Iran sends surviving nuclear scientists into hiding "Dead Men Walking"

Iran has sent its surviving nuclear scientists into deep hiding after Israel killed more than 30 researchers, The Telegraph can reveal.

Most are no longer living in their homes or teaching at universities, and have been moved to secure locations in Tehran or northern coastal cities, where they live in villas with their families, a senior Iranian official said.

The Telegraph has been shown the names of more than 15 of these surviving scientists, on a list of about 100 held by Israel, whom the Israelis say must now decide whether to continue their work and risk further strikes or find a new career.

“Most of them are no longer living in their houses – they are either moved to safe houses in Tehran or to the north,” the Iranian official said.

He added: “Those who were teaching at universities are replaced with people who have no connection with the nuclear program.”

For Qatar, it’s not about 1967, it’s about 1948

Given the shift toward a more aggressive approach in Gaza, Qatar is expected to try and stall for Hamas once again. Therefore, it’s crucial to remember that Qatar is working to advance goals that align with Hamas, not with objectives that are compatible with Israel’s existence.

At the UN podium last week, Qatar’s prime minister, who serves as the chief mediator between Israel and Hamas, declared his support for the Palestinian state initiative. He added that justice for the Palestinian people has been delayed for nearly eighty years.

The selection of this date is significant. While Qatar officially supports a Palestinian state within the 1967 borders, it actively promotes a narrative that the state of Israel has no right to exist. From Doha’s perspective, the central issue is not 1967 but 1948. A few days after the UN address, the editor of the Qatari newspaper Al-Sharq, which the Qatari ruling family owns, posted a picture from Jaffa in 1948. He claimed that Jews had brutalized the residents of Jaffa without any provocation or the pretense of kidnapped soldiers. This statement disregarded the continuous gunfire from Jaffa toward Tel Aviv, which had resulted in over 1,000 casualties.

The Qatari media provides ample evidence of this ideology. For instance, Al Jazeera uses the term “settlement” for communities established before 1967. This approach was evident in reports about cities like Karmiel, which was founded in 1964.

This line of thinking is reflected in Qatar through numerous art events, cultural exhibitions, and fairs that have promoted images and displays of the entire map of the Land of Israel under the colors of the Palestinian flag. These symbols are also featured in Palestinian schools in Doha. Such maps have appeared in official photographs of visits by senior officials, including the Commissioner-General of UNRWA and Qatari officials like the Minister of Education.

It is therefore unsurprising that this same Minister of Education has authored heroic poems praising terrorists such as Muhammad Deif. Similarly, in 2024, educational and cultural forums in Qatar still held discussions about the “Muqawama,” an abbreviation for Hamas and the resistance to the existence of the state of Israel.

Amid social media reports of Israel being erased from Qatar Airways maps, it should be noted that this is not a new practice. Reports from the early 2000s already documented that Qatari schools were removing Israel from their maps, and Qatari airports had also done this in 2017.

The Emir himself has made this position explicit. In September 2024, he declared at the UN podium that “with all that has taken place and continues to take place, it is no longer tenable to speak of Israel’s right to defend itself in this context without being complicit in justifying the crime.”

However, Gaza is merely a pretext. Two months before the October 7 attack, Qatar submitted a written legal opinion to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague, accusing Israel of numerous crimes. The opinion stated: “Israel’s intention to maintain domination over Palestinians can be traced back to its establishment as a State in 1948, and the expulsion of half of the indigenous population of Palestine from their homes during the Nakba.”

This one-sided view, which includes historical distortions, suggests that Qatar still does not recognize Israel’s right to exist.

Another round of talks in Doha has failed, and the truth is plain to see: Qatar is not a partner, but a saboteur. Its so-called “help” is nothing more than a cover for its hostility. To move forward in Gaza, we must stop deluding ourselves and immediately remove Qatar from the equation.

Deri Who Backed the Disastrous Oslo Accords Has Verbal Fight With MK Orit Strock

During the a meeting of the Diplomatic-Security Cabinet, an unusual confrontation erupted between Settlement Minister Orit Strock and MK Aryeh Deri, stemming from differing views on a possible deal with Hamas for the hostages' release.

According to a Kan News report by Michael Shemesh, Deri stated that if Hamas offers a deal, Israel must stop and examine it: "The hostages are civilians, and we must save their lives."

Strock angrily responded: "When you gave the hill in front of my house to Yasser Arafat [as part of the Oslo Accords], are those lives we can afford to give up?" Later, Deri retracted his statement.

Several other confrontations took place during the meeting. MK Deri claimed that "it is immoral not to release hostages," while Minister Bezalel Smotrich criticized this position, saying: "Is it moral for a hundred soldiers to be killed, and then for us to retreat for ten hostages?"

Smotrich also criticized the military: "If it takes three months and three brigades because of the explosives - you are criminals. This is the result of previous deals."

Smotrich voted against the proposed plan, but Prime Minister Netanyahu assured him that Hamas would eventually be defeated, citing remarks from Minister Avi Dichter, who stated that the destruction of a Gazan City would help topple Hamas’ rule. Likud ministers gave Netanyahu the necessary majority, and the plan moved forward.

Rabbi Dov Lando pushing "BDS LIKE" economic moves to harm Israel

Lithuanian-haredi leader Rabbi Dov Lando has recently initiated an unusual move in which several haredi factions would withdraw their investment funds from Israel, Channel 12 News reported.

According to the report, Rabbi Lando recently approached members of the Eidah Haharedit to explore the possibility that they would join the move in protest of the arrest of haredi yeshiva students who refuse to enlist in the IDF.

The Eidah Haharedit was surprised by the request, which was described as particularly unusual due to the sharp differences between the two sides.

While the extremist faction opposes any cooperation with State institutions, Rabbi Lando is associated with the organized leadership of the haredi community. In response, members of the Eidah Haharedit suggested that Rabbi Lando join the protests, but he refused, stating, according to them, that "he does not believe in this."

The request is being carefully considered by the members of the Eidah Haharedit due to Rabbi Lando's senior status. A source within the Eidah Haharedit claimed that the move could have "dramatic consequences, even leading to the collapse of banks." The source emphasized that despite their rigid ideological stance, they take a cautious and practical approach.

On Thursday, Rabbi Lando, 96, visited the military prison at Beit Lid, where two young haredi men are being held. This is an unusual step by the Lithuanian-haredi leader, and the visit was approved by the military police.

Huckabee Fires Back at UK Leader: ‘Israel Won’t Feed Its Enemies While Hostages Starve’

US Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee on Friday, unleashed a harsh condemnation of UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer’s calls for de-escalation in Israel’s fight against Hamas. In a pointed Twitter message, Huckabee demanded to know if Israel is expected to simply surrender to Hamas and feed terrorists while its own citizens remain held hostage and starved. He drew a stark historical parallel, asking if Britain capitulated to the Nazis during World War II or dropped food supplies to them, invoking the brutal bombing of Dresden as a symbol of resolute resistance.

Starmer’s public denouncement of Israel’s military escalation as “wrong” and his demand for immediate reconsideration were met with blunt dismissal. Supporters of Israel highlight that Prime Minister Netanyahu has authorized the transfer of two million tons of humanitarian aid into Gaza—aid that Hamas deliberately blocks from reaching Israeli hostages. They accuse Starmer of irresponsibly ignoring these realities and note that even the Arab League has unequivocally demanded Hamas disarm and release all hostages immediately.

Huckabee’s blistering criticism underscores the failure of Western leaders like Starmer to grasp the brutal nature of Hamas and the existential threat Israel faces. It is a call to stand firmly with Israel’s right to defend itself, not to indulge appeasement that only emboldens terrorism.

Associated Press’s sympathy for Hezbollah terrorists could’ve been a Babylon Bee parody

The Associated Press just made it clear where it stands on the terrorists’ war on Israel: With the terrorists.

How else to read its bizarre puff piece Wednesday sympathizing with the poor, suffering Hezbollah goons injured in Israel’s pager attack last year?

The Babylon Bee couldn’t have come up with a better parody than the 2,100-word feature, “Survivors of Israel’s pager attack on Hezbollah struggle to recover” — though that’s not how AP’s Bassem Mroue and Sarah El Deeb meant it.

The two recount their interviews with six people wounded in the attack, all “Hezbollah officials or fighters or members of their families.”

Israel, they explain, launched an operation aimed at “harming and disrupting” Hezbollah members. Such nerve, no?

Except that this came as Hezbollah was firing rockets aimed at obliterating innocent Israelis — in “solidarity” with Hamas, which had just waged the most barbaric attack against Jews since the Holocaust.

Jerusalem “boasts” of the attack, seethe AP’s authors, who then cite critics claiming it “may have violated international law, calling it indiscriminate.”

Indiscriminate? It was the most cleanly targeted thing possible: Only Hez heavies had the pagers, and Hezbollah admits those wounded or killed were almost all its terrorist personnel.

Ah, but the AP pair never actually use the word “terrorist” as they lament the suffering of Hez associates who “lost fingers” and had “shrapnel lodged under their skin.”

Mahdi Sheri, a 23-year-old Hezbollah fighter, “can no longer play football.” Horror of horrors!

“It’s impossible now” for him even to “find a role alongside Hezbollah fighters.”

What? Never able to attack Israel again? Unforgiveable!

Worse: Hezbollah “is left with the financial and psychological burden of thousands who need long-term medical treatment and recovery.”

Poor, sad terrorist group.

OK, the wire service’s sick bias isn’t news: E.g., after Israel eliminated Hez boss Hassan Nasrallah, the AP’s headline mourned him as “charismatic and shrewd.”

An old and storied agency, the AP may still employ a few objective professionals.

But it’s still become a propaganda tool for terrorists, plain and simple.

Rabbi Dov Lando Visits Draft Dodgers in Prison ..But Never Went to be "Menacham Avel" Parents of Murdered Soldiers

Did I miss the video of the venerable Rosh yeshivah being menachem avel any family whose son or husband was killed in the war? Even once?
I’m sure his ahavas yisrael extends beyond the chareidi camp, right?
Please tell me I’m wrong. Perhaps his yeshivah keeps a list of the injured on the bima that they say tehillim for. I dont know. Please disabuse me of my erroneous presumptions.

Prominent Haredi leader Rabbi Dov Lando, spiritual head of Degel HaTorah and a key figure in the Lithuanian ultra-Orthodox community, visited brothers Rafael and Baruch Yitzhakov at the military prison in Beit Lid. The brothers, yeshiva students from Tel Aviv, were arrested after failing to report to the draft office.

Rabbi Lando, 94, was escorted into the family visit section, as shown in a video released by his office. His visit underscores the Haredi leadership’s ongoing stance encouraging yeshiva students to ignore military draft orders.

The brothers’ arrest on Wednesday prompted Rabbi Lando’s office to declare that Israel had “declared war on yeshiva students.” Approximately 80,000 ultra-Orthodox men aged 18 to 24 remain eligible for service but have not enlisted, despite a High Court ruling last year that invalidated decades of blanket draft exemptions for the Haredi community.

For the past year, Haredi leaders have attempted to promote legislation which would establish the status of yeshiva students as exempt from draft, but Likud leaders have consistently demanded sanctions be applied even to yeshiva students who are not drafted. The new head of the Knesset’s Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, Boaz Bismuth, will try and reopen the negotiations in order to formulate a law which could be acceptable to the charedi public but will still raise draft levels.

Gedoilim Decide That "Davening" Won't Help So they reach out to Goyim in Secret Talks Over Yeshiva Draft Arrests

As I keep saying that when it comes to Chareidim's own interests, they abandon the RBS"O and reach out to Goyim! They don't believe that "Torah Protects" at all!  Turning to non-Jews for an intra-Jewish matter – that worked out just great for Hyrkanos and Aristoblus, didn’t it?

"Hishtadlus" ??????

The biggest "Hishtadlus" is to put on a uniform and help your own brothers and sisters!! לא תעמוד על דם רעך is a "lav" in the Torah!

Recent confidential meetings took place in Bnei Brak between a representative of U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and senior haredi rabbis, addressing the growing controversy over Israel’s military draft law and the arrests of yeshiva students.

The discussions were held at the homes of Rabbis Dov Lando and Moshe Hillel Hirsch, leaders of Degel HaTorah, and focused on exploring possible American diplomatic involvement. Haredi leaders cited previous U.S. intervention in conscription issues in Ukraine as a potential precedent.

Meanwhile, Rabbi Lando made a rare visit to Beit Lid Military Prison to support Refael and Baruch Itzhakov, two Tel Aviv yeshiva students detained for refusing to report for military service. Associates say the rabbi is deeply troubled by the arrests and has been unable to sleep over the situation.

These details were reported by i24NEWS on Thursday.

Inscription Found In Judean Desert: ‘Abba Of Naburya Has Perished’

In a remarkable discovery in a Judean desert cave, researchers found a four-line ancient Aramaic inscription, possibly written by Jewish rebels from the Bar Kochba Revolt against the Romans in the 2nd century CE. The discovery was revealed Monday by two Israeli scholars at a prominent academic conference in Jerusalem on Monday, according to a Times of Israel report

“Abba of Naburya has perished,” the first line reads. Only isolated words or letters in the additional three lines have been deciphered, including the words “on us,” “he took,” and “the.”

The inscription was discovered in a cave near the Ein Gedi National Park in the Dead Sea region. The cave was already known to archaeologists as it contains a stalactite with a fragmentary ink inscription written in ancient Hebrew script characteristic of the First Temple period.

Son of Rabbi Who is an IDF Opponent Is Helping Chareidim to Enlist

Rabbi Hanoch Kaufman — son of Rabbi Chaim Aharon Kaufman, a senior member of the influential Yeshiva Committee — is reportedly collaborating with the Israeli army to create a special service track for his yeshiva students, according to Channel 13.

While his father has been a staunch opponent of Haredim serving in the IDF, the younger Kaufman is pursuing a program that would give some of his students a defined path into military service.

The Yeshiva Committee, once the main channel for coordinating legal service deferments between ultra-Orthodox institutions and the Defense Ministry, has in recent years shifted focus. A Times of Israel investigation earlier this year found it now uses a hotline to advise students on avoiding enlistment altogether.

Rabbi Hanoch Kaufman heads Bakshu Yeshiva, an institution known for integrating Haredi youth who left other religious schools.

Military service exemptions for Haredi men have been under intense scrutiny. Roughly 80,000 ultra-Orthodox men aged 18–24 are believed to be eligible for enlistment but have not joined the IDF — despite a High Court ruling last year that ended the decades-long blanket exemptions.

So far, Haredi political and rabbinic leaders have resisted all proposals to draft even a portion of their young men, including those who are not in full-time Torah study.

Cuomo Shifts Tone on his defense of Israel in NYC Campaign Revamp Post-Loss

Andrew Cuomo shifted from his historically fierce defense of Israel, recalibrating his messaging ahead of New York City’s mayoral election after his defeat in the Democratic primary.

Cuomo, who served as legal counsel to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, said in an interview Tuesday that the vote for Zohran Mamdani, an outspoken critic of the Jewish state, signified a shift in how some New York Democrats view the actions of the Israeli government.

“It gets into a nuance that we have not discussed,” he said. “Do I support what the Israel government is doing vis-à-vis Gaza? No. Do I support Israel impeding humanitarian aid? No.”

Still, Cuomo condemned the rise in antisemitism, one of his main talking points during his primary campaign.

“Does that justify antisemitic activity in New York City against Jewish people? No, right? But now it’s a finer line in the discussion.”

The new tone marks a subtle shift in Cuomo’s language around Israel. He said at an event at a Hamptons synagogue last month that Mamdani’s supporters “are pro-Palestinian and they don’t consider it being anti-Israel,” the Forward reported.

In a statement sent late Tuesday, Cuomo spokesperson Rich Azzopardi said the governor “was mimicking two sides of a discussion, in this case voicing the opinion of a portion of the electorate that is saying ‘they don’t agree with everything Israel is doing or they think Israel is hampering humanitarian aid’ and that while they are entitled to their opinion, that does not justify anti Semitic behavior.” Speaking in the voice of a hypothetical interlocutor is a rhetorical habit Cuomo is known to engage in “when arguing a point,” Azzopardi said.

Longest Standing Get Refuser In Israel Grants Wife Divorce After Presidential Pardon

In a joint initiative of the President of Israel, the Minister of Justice, the Rabbinical Court, and the Public Defender’s Office, a long-time divorce refuser released his wife from over two decades of being an agunah (chained woman).

The Rabbinical Court in Safed (Tzfat) approved the granting of a get (Jewish divorce) to a woman who had been an agunah for more than 20 years. The resolution of the complex case was made possible thanks to a unique collaboration between the Public Defender’s Office, the Pardons Department in the Ministry of Justice, the Rabbinical Court, the Minister of Justice, and the President of Israel.

The couple had married in the United States and had three children. In 2002, the woman filed for divorce in a U.S. rabbinical court, but her husband refused to appear in court, and a contempt order was issued against him.

In 2011, when the man came to Israel for his son’s Bar Mitzvah, the woman filed for divorce in an Israeli Rabbinical Court and obtained a court order preventing him from leaving the country. The court later ruled that he was obligated to grant the get, but he refused. Even after a ruling from the Great Rabbinical Court, he continued to resist.

A year later, he was sent to civil prison for refusing to give the get and served seven years. During his imprisonment, the Rabbinical Court imposed various sanctions on him, including a ban on receiving strictly kosher food. Still, the man persisted in his refusal.

About four years ago, in a rare move, the police prosecution filed criminal charges against the man for “violating a court order intended to protect a person.” He was convicted by the Haifa Magistrate’s Court and sentenced to 18 months in prison.

After his appeal was rejected, attorney Avraham Sofer, representing the man via the Public Defender’s Office, proposed a solution: the man would grant the get in exchange for receiving a presidential pardon and release from prison.

The request was reviewed by the Pardons Department of the Ministry of Justice, which contacted a representative from the Rabbinical Court who had been supporting the woman. He described her prolonged suffering and her plea for the President and Minister of Justice to intervene and help free her from her marital captivity through an act of clemency.

After reviewing the full details of the case, the Pardons Department drafted a unique opinion on the complex and sensitive matter and forwarded its recommendation for approval by the Minister of Justice and the President’s Office.

Indeed, in this exceptional case, the President decided—after receiving the recommendations—to perform an act of compassion and mercy toward the woman by easing the man’s sentence, on the condition that he grants the get. Today, after a lengthy court session attended by the man, he signed the get, and accordingly, the official letter of sentence reduction was issued by the President.

The President’s Office stated:
“The decision in this case was a necessary step. The President of Israel has done and will continue to do everything in his power to assist women who are denied a get in their distress. The power of pardon is a vital social tool that occasionally provides solutions to complex social and humanitarian issues.”

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice Yariv Levin commented:
“Despite the difficulty of granting a pardon to someone undeserving of it, I saw it as my duty to save, quite literally, the tormented soul of a woman who had remained an agunah for more than 20 years. I hope this will allow her to begin a new chapter in her life, as she so rightly deserves, after so many years of imposed suffering.”

Attorney Limor Goldenberg-Hadad, head of the Pardons Department at the Ministry of Justice, said this was a heartbreaking case of a woman who had desperately sought a get for many long and painful years and is now battling a serious illness.

Attorney Avraham Sofer, who represented the man on behalf of the Public Defender’s Office, stated that this was the longest-standing get refuser in Israel.
“We are glad we were able to help find a solution that allowed the get to be granted and led to the man’s immediate release.”

Adam Schiff Under Criminal Investigation for Alleged Mortgage Fraud

Democratic Sen. Adam Schiff is under criminal investigation for alleged mortgage fraud, according to a report Tuesday by Fox News.

Schiff is accused of falsifying bank records in order to obtain more favorable loan terms on a Potomac, Maryland property between 2003 and 2019. The allegations suggest the longtime California lawmaker manipulated documents related to his mortgage payments.

“Mr. Adam B. Schiff has, in multiple instances, falsified bank documents and property records to acquire more favorable loan terms,” Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) Director William Pulte said. “Such misconduct jeopardizes the safety and soundness of FHFA’s regulated entities and the security and stability of the U.S. mortgage market.”

The FHFA, which oversees Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and the Federal Home Loan Banks, has confirmed it is actively reviewing the claims as part of its regulatory responsibility.

Schiff’s office did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

just exposed what other media outlets are trying to hide: The deliberate staging of Hamas propaganda by photographers in Gaza,

An investigation by the German newspaper Bild has uncovered the involvement of Gaza-based photographer Anas Zaid Fatiyeh in staging “humanitarian scenes” for the purpose of promoting Hamas propaganda.

Fatiyeh, whose photos and videos are published by international newspapers and news agencies, has been revealed as orchestrating carefully selected and staged photo ops designed to amplify the suffering in Gaza and sway international opinion against Israel.

According to the investigation, Fatiyeh presents himself as a “journalist” for Anadolu Agency, the Turkish state-run news agency, which is known for its support of Hamas.

One of the examples cited is a widely circulated image of hungry people waiting in line for food. However, the report claims that these individuals were indeed fed immediately afterwards, raising the question: Why didn’t Fatiyeh show the full story?

Additionally, Fatiyeh is politically active and has shared pro-Palestinian content on his social media channels. One of his posts includes a photo with the caption: “Free Palestine.”

In response to the investigation, several news agencies announced they would cease working with Fatiyeh, emphasizing the need to verify the objectivity of visual content before publication.

As of now, Fatiyeh has not responded to the allegations or provided clarification regarding the nature and context of the photos he distributed.

Skver Using Nazi Tactics to Keep Jews Out!

 Is this real life?

Can it possibly be true that here in Rockland County — a place renowned for its vibrant Torah life, chessed, and flourishing kehillos — there is a calculated effort underway to dismantle entire frum neighborhoods?

It sounds like the plot of a dystopian novel. But it’s not fiction. It’s reality. And it’s unfolding right here, right now.

Since 2017, leadership in New Square — yes, leadership — has reportedly orchestrated a targeted campaign to purchase hundreds of homes in nearby Jewish neighborhoods. Not to expand or strengthen communities, but, tragically, to choke off housing access for other frum families.

Over 350 homes have already been bought. And here’s the truly shocking part: according to numerous firsthand accounts and public records, these homes are not being rented to Jewish families. Instead, many have been illegally subdivided and filled with multiple unrelated tenants — often in unsafe, unsanitary, and unlawful conditions.

What we’re seeing is bribery. Coercion. Inflated offers used to strong-arm homeowners into selling. A blatant disregard for both halacha and civil law.

And the consequences? Violence. DUIs. Vandalism. Even reports of stabbings and shootings on once-quiet blocks. What should have been affordable housing for growing frum families has turned into something unrecognizable. And all of it is being done in the name of Heaven?

How can we stay silent?

How can we pretend this isn’t a chillul Hashem of the gravest kind — harming Jews and non-Jews alike, breaking down trust between neighbors, and eroding the sanctity of our own kehillos?

And here’s what makes it even more painful: it’s not a secret. The leadership doesn’t deny it. The mayor of New Square openly admits it. The addresses are known. The paper trail is public.

So we must ask, especially now: Is this the spirit we bring into the Nine Days — a time meant for introspection, for healing broken relationships, for mourning the destruction brought on by sinas chinam and internal strife?

Chazal tell us the second Beis HaMikdash was destroyed because of baseless hatred between Jews.

And now, in 2025, we are witnessing an organized campaign to displace fellow Torah Jews from their homes?

Are we really repeating the same mistakes?

For years, askanim, rabbanim, and community leaders tried everything — meetings, appeals, legal channels. And still, New Square doubled down.

In response, Ichud Kehillos of Rockland was formed — a united coalition of Torah-guided communities that say: Enough.

We will not allow our children to be pushed out.
We will not stand by while our neighborhoods are taken from us.
We will not let darkness parade as light.

This is not about politics. This is about principle. About truth. About standing up for the very soul of our communities.

And so we ask — with heartbreak, with trembling, with clarity:

Can this really be happening?

And if it is… how can we possibly remain silent?

Miami Home Sellers are delisting their homes faster than anywhere else in the nation

While home sellers in much of the country are trimming prices in hopes of luring summer buyers, Miami homeowners are embracing a different tactic entirely: disappearing.

Rather than dropping their asking prices, sellers in the South Florida metro are yanking their listings off the market — at the fastest rate in the nation.

According to Realtor.com’s July housing report, Miami’s delisting-to-new-listing ratio surged to 59% in June, meaning for every 100 newly listed homes, 59 were removed.

That figure more than doubles the national average of 21% and far outpaces Phoenix and Riverside, California, the second and third cities on the list, at 37% and 30%, respectively.

This retreat comes even as Miami’s market shows clear signs of cooling.

The median listing price fell 4.7% year-over-year in July, to $509,950, and total inventory climbed 30%.

Listings are lingering longer too: Homes now sit on the market for an average of 88 days — more than two weeks longer than last year and the slowest pace among the nation’s 50 largest cities.

But instead of adjusting prices to reflect that reality, Miami’s sellers are standing firm.

Less than 18% of active listings included a price cut last month, far below what might be expected in a softening market.

Many sellers, having grown accustomed to pandemic-era highs, are unwilling to let go of peak pricing — even if that means pulling the plug entirely.

“This points to sellers anchored to peak-era price expectations and willing to wait rather than negotiate,” Danielle Hale, chief economist at Realtor.com said in the report.

“In Miami’s case, the data signal a patient seller dynamic, with homeowners increasingly opting to delist their property rather than compromising on price.”

Nationally, delistings rose 48% year-over-year in June, a jump Realtor.com attributes largely to rising seller frustration as more homes sit unsold.

But the scale of the shift in Miami suggests something more entrenched: a market where sellers remain convinced their homes are still worth top dollar, even as buyers grow more cautious.
