The Gemarrah in Yevamos 62b, tells us that Rabbi Akiva
“I don’t speak because I have the power to speak; I speak because I don’t have the power to remain silent.” Rav Kook z"l
DIN: Though this case was adjudicated last year July 2024, we were given permission to release his name yesterday!
At the request of three sisters who were sexually abused by their father, the Tel Aviv District Court today (Sunday) allowed the publication that Rabbi Eliyahu Godlevsky, one of the senior rabbis of Breslov, one of the rabbis who signed against Berland and came out against him with all his might, and the leader of the Azamra organization for the dissemination of the teachings of Rabbi Nachman of Breslov, was convicted about a year ago on April 9, 2024, in the Tel Aviv District Court, of committing sexual offenses against three of his daughters. On July 11, 2024, he was sentenced to 10 years in prison, suspended imprisonment and compensation to the victims
Advocate Licole Tamsut, who represents the victims on behalf of the Legal Aid Department at the Ministry of Justice: "I have been accompanying the victims in the legal proceedings for more than two years. During this period, I was exposed to their strengths and abilities on the one hand, but also to their difficulty in the fact that they were required to remain silent due to the publication ban on the affair.
The victims are happy that justice has finally been served, after years of suffering, and after more than two years have passed since the complaint was filed. Finally, not only did the fact that their father hurt them receive legal confirmation and he was convicted and sentenced, but the court understood their difficulty, and they no longer have to keep the difficult events they experienced a secret, as they were asked to do by the defendant over the years of abuse.
The possibility that they were given, from now on, not to keep the harm to them a secret, can be the beginning of some kind of healing for the many wounds and damages that accompanied and continue to accompany them over the years."
One of the victims of the offense said after the court's decision to allow the publication of the name of her father, who harmed her and her sisters: "I am happy to be able to breathe again, after the request to lift the gag order was accepted. Finally, the shame is moving aside and we no longer have to hide behind shame and guilt that don't belong to us."
The prosecutor in the case, Adv. Rosi Kabaz of the Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office (Criminal): "The State Attorney's Office welcomes the significant sentence of 10 years in prison imposed by the District Court on Rabbi Eliyahu Godlevsky, after he was convicted of committing sexual offenses against three of his daughters.
The courage of the girls to speak up and complain is that it is possible to reveal the truth about what happened in the family unit, and therefore even when the home, which is supposed to be the safest place for the children, ceases to be a fortress – there is no room for silence!
The punishment and compensation to the complainants may not be able to heal the wounds, but they have the power to send a clear message of condemnation and justice."

Satmar and their Neturei Karta Branch have a different torah than the rest of Klall Yisrael!
To them, burning a flag that represents the Jewish People and that also represents Satmar itself is a Mitzvah!
Just that you know, the shul where his father the Kedushas Yom Tov, and subsequently where his brother R' Chaim Tzvi, known as the Atzei Chayim, davened, in Szeget, had a huge Star of David on the Gate leading into the shul!
In addition the Shul in Satmar itself That R' Yoel Teitelbaum became the rav had a Magen Dovid embedded in the Stained Glass above the Aron Kodesh. This shul is intact today as the Germans didn't burn this one down and one can see the Zionist Symbol still today!
Satmar also added another made-up halacha which the tuchislekkers in Lakewood adopted as well, which they call "Yeheeg Ve'al Yaavor"
We know that there are only 3 prohibitions that you are required to give up your own life and not violate!
If someone asks you to commit murder, someone asks you to commit adultery, and finally, if someone asks you to worship idols!
Satmar added another one, and that is supporting Zionism!
The Satmar Rebbe, R' Yoel Teitelbaum z"l, who invented this prohibition, had no problem violating it himself, when he and his Gabbai, Yoel Ashkenazi, managed to join a Zionist Train to escape the Holocaust!
Though he ordered others to give up their lives if they were put in a position to receive help from Zionists, he found a "heter" on his own fatwa, and he survived thanks to the Zionists!
Below is the Hakaoras Hatoiv

The pro-Iranian Al Mayadeen network claims that the Houthis in Yemen had fired a new type of missile toward Ben-Gurion International Airport yesterday. The report cited assessments suggesting the launch was part of ongoing efforts by the Yemeni terrorist organization to develop advanced missiles and drones, in defiance of American military operations in the region.
At the same time, Saudi-owned Al Hadath reported that the US-led coalition had struck a Houthi training camp overnight. According to the report, dozens of Houthi operatives were killed or wounded in training camp strikes over the past 24 hours.
Throughout the night, the US coalition reportedly carried out dozens of airstrikes on Houthi hideouts, military posts, and rocket launchers across Yemen, focusing primarily on the northern provinces of Saada and Al-Jawf. According to reports, the Houthis had deployed advanced weapons in these areas, including ballistic missile systems and drones.
Houthi military spokesperson Yahya Saree announced that the terrorist organization had launched a ballistic missile toward Ben-Gurion Airport, "in the Jaffa area," claiming it was a hypersonic missile. He said that interception attempts by US and Israeli defense systems had failed and boasted that airport activity was suspended for over an hour. Saree warned all international airlines against flying to Ben-Gurion, claiming the airport was "not safe for flights."
Earlier, senior Houthi figure Mohammed al-Bukhaiti told Arab media that "the attack on Ben-Gurion proves our ability to strike fortified sites inside Israel. We have demonstrated our capability to strike at the military prestige of the US, UK and Israel. There are no red lines in this confrontation with the Zionist entity, the United States and Britain."
Against this backdrop, the head of the Houthis' Supreme Political Council, Mahdi al-Mashat, convened a meeting of the organization's security apparatuses on Sunday "to discuss recent developments, respond to American aggression against Yemen, and support operations in Gaza."
According to a report by the Washington-based Institute for the Study of War (ISW), Iran continues to supply the Houthis with weapons and intelligence on naval movements to improve the accuracy of their attacks in the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden. At the same time, US forces reportedly thwarted an Iranian weapons shipment to the Houthis by sea in recent days.
Among the recordings, published on the Hoover Institution website, is one from SS officer Bruno Streckenbach in which he admits that Adolf Hitler indeed gave explicit instructions for implementing the Final Solution and the mass murder of Jews – a significant revelation, as until now there has been limited concrete evidence of this direct order.
Streckenbach was responsible for some of the worst atrocities of the Third Reich – from managing SS death squads that slaughtered thousands across Poland in 1939 to deploying the "Einsatzgruppen," which murdered hundreds of thousands of Jews. Prosecutors attempted to charge him with responsibility for the murder of at least one million people, but Streckenbach evaded all attempts to bring him to trial and didn't spend a single day in a German prison after the war.
For almost 80 years, historians have debated whether the Holocaust stemmed directly from Hitler's explicit orders or evolved through initiatives taken by German subordinates and field commanders implementing broader directives.
According to Streckenbach's account, the first time he heard about the plan was when he received a hint from an old friend named Erwin Schulz, a volunteer officer in the "Einsatzgruppen" who until that point had supervised executions of up to a hundred people in western Ukraine, but apparently felt uncomfortable witnessing the mass murders of Jews.
Streckenbach admitted, "Schulz trembled, trembled like I'm trembling now. He said, 'What are we doing?' and I said, 'We can't do anything, we can't leave everything. There was an order.'"
Streckenbach went directly to his immediate commander, Reinhard Heydrich, one of the main architects of the Holocaust. "Heydrich was very quiet, very businesslike. He sat at the edge of his large conference table and said, 'Be quiet now, Streckenbach. Now listen to me. Shut your mouth, don't interfere. We can't do anything about it. This is the order from the Führer. He chose the SS to carry out this order. Neither the Reichsführer [Heinrich Himmler, SS leader] nor I can do anything about it,'" Streckenbach recounted.
Thomas Weber, Professor of History at the University of Aberdeen, who discovered the recordings, said Streckenbach's claim that the first order came directly from Hitler is of historical significance.
Weber emphasized that this recording directly addresses a decades-long historical debate about the development of the "Holocaust by bullets" in Soviet territories and the chain of command behind these mass killings. He noted that while historians have long suspected Nazi defendants misrepresented their personal responsibility during post-war trials, Streckenbach's recording provides unprecedented first-person evidence confirming these deliberate misrepresentations of authority and responsibility.
Emergency Press Conference - There was a “Fuck the Jews” sign at our Philly bar last night. I am shaking I’m so mad pic.twitter.com/DRlQc9woiA
— Dave Portnoy (@stoolpresidente) May 4, 2025
Dave Portnoy, the Jewish millionaire owner of Barstool Sports, launched an immediate investigation after discovering patrons at his bar displayed a sign with the antisemitic message "F*ck the Jews." The incident occurred at Barstool Samson Street in Philadelphia, which Portnoy described as "usually a great f*cking bar." Upon learning about the sign, Portnoy immediately began tracking down those responsible.
In an emergency press conference on X, Portnoy expressed his outrage. "I've been shaking. I've been so f*cking mad for the last two hours," Portnoy said. "I'm not just sitting back like, 'Oh, what are you gonna,' no, trust me, I have been on it," Portnoy said. "I've been hunting down waitresses, the table who did it, and everything you can f*cking name. Because I want f*cking consequences for f*cking actions."
According to Portnoy, the two waitresses responsible for serving the table have already been fired. He described a conversation with one waitress as frustrating. "She's at a f*cking dance recital. She's like, 'Can I call you back in 20?' No, f*cking honey, you f*cking can't. This is your one chance to talk to me," Portnoy recounted
Portnoy also spoke with one of the men allegedly involved in displaying the sign, who denied being antisemitic. "He's basically crying to me. And I'm just like, I don't f*cking buy it for a second," Portnoy said. "Who the f*ck would do that sign in my f*cking bar? You think I'm just gonna sit here? I'm gonna make it my f*cking mission to put you in lights."
Portnoy gave the individuals an ultimatum. "I go, I'm giving you one f*cking hour," he said. "Tell me how do I make this f*cking right before I go fing ape sh*t? You wanna take antisemitism classes? You wanna do whatever? You make it feel right. I don't need your f*cking tears."
Throughout his press conference, Portnoy emphasized his commitment to addressing this incident thoroughly. "Trust me, they're pulling the footage. They're doing this. I'm 20 steps ahead," he said. "I'm trying to be a little responsible. I'm trying to keep it together, but I'm on it. I'm f*cking on it," he concluded.
The caption of his post on X said: "I'm sending the people who ordered the 'Fuck Jews' signs at my bar to Auschwitz to learn about the Holocaust. Rather than ruin a couple 20 year olds lives maybe this can be used as a teaching moment."
A leading archaeology journal has effectively barred submissions by Israelis on Judea and Samaria unless they "have cooperated with the relevant Palestinian authorities," in what analysts say is a microcosm of the harm caused by a global campaign to whitewash the Jewish people’s history in the Land of Israel.
According to a report recently published by The Press Service of Israel (TPS-IL), the Palestine Exploration Quarterly (PEQ)—a peer-reviewed journal of the London-based Palestine Exploration Fund (PEF)—is refusing to accept submissions from researchers affiliated with institutions operating in what it refers to as "occupied territory," citing concerns over alleged Israeli violations of international law.
"Publication in PEQ is guided by the PEF’s ethical policy. The main aspect of this is international law, by which many academic institutions and publications, including PEQ, are bound," Charlotte Whiting, the journal’s editor-in-chief, told TPS-IL.
The journal’s website states that it "does not collaborate with institutions founded by an occupying power based in any occupied territory, and will not support, encourage, fund, or publish research by any academic associated with such institutions."
sraeli archaeologists told TPS-IL that any cooperation with Palestinian authorities or colleagues was practically impossible, because they "would be treated as traitors for this." They also said that their work is in many instances shunned by the broader academic world and, as such, researchers are forgoing focus on the biblically significant areas of Judea and Samaria (West Bank) to protect their careers.
"What we’re seeing is a deliberate attempt to undermine Jewish historical ties to the land," Yishai Fleisher, international spokesman for Hebron, the cradle of Jewish civilization located in Judea, told Fox News Digital. "There are three strategies at play: the Palestinians either acknowledge Jews were once here but argue they no longer belong, deny any Jewish connection at all, or destroy the evidence outright."
Fleisher noted ongoing efforts by Palestinian authorities and others to rename historical Jewish sites. "They call Hebron ‘Al-Khalil,’ and the Cave of the Patriarchs becomes the ‘Ibrahimi Mosque.’ The Temple Mount is now the ‘Al-Aqsa complex,’ and Rachel’s Tomb has been rebranded as the ‘Bilal Bin Rabah Mosque,’" he said.
To counter this, he says Israeli advocates are working to mark and preserve ancient Jewish landmarks. "We added an Israeli flag and a menorah to a building originally constructed by King Herod 2,000 years ago—which itself stands atop a tomb dating back 3,500 years—to make it unmistakably clear it’s a Jewish site, despite the later addition of three minarets by Muslim conquerors."
The Palestinian Authority, which gained non-member observer state status at the United Nations in 2012, has been spearheading the campaign to rewrite history in global forums that contain automatic anti-Israel majorities.
Gregory Moore, 51, was indicted Friday on a slew of charges — including aggravated murder, conspiracy and kidnapping — for the 2013 killing of 53-year-old nurse and mother of four Aliza Sherman, Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s announced Friday.
Moore allegedly planned the deadly attack to stop her divorce case, which was set to begin the day after she was killed, prosecutors alleged in an unsealed indictment.
It was also not the first time he had resorted to crime to delay cases, authorities said. Moore later pleaded guilty to calling in bomb threats to courthouses to delay his cases, according to authorities.
Sherman’s estranged husband, Dr. Sanford Sherman, was never charged in the case — but he refused to cooperate with cops, investigators previously said. He died in a Florida nursing home last summer.
Prosecutors said they believe Moore had at least one accomplice, but did not name any additional suspects.
He allegedly lured Sherman to his office on March 24, 2013, texting her to meet him at 4:30 pm. and demanding she notify him when she was en route, the indictment said.
While waiting outside Moore’s office, a hooded figure approached her from behind and stabbed her more than ten times in the neck and back, prosecutors said.
Authorities believe that either Moore or an unnamed co-conspirator carried out the attack, according to prosecutors.
Sherman managed to call police while she lay wounded and bloody outside the law office, and was assisted by a Good Samaritan who found her on the sidewalk, prosecutors said.
She died after arriving at a nearby hospital.
“The Sherman family has waited over a decade for answers regarding their mother’s homicide,” Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael C. O’Malley said in a statement.
“Through the tenacious work of multiple law enforcement agencies, evidence was accumulated that paints the unmistakable picture that Gregory Moore orchestrated and participated in the brutal murder of Aliza Sherman.”
Moore allegedly called and texted Sherman before and after the attack in an attempt to fabricate an alibi, according to the indictment.
“These texts and requests for calls were for the purpose of creating false evidence that Moore was unaware of Sherman’s assault,” the indictment says.
At the time of Sherman’s murder, the attorney was already under investigation for sending bomb threats to a courthouse on days he was set to appear in court in a similar attempt to delay cases, according to the indictment.
In 2017, Moore pleaded guilty to inducing panic related to the bomb threats and falsification and for providing misleading statements to law enforcement during the investigation of Sherman’s murder.
The Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigations took on Sherman’s case in 2021, uncovering evidence linking Moore to the killing, the agency said.
He will be arraigned on May 16, court records indicate. No attorney has been listed for him at this time.
“The time has come to declare Qatar as an enemy state of the Jewish people,” Bardugo said.
These remarks follow the Prime Minister’s Office’s unusual statements against Qatar in recent days. The Prime Minister’s Office published a rare official statement on Motzei Shabbos, saying: “The time has come for Qatar to stop playing both sides with its double talk and decide if it’s on the side of civilization or if it’s on the side of Hamas barbarism. Israel will win this just war with just means.”
Netanyahu’s office chose to publish the message in English and publicly for the first time, hinting that Qatar is undermining the efforts to release the hostages. The attack sparked a strong response from the Qatari Foreign Ministry, which strongly condemned the remarks.
Qatari Foreign Ministry spokesperson Majed Al-Ansari called Netanyahu’s statements “inflammatory” and “far from meeting the basic standards of political responsibility.” He claimed that Qatar is working “in coordination with its partners to end the fighting and return the hostages,” and asked sarcastically whether the release of 138 hostages so far was thanks to mediation or thanks to bombings.
Bardugo’s words echo the message of the Prime Minister’s Office and exacerbate the tone: Qatar is not only not helpful as a mediator with Hamas but actively sabotages possible understandings with the terror group.
Zohran Mamdani, an Israel critic running second to Cuomo in the NYC mayoral race, is making a pitch to Jewish voters.

He believes he can win over some, despite his views on the Gaza war and support for BDS.
I sat down with him last week. Interview below ⬇️ pic.twitter.com/TkWXqRCwWX
Zohran Mamdani, a New York City mayoral candidate and member of the Democratic Socialists of America, continues to fuel controversy with his outspoken positions on Israel and his support for the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) movement.
In a recent interview with journalist Jacob Kornbluh, a Self-Hating Kapo, Mamdani reiterated his controversial views, including his unwavering support for BDS, a movement widely criticized for its antisemitic undertones.
Mamdani, who has faced scrutiny for his history of making inflammatory statements about Israel, once again doubled down on his stance. He remains an advocate for BDS, despite its condemnation by Jewish groups and organizations worldwide. While he has publicly expressed support for BDS in the past, Mamdani’s refusal to distance himself from the movement during the interview underscores his continued commitment to this divisive cause.
Last year, Mamdani made waves when he publicly stated that he would support the New York Police Department (NYPD) arresting Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu if he were to visit New York City under an arrest warrant from the International Criminal Court (ICC).
Zikim beach is the closest beach to Gaza

On October 7th, 19 civilians were killed by Hamas Islamic Jihadists.
Many people do not know that Hamas still had members INSIDE Israel on October 24th who the IDF were looking for.
English Translated video of beachgoers.
WATCH: pic.twitter.com/9Okn8Fkh45
As Hamas’s rocket fire began at 6:29 a.m., a squad of six Golani soldiers in a GMC Savana van positioned outside Zikim Base headed into the IDF logistics base. At 6:42 a.m., the troops, joined by another soldier, Sgt. Dvir Lisha, 21, headed for the beach after receiving reports of a seaborne infiltration.
At 6:43 a.m., 32 civilians were sheltering at the beach, including eight in the bathroom, 12 in the bomb shelter, two under the beach’s sunshades, five in the sand dunes to the north of the beach, four in the sand dunes to the south, and one in the parking lot.
The seven Golani soldiers reached the bathroom at 6:44 a.m., where they met the civilians and told them to stay put. The troops then advanced toward the sea, as a Hamas speedboat, with five terrorists on board, arrived a minute later. (Several other speedboats had been intercepted and destroyed by naval forces).
Only once the terrorists began to open fire did the soldiers spot them. According to surveillance footage, the troops withdrew to the bathroom area at 6:46 a.m. There was a distance of about 110 meters between the soldiers and the terrorists, and limited visibility. Lisha attempted to return fire while using the bathroom building as cover, but was unable to hit any of the terrorists.
Meanwhile, the terrorists advanced on the sunshades area, murdering two fishermen, John Aslanov, 70, and Robert Shaulov, 70.
