Since Charedim Will Do Nothing About the "Lev Tahor Cult" Zionists Will Come to the Rescue

This is the cult that Ami Magazines said are "Tzaddikim"!
I'm sure that after the rescue by the Zionists, Charedim will again scream, "They will cut the peyos off! They will make them Chilonie"
You know what? Do something about it! Chicken soup isn't going to cut it now!
Cutting their peyos off is the least of their problems!

In a tense session of the Knesset's Aliyah and Absorption Committee, harrowing testimonies were presented about the condition of Israeli children held in welfare facilities in Guatemala since December, after being removed from the extremist “Lev Tahor” cult.

“You have no idea what the little girls are going through there,” said Esther, a grandmother who managed to bring her five-year-old granddaughter back to Israel. “The girl said about her sister, ‘Soon she’ll be 12, so she’ll become a bride.’ It’s unthinkable!”

According to testimonies revealed during the hearing, children in the cult suffer severe abuse, including solitary confinement, starvation, and even rape. Special concern was raised over young girls who are forced into marriage at age 12, against their will and in violation of the law.

“Time is working against the children, and action must be taken quickly to rescue them,” Esther stressed to the Committee.

Orit Cohen Amir, representing the families, criticized the authorities for ongoing delays: “For 15 years we’ve been told it’s complicated, it’s confidential. Not a single child has returned because of the actions of those in this room.”

n response, Dr. Tamar Rozmarin Ze’ev from the Prime Minister’s Office stated, “In the past week, criminal proceedings have accelerated, and we are holding regular status discussions among all relevant government ministries.”

Committee Chairman MK Gilad Kariv emphasized the need to speed up bureaucratic processes.

“I’m under the impression that the State authorities are making efforts, but there are still gaps,” he said. He noted that “significant behind-the-scenes efforts are underway,” but stressed that “critical bureaucratic processes must be sped up.”

Following the session, a NIS 1.5 million aid package was allocated to assist families working to rescue the children. The support plan was developed in cooperation with the Prime Minister’s Office and the Jewish Agency.

At the same time, the Foreign Ministry is recruiting personnel to bolster operations at the Israeli embassy in Guatemala and is engaging with counterparts in other countries to advance efforts to bring the children home.

4.6-magnitude earthquake felt across Israel Especially in Beit Shemesh

An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.6 was felt across Israel early Wednesday morning.

Residents of Israel reported that the quake was felt, among other places, in Beit Shemesh, Haifa, Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, and additional towns in central Israel.

The epicenter of the quake is likely Crete, Greece, where an earthquake with a magnitude of 6.3 was reported.

In March, an earthquake with a magnitude of 4.3 was felt in the city of Eilat. No injuries or damage were reported.

According to the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre, the epicenter of the earthquake was near the Red Sea, approximately 65 km south of Eilat and 16 km from the resort city of Nuweiba in Sinai.

In August of 2024, an earthquake was felt in many towns and cities in northern and central Israel.

There were no reports of injuries or damages.

The epicenter is believed to be an earthquake measuring 5.5 on the Richter scale that occurred in Syria, and was also felt in Jordan and Lebanon.

Renegade Shas rabbi to establish new party that supports Charedi conscription

A prominent Sephardic rabbi from the southern city of Netivot is planning on establishing a new ultra-Orthodox party to compete with Shas on a national level, after successfully challenging its dominance locally, Israeli television reported Sunday.

According to Channel 13 news, Rabbi Haim Yosef Abergel’s new party will be named “Mayim Chaim” (Living Waters), and will support the introduction of secular studies into the ultra-Orthodox school curriculum as well as military service for Haredim.

Abergel is the son of the late Rabbi Yoram Abergel, a popular rabbi who himself split with Shas in 2015. In 2013, the senior Abergel was arrested on suspicion of extortion in connection with threats against a mayoral candidate in Netivot, but the charges were dropped for lack of evidence.

The younger Abergel’s public split from Shas began last year when he removed his Bnei Yosef school network from Shas’s Maayan HaChinuch HaTorani school network, transferring it to the state-Haredi education track, and beginning the process of introducing the state-mandated core curriculum.

Qatar’s ‘Palace in the Sky’ jet is NOT a ‘free gift’ — and Trump shouldn’t accept it as one

What is President Donald Trump thinking? He’s bragging of winning a $400 million “gift” — a “palace in the sky” Boeing 747-8 jet — from Qatar that, in effect, he’ll eventually own personally.

Sorry, this “gift” is far from free; Qatar will surely expect something in return.

And the optics are beyond awful, especially as Congress mulls hundreds of billions in Medicaid cuts.

“The fact that the Defense Department is getting a GIFT, FREE OF CHARGE . . . so bothers the Crooked Democrats that they insist we pay, TOP DOLLAR, for the plane.” Trump posted on social media.

Yes, Qatar’s opulently decked-out 747 would be transferred first to the Defense Department and used as Air Force One when needed, while Boeing completes work on replacements for the two 30-plus-year-old jets now in service.

It may be OK for Qatar to temporarily lend a plane to America for fill-in use.

But the plan calls for the jet to be donated later to Trump’s presidential library, arguably making him its personal owner.

That not only looks bad; it creates all kinds of conflicts of interest and runs smack into the Constitution’s Emoluments Clause, which prohibits foreign gifts.

Trump may claim it’s just a “nice gesture” from friends; after all, he, his family and his pal and Middle East point man Steve Witkoff enjoy good relations with the Qataris.

Eric Trump signed a $5.5 billion deal with a Qatari company to build a golf club and villas 40 miles north of Doha (it’s expected to net millions for the Trump clan); Qatar spent $643 million in a leveraged buyout to bail out Witkoff and his partners in a New York hotel project.

But again, Qatar is famous for seeking to buy influence.

And it’s not just Qatar: Trump and his family have also been pushing their crypto projects, $TRUMP meme coin and World Financial Liberty, attracting a range of foreign buyers who may be seeking access.

It seems déjà vu Biden corruption all over again.

And in the case of the jet, as Dan Raviv notes, Qatar isn’t truly a friend but a “frenemy.”

Though it lets the United States maintain an air base in Qatar and mediates Israel-Hamas cease-fire talks, it also cooperates with Iran, funds Hamas and hosts its leaders, spreads anti-US and antisemitic hatred via Al Jazeera and buys influence at US college campuses that (surprise!) promote terrorism.

Reports suggest Hamas’ last US hostage, Edan Alexander, whom it released Monday, may fly to Qatar to meet Trump while he’s there this week.

That would perfectly reflect America’s complicated relationship with Doha: While his freedom is terrific news, it may push Trump to pressure Israel for a permanent cease-fire that allows Hamas to survive and remain in Gaza.

Team Trump claims the president’s actions are all meant to benefit the nation, but given all the foreign investments and conflicts of interest — and now a $400 million plane — they seem designed to benefit the president more than anything.

Trump should think twice before accepting this deal.
