Imam Hassen Chalghoumi is astonished by what Israel is currently doing in Iran

Imam Hassen Chalghoumi of Drancy, near Paris, is astonished by what Israel is currently doing in Iran. He writes: I, a son of Ishmael, an imam, a Muslim, a man of peace, hereby present my sincere testimony about this extraordinary people: I must admit, I believe in religions and miracles. But there is something about this people — the people of Israel — that feels like a living miracle. A people the Pharaohs tried to erase 3,000 years ago… and failed. A people the Babylonians tried to annihilate 2,500 years ago… and failed. A people the Romans tried to wipe out 2,000 years ago… and failed. A people the Nazis tried to exterminate 80 years ago… and failed to erase. A people the Arabs fought in five wars to wipe off the map… and failed. This is a small nation in number, but with a unique strength — a divine blessing. Wherever it lays its hand, it succeeds: in finance, commerce, science, philosophy, literature… A desert land turned into a paradise, without oil or gas, but with liberty, democracy, intelligence, and determination. This is a people who gave the world Einstein, Newton, Kafka, Karl Marx, Nietzsche, Spinoza, Freud… and many others who left a mark on humanity. There are realities that neither reason nor logic can explain. There is only one word for it: miracle. For two and a half years now, this people has been fighting on five fronts. They said it was tired, that it was about to collapse… and yet, it surprises the world by opening a new front against the Iranian enemy — one that frightens even Arab regimes. This people, though small in number, possesses the courage of nobles, the wisdom of prophets, the patience of the righteous, and the determination of survivors. How could it be otherwise, when it is known they are the descendants of Abraham, Solomon, David, Moses, Jacob, Joseph… and 1,523 prophets and emissaries from their lineage? This is a people who brought monotheism and faith in one God to the world. A people driven by a thirst for life, for work, for innovation, and for continuity — a drive that has lasted more than 4,000 years. Truly, I find no other word to describe them but: a nation of miracles. If the Arabs had clear vision, they would choose to unite with this people, to learn from them, to cooperate with them… perhaps they would absorb some of their knowledge, wisdom, and dignity. Etty Cohen from Kiryat Malachi murdered by Sudanese migrant after returning from shelter

Etty Cohen, a 60-year-old volunteer at a senior center in Kiryat Malachi in southern Israel, was murdered last night in her home in front of her husband, Rami, after the sirens that sounded across Israel to signal the start of the Israeli attack on Iran.

The suspect, an illegal migrant from Sudan, confessed to the murder and even reenacted it for the police.

The police investigation found that between Thursday night and early Friday morning, at the start of Israel's strikes on Iran, Etty and Rami Cohen went down to the bomb shelter. While they were in the shelter, they noticed the suspect entering their building.

Once the alarms ended and they were able to exit the shelter, Etty and Rami ascended to their first-floor apartment. For an unexplained reason, the door was open, apparently because the couple did not lock it when they left. When the two entered the bedroom, the Sudanese suspect stabbed Etty with a kitchen knife.

Only In Israel Will over 100,00- Jews Line Up to Fly to Israel During Wartime! Unbelievable!

Israeli airlines, led by El Al, will begin operating a limited number of one-way flights to Tel Aviv on Wednesday to gradually bring home the tens of thousands of Israelis stranded abroad by the war against Iran.

The first El Al flights, which are completely sold out, will depart from Larnaca, Athens, Rome, Milano and Paris, Israel’s national carrier stated on Tuesday.

Three smaller Israeli airlines—Arkia, Israir and Air Haifa—will also start flying passengers back to Tel Aviv on June 18 if security conditions permit. Their initial pre-assigned repatriation flights were also sold out.

The news came as some 150,000 Israelis remain stranded abroad since the Jewish state closed its airspace to civilian traffic after launching a preemptive strike on Friday against Iranian nuclear and military sites.

The El Al flights to Tel Aviv will only be available to travelers whose tickets were canceled due to the war.

There will be no outbound flights from Israel. Israel’s airspace for commercial flights remains closed through at least Monday.

More than 60,000 passengers signed up on El Al’s registration site in the hour after the return flights were announced on Monday.

Prioritization of flight assignment is subject to the date of cancellation of the original flight and exceptional medical humanitarian cases.

Arkia will let those wanting to return to Israel book a flight on its website, while Israir said that it would first work to return its ticketed passengers, starting with group travel. Air Haifa announced that it will run up to nine daily flights from Larnaca, beginning with ticketed passengers.

Miri Regev, Israeli minister of transportation, announced on Monday that the rescue flights would begin within 72 hours pending final security approval.

The head of Israel’s Civil Aviation Authority warned this weekend that it will take weeks before all Israelis stranded abroad will be able to fly home.

Israeli carriers have relocated their planes to Larnaca, Cyprus, and Athens, Greece, in line with the recommendations of a contingency plan developed ahead of the strike on Iran.

Rebutting Thomas Freidman from The New York Times

by Shira Miller

Thomas Friedman has been a thorn in Israel’s side for several decades.  He recently penned a horrific article entitled, “This Israeli Government is a Danger to Jews Everywhere.”

The truth is that Thomas Friedman has had a  long-standing anti-Israel bias all his life.
Thomas Friedman wants you to believe a convenient fiction: that he was once a supporter of Israel whose views changed only after witnessing Israeli actions in Lebanon. This carefully crafted narrative, which he peddled in his book “From Beirut to Jerusalem,” is demonstrably false. The truth is that Friedman’s hostility toward Israel dates back at least to his college days—long before he ever set foot in Lebanon.
