new Audacy, according to the FCC decision. FPR Capital Holdings is managed by the Fund for Policy Reform, a Soros-funded non-profit trust tied to Soros’s the Open Society network that contributes hundreds of millions of dollars to left-wing causes. Alexander Soros is a board member of the Fund for Policy Reform trust.

FPR also holds a stake in the Latino Media Network, LLC, a left-wing company that acquired 18 Hispanic radio stations and raised $80 million upon its launch.

Ahmadinejad: 'Head of anti-Mossad unit - was a Mossad agent'

In an interview with the Turkish CNN network on Monday, former President of Iran, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, claimed that a unit had been set up to fight against Mossad agents inside Iran – but the head of the unit was a Mossad agent himself.

He also claimed that in addition to the head of the unit, twenty Israeli Mossad agents were working with him and were responsible for directing significant intelligence operations inside Iran.

Among others, according to Ahmadinejad, the same Mossad agents stole documents about the Iranian nuclear program and killed several Iranian nuclear scientists.

He also claimed that all the agents managed to flee Iran before being caught and that they now live in Israel.

Ahmadinejad made this claim today for the first time, but as of now, no confirmation or, alternatively, a denial has been published by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.

In recent years, Ahmadinejad has been far from the helm of power and has tried several times to run again for the position of president of Iran, but was disqualified.

The last time he ran an election campaign was after the death of President Ebrahim Raisi in a plane crash.
