Trump Says He Has Authorized ‘Total’ Declassification Of Documents Related To ‘Russia Hoax’

President Donald Trump said Tuesday he has authorized the declassification of all intelligence documents related to what he called the “Russia hoax,” though he did not say what information he has approved for disclosure.

“I have fully authorized the total Declassification of any & all documents pertaining to the single greatest political CRIME in American History, the Russia Hoax. Likewise, the Hillary Clinton Email Scandal,” Trump tweeted on Tuesday.

“No redactions!”

Trump has said multiple times during his presidency that he authorized declassification of Russia-related documents only to backtrack later. But with just 28 days until the election, Republicans have grown anxious that information about FBI and CIA intelligence-gathering activities related to the Trump campaign will never see the light of day.

Earlier on Tuesday, John Ratcliffe, the director of national intelligence, released two CIA memos that showed the spy agency obtained evidence in July 2016 that Russian intelligence operatives may have had intelligence showing that Hillary Clinton personally approved a plan to link Trump to Russia’s hack of the DNC.

Mark Meadows, the White House chief of staff, said Monday that Trump had tasked him with starting the process of declassifying documents.

On Sunday, Rep. Devin Nunes urged the administration to declassify more documents and called for the shutdown of the intelligence agencies if they refused to release the information. Nunes called for the release of FBI memos from interviews conducted in February and May 2017 with Igor Danchenko, the primary source for Steele.

Danchenko cast doubt on some of the allegations Steele made in the dossier. The FBI relied heavily on the document to obtain warrants to surveil Carter Page. The Justice Department’s inspector general criticized the FBI for failing to inform the court that grants surveillance warrants about information that undercut the credibility of Steele’s information.

After a night in prison, husband grants get to estranged wife

A man who has refused for the past four years to give a get (halakhic divorce) to his wife was picked up seemingly by chance at a police checkpoint on Monday in the region of Modi’in, Behadrey Haredim reports. Finding that there was an arrest warrant for the man, they transferred him to police detention – and the next day, he agreed to grant his wife the coveted get.

The saga began four years ago, when the couple decided, for various reasons, to separate. Two years ago, they reached a divorce settlement but the husband subsequently changed his mind and refused to go through with it. The Rabbinic Court ruled that the husband was to grant a get and provide support to his wife, but the husband instead appealed to the Beit Din Hagadol (Rabbinic High Court) and agreed to an adapted settlement with his wife. However, yet again, he changed his mind and refused to go through with it.

At this point, the Yad Le’Isha organization, representing the wife, entered the picture. Their attorney, Tehila Cohen, approached the Rabbinical Court five weeks ago and demanded that the husband be coerced into granting a get, and the Court agreed. The police were involved and an arrest warrant was issued.

According to the report, the husband then told his children that their mother was pursuing him and he fled. He was picked up apparently by chance at a police checkpoint and transferred to prison. The next day, he agreed to grant his wife an unconditional get.

Approached for comment, the wife was effusive in her praise for Yad Le’Isha and attorney Cohen. “I endured this situation for four years, and for the last few months, Tehila Cohen went all-out to free me,” she said. “I am so grateful for her expertise and dedication.”

Yad Le’Isha’s director, Penina Omer, thanked the Rabbinical Court headed by Rabbi Bezek for his support, as well as the secretaries of the Rabbinical Courts of Tiberias and Tzfat. “We are constantly hearing stories of women subject to extortion in order to receive a get,” she said. “I appeal to the rabbis to find a halakhic solution to this problem and take responsibility for this situation.”

The husband was apparently not approached for comment.

This is not the first time that Yad Le’Isha has been involved in persuading Rabbinical Courts to use coercive measures to force husbands to grant their wives halakhic divorces, without which they cannot remarry according to Torah law. The use of coercion to “persuade” a husband to give a get is extremely controversial among Torah scholars, and many rabbinic authorities insist that such a coerced divorce is no divorce at all and that the woman remains married and any subsequent “remarriage” is an adulterous relationship – hence the appeal of Yad Le’Isha’s director for a halakhic solution.

CIA Director Gina Haspel Banking On Trump Loss To Keep Russiagate Documents Hidden

Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Director Gina Haspel is personally blocking the declassification and release of key Russiagate documents in the hopes that President Donald Trump will lose his re-election bid, multiple senior U.S. officials told The Federalist.

The officials said Haspel, who served under former CIA Director John Brennan as the spy agency’s station chief in London in 2016 and 2017, is concerned that the declassification and release of documents detailing what the CIA was doing during the 2016 election and the 2017 transition could embarrass the CIA and potentially even implicate Haspel herself.

“Haspel and [FBI Director Christopher] Wray both want Trump to lose, because it’s the only chance they have of keeping their jobs,” one senior intelligence official told The Federalist. “They’re banking on Biden winning and keeping them where they are.”

NYC Orthodox community holds large protest over new coronavirus restrictions

Hundreds of members of the Borough Park Orthodox community took to the streets Tuesday night defying orders to disperse and lighting a fire in protest of new state mandated restrictions imposed on area synagogues, schools and non-essential businesses over a COVID-19 surge.

One large crowd huddled closely together at the corner of 50th Street and 15th avenue at about 9 p.m. as community activist Heshy Tischler ripped Gov. Cuomo and Mayor de Blasio over the order that shuts down schools completely and limits houses of worship to 10 people in certain COVID-19 hot spots.

Much of Borough Park is subject to those measures — the most restrictive  — which also shutters non-essential businesses. The level of restrictions, broken down into three color-coded categories, are guided by coronavirus diagnosis data.

“It’s called civil disobedience, we can fight back,” Tischler told the crowd after tearing up his face mask. “Do not allow them to torture you or scare you,” he said, referring to the elected officials.

The closures must be made no later than Friday — though a spokesman for de Blasio tweeted that they would likely begin Thursday — and run for at least two weeks.

Councilman Kalman Yeger later showed up at another protest on 13th Avenue, according to Boro Park News.

There, the lawmaker told the crowd: “We are not going to be deprived of the right that we have in America, like everybody else in America, the right to observe our religion.”

The protests swarmed in numbers later in the night with demonstrators shutting down 13th Avenue to vehicular traffic.

Things also turned unruly when the crowd lit a rubbish fire after midnight at the intersection of 46th Street and 13th Avenue and chased away two city sheriff’s deputies who responded.

The defiant crowd chanted “Jewish lives matter,” as they held their ground.

Earlier in the night, Yeger was among four local Jewish lawmakers who released a joint statement slamming Gov. Cuomo over the edict.

“We are appalled by Governor Cuomo’s words and actions today. He has chosen to pursue a scientifically and constitutionally questionable shutdown of our communities,” said the statement from Yeger, State Sen. Simcha Felder, Assemblyman Simcha Eichenstein and Councilman Chaim Deutsch.

“His administration’s utter lack of coordination and communication with local officials has been an ongoing issue since the start of the pandemic, and particularly recently as we face this uptick.”

The lawmakers said that even though they represent COVID-19 hot-spot neighborhoods, the Cuomo administration has left in the dark leading up to Tuesday’s decision.

Also brought up by the legislators, was Cuomo’s choice to display PowerPoint images of New York’s Jewish community gathering en masse during his Monday press briefing.

“Governor Cuomo’s choice to single out a particular religious group, complete with a slideshow of photos to highlight his point, was outrageous.

“His language was dangerous and divisive, and left the implication that Orthodox Jews alone are responsible for rising COVID cases in New York State,” the elected officials said.

In A New Low ......The Jewish Democratic Council Releases Kaddish Ad, Blasting Trump

The political action committee of the Jewish Democratic Council of America, JDCA PAC, in a new low for any political organization, released a despicable ad on Tuesday featuring the Jewish mourner’s Kaddish in response to U.S. President Donald Trump’s  actions and video statements about COVID-19 after he returned to the White House on Monday. The president had spent three nights at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center being treated for symptoms associated with the coronavirus.

The jarring bizarre ad features a photo of a stone about to be put on top of a grave marker that already consists of stones on top of it, in lieu of flowers and in accordance with Jewish tradition.

Alongside the Kaddish being recited is audio of Trump’s past statements on the pandemic, such as “It is what it is,” as an increasing number of COVID-19 deaths flash across the screen. To date, more than 7.7 million people in the United States have been diagnosed with COVID-19 with nearly 215,000 recorded deaths as a result of the highly infectious disease.

The ad ends with the word “VOTE” at the conclusion of the Kaddish.

Agudath Takes Action Against Cuomo and Files Court Injunction After Limitations Placed On Shuls

Governor Cuomo’s surprise mass closure announcement today, and limit of 10 individuals per house of worship in “red zones,” is appalling to all people of religion and good faith.

We have been down this path before, when religious practices were targeted for special treatment by the Governor’s Executive Order in May.

A suit was filed challenging the Governor’s Order then (in which Agudath Israel filed an amicus brief), and the court found it unconstitutional. Repeating unconstitutional behavior does not make it lawful.

Moreover, it should be made clear that the Governor’s reference to a “good conversation” he had earlier today with a group of Orthodox Jewish leaders was largely a one-way monologue, and contained no mention of this new plan.

Agudath Israel intends to explore all appropriate measures to undo this deeply offensive action.

A final message to our community: We have considerable concerns that Governor Cuomo’s capricious actions will weaken compliance with good health practices. We cannot allow our – perhaps justifiable – anger at government to imperil our neighbors’ health.

Former Saudi spy chief: Palestinian leaders have been ‘failures’ for 70 years

Palestinian leaders are “failures” who have consistently missed opportunities for a settlement with Israel and who are aligning themselves with the enemies of Saudi Arabia, former Saudi intelligence chief Bandar bin Sultan said in an interview with Saudi-owned al-Arabiya TV that aired Monday.

“The Palestinian cause is a just cause, but its advocates are failures. The Israeli cause is unjust, but its advocates are successful. That sums up the events of the last 70 or 75 years,” bin Sultan said.

Bin Sultan served as the Saudi ambassador in Washington for over 30 years, as well as in several high-level intelligence positions after his return to Riyadh. He led Saudi Arabia’s security services from 2012 to 2014, also directing the Saudi National Security Council for over a decade.

In scathing statements on al-Arabiya — a 40-minute lecture, complete with archival footage — bin Sultan discussed the history of Saudi-Palestinian relations. He harshly criticized the Palestinian leadership for what he deemed to be repeated missed opportunities to reach an accord with Israel, and for taking Saudi aid while ignoring Saudi political counsel.

“I believe that we in Saudi Arabia, acting on our goodwill, have always been there for them. Whenever they asked for advice and help, we would provide them with both without expecting anything in return, but they would take the help and ignore the advice. Then they would fail and turn back to us again, and we would support them again, regardless of their mistakes,” bin Sultan said.

'Spiritual Death' a Bigger Threat Than COVID Rabbanim Say

An amazing video clip was making the rounds of the internet when Yom Kippur ended. It showed police offered arriving at the main synagogue of the Vizhnitz Hassidim in Bnei Brak and breaking up a mass indoor gathering. In the clip, the Vizhnitzer rebbe himself, Yisroel Hager, is seen coming out of the front door, dressed in white holiday robes, flanked by two of his Hassidim.

Vizhnitz is one of the three largest Hassidic sects in Israel, and their rebbe is one of the most important spiritual leaders in the Hassidic world.

In another clip, Vizhnitz Hassidim are seeing waiting for buses, packed closely together, without masks.

It sounded almost incredible that six months into the COVID pandemic such a senior spiritual leader would be violating the rules. So I looked into it. I spoke with Hassidim, Vizhnitz and others, as well as with close associates of a few other Hassidic leaders, and it turns out that we – the general public – are spitting nails and demanding that the Hassidim follow the same public health guidelines as the rest of us, while they have adopted a completely different policy. They want herd immunity – let everyone get sick, and be done with it.

The way they see it, this is not a disregard for the regulations, and they have no trouble understanding the explanations about simple instructions such as wearing masks, avoiding gatherings, and washing hands. So what is going on? It seems that a number of Hassidic leaders have decided on a policy according to which the elderly and members of other high-risk groups will be careful, but young people and the Hassidic sect as a whole will go on as usual.

The Haredi public in Israel is comprised of Lithuanian, Sephardi, and Hassidic Jews. Most of the first two groups are taking care to follow COVID rules, but when it comes to the Hassidim, things are more complicated.

Rabbi Zach Fredman "Rules Halachically" That it's OK to Pray for Tump's Death!

Rabbi Zach Fredman, formerly of The New Shul in New York City

This is what happens when a leftist progressive liberal Jew goes off the deep end. Fredman a vile sewer rat, a "reform rabbi" who has a band called "Epichorus ( a play on the Hebrew word apikoiras, meaning heretic) has the gall to quote a "midrash" .....

How about quoting the Torah that talks about keeping the Shabbat? ...

The naive, cruel and ungrateful Fredman doesn't realize that the leftists mobs that he so adors will turn on him soon enough and feed him to the ovens ... he has learned nothing from Jewish history ....he will learn very soon that the leftists that he brown-noses, hate him just like they hate Trump!

Fredman who always has an anti-Jewish agenda joined Jstreet and T'ruah, two vile self-hating Jewish organizations to sign a joint letter opposing federal and local legislative efforts to outlaw BDS.

This sickie when visiting Yerushalayim hung out with arabs and wrote a song called "song of the buffalo" which "honors a Native American woman that marries a buffalo"

Fredman a disturbed creature dressed in a talit, like a pig that displays its kosher hoofs,  to showcase its fake piety, mentions Hitler, Haman and Trump in one paragraph!

Yes he compares Trump a man who just made peace between an Arab country and the State of Israel to Hitler that exterminated 3/4 of the Jewish people.

He cruelly compares Trump who moved the US Embassy to Jerusalem to Haman who wanted to exterminate the entire Jewish world!

He wishes the best friend that the Jews ever had in the White House, that has a Jewish child and Jewish grandchildren..   that "the disease works strongly on him, kills him even.."

How much hate does Fredman possess in his diseased heart that he wishes death and sickness to another human being ...someone created in the image of God and to the President of the USA no less..how low can one sink?

Hey Fredman ... you useful idiot to anarchists, take you cursed guitar, shove it up where the sun don't shine  and go to hell ...

This piece was lightly adapted from Fredman’s email newsletter.

"With the news that Trump had tested positive for COVID, I couldn’t stop myself from wishing that the disease works strongly upon him, kills him even. … But is it OK to pray for the death of an evil person? Not just to think about it, but to actively enter a prayerful state and yearn for the disease to end his life in this body, that good may come to so many lives who have suffered on his account?

“Discussing that question with a friend, I was reminded of a midrash that appears in the commentaries on the Book of Esther, where Haman, the fascist villain, is the archetype of pure evil in the Judaic tradition.

“Two variants of the commentary appear. In one, all the trees of the world — the apple tree and the oak, the willow, the cedar, the olive and the palm — come before God and beg to be the vehicle for Haman’s death. They want to be the tree that Haman will hang from. In the other variant of the story, all the trees come before God, the same trees, and none wishes to be the tree upon which Haman will be hung. They don’t want to be proximate to evil, they don’t want to be contaminated by his vileness. In the end of both stories, the thorn bush is chosen to be the tree upon which Haman hangs.

“There are two instincts regarding evil — the desire to destroy it, and the inclination to flee its reign. Both live in us, and both yearnings have their place. If no one comes to fight Hitler, to protest Trump and the Proud Boys, evil thrives. If we come at him untethered to the wisdom that fighting evil carries the risk of being tainted by it, we are already undone. The line between these two yearnings is flimsy as a thorn. And living one without the other does not leave us whole.

“So yes, you can pray for his demise, but you will be changed by that prayer, and maybe not for the better.”

Shtreimlich Safe As Israel Moves to Ban Fur Trade

Israel has moved to ban the fur trade, making it one of the first countries in the world to do so; however, the new initiative is seen as largely symbolic as it continues to allow the use of fur for religious reasons.

“This morning we launched an important initiative to ban the fur trade,” said Environmental Protection Minister Gila Gamliel on Sunday. “There is no need or justification for using fur in the fashion industry.”The move was praised by animal rights group PETA, which hailed Israel “for recognizing that the trade in coats, pom-poms, and other frivolous fashion items made from wild animals’ fur offends the values held by all decent citizens,” according to the BBC

However, the law, which could see offenders fined $22,000 or face a year in jail, has a major loophole that will continue to allow the importation of fur for “scientific research, education or for instruction and for religious purposes or tradition.”

That exempts ultra-Orthodox Jews, who often wear cake-shaped sable hats known as shtreimels on Shabbat and holidays, although importers will now need to apply for special permits.

Made from the tails of sables and foxes, the hats can cost as much as $5,000. They are pretty much the only widespread users of fur in Israel, with its warm Mediterranean climate.

US court orders Iran to pay $1.4B to family of ex-FBI agent Robert Levinson

A US judge has ordered Iran to pay $1.45 billion to the family of a former FBI agent believed to have been kidnapped by the Islamic Republic while on an unauthorized CIA mission to an Iranian island in 2007.

The judgment this month comes after Robert Levinson’s family and the US government now believe he died in the Iranian government’s custody, something long denied by Tehran, though officials over time have offered contradictory accounts about what happened to him on Kish Island.

Tensions remain high between the US and Iran amid US President Donald Trump’s maximalist pressure campaign over Tehran’s nuclear program. And though the US and Iran haven’t had diplomatic relations since the aftermath of the 1979 US Embassy hostage crisis in Tehran, America stills holds billions of dollars in frozen Iranian assets that could be used to pay Levinson’s family.

In a ruling dated Thursday, the US District Court in Washington found Iran owed Levinson’s family $1.35 billion in punitive damages and $107 million in compensatory damages for his kidnapping. The court cited the case of Otto Warmbier, an American college student who died in 2017 shortly after being freed from captivity in North Korea, in deciding to award the massive amount of punitive damages to Levinson’s family.
