Gerer Child Thrown Out of Kindergarten Because the Father Belongs to the Break Off
In a world gone mad, bullies of the Gerer Rebbe, decided to teach R' Leizer Adler a lesson, throwing out his five-year-old child from Gan..because he is from the opposing "Roshe Yeshiva's Faction,"
Was the child sick from covid? No
Was he unruly? No
Did he bring a gun to school? No
Was the child a Bobover or a Satmar Chusid? No
Was he Jewish ? Yes
So what was his crime? ....
That he happens to be the son of someone who belongs to the same religion and the same chassidus...
but is following a Rosh Yeshivah instead of the Rebbe...
These are the Chassidim that learn Torah day and night...and even take a break during davening to learn ...
?זו תורה וזו שכרה .......
I am sure that the guys that ordered this "selection" say everyday the Ani Maamin .. that they believe with "complete amunah" in the coming of Moshiach ...but they are a bunch of liars ..
I have an idea... for the "Gerer Fighters" ...
Join the army .... and you can fight the Arabs instead of other Jews!

Guy "one-punches" a tourist in NYC to Death and Walks... No Jail Time
Notice the murderer is wearing a nice suit .... I find it hilarious when newspapers show photos of murderers in their graduation gowns or walking their puppies......
What a world we live in..
The former Wake Forest basketball coach whose knockout punch led to the death of a Florida tourist in Queens two years ago avoided jail time at his sentencing on Thursday.
Jamill Jones, 37, will serve three years of probation, 1,500 hours of community service and pay a fine of $1,000 in the August 2018 death of Boca Raton resident Sandor Szabo.
Jones had faced up to a year in prison after being found guilty in February of assault in the third degree.
Then an assistant to Danny Manning at the ACC basketball program, Jones had slugged Szabo in the head for drunkenly banging on his car in Long Island City.
Szabo — an online-marketing exec who had earlier in the day attended his stepsister’s wedding — was looking for his ride-share vehicle when he knocked on Jones’ window, his family has said.
The former college hoops coach pursued Szabo and socked him once in the face.

NY Won’t Suspend Licenses For Failure To Pay Tickets or Fines
The New York State Senate and Assembly have passed a bill to end the suspension of driver’s licenses based on the failure to pay traffic ticket fines or fees. The legislation also creates a payment plan system for drivers.
The bill must be signed by Governor Andrew Cuomo to become law.
The new legislation creates a payment plan for drivers.
If a person doesn’t pay for a ticket or fine due to traffic debt, the plan consists of 2% of a person’s monthly income or $10 a month, whichever option is greater.
The reform also reinstates licenses to those who currently have a suspended license due to traffic debt.
“For many New Yorkers, especially those in rural areas with limited public transportation options, the ability to get to and from work is dependent on the ability to drive,” said NY Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie. “When an individual is unable to get to work, it is more than an inconvenience to the driver – it hurts families, communities and employers.”
“The practice of suspending drivers’ licenses for inability to pay fines and fees criminalizes New Yorkers for being poor,” said Assemblymember Pamela Hunter, sponsor of the bill. “Stripping an individual of his or her right to drive does little to accomplish the goal of receiving the fine or fee courts have imposed. In areas with limited public transportation, suspending driving privileges sometimes compels an individual to drive with a suspended license, risking criminal charges, additional fines and possible jail time.”
Under this legislation, a court would no longer be able to suspend an individual’s driver’s license for failure to pay a penalty imposed following a conviction for certain traffic violations or for failure to appear for the matter. Other mechanisms would still be available to the court or tribunal and DMV. In addition, the court or hearing officer imposing a fine or fee would be required to offer the person an installment plan at no extra charge.
New York State regularly suspends people’s driving privileges even though they are not able to pay a traffic-related fine or fee. Between January 2016 and April 2018, New York issued 1,686,175 driver’s license suspensions related to traffic debt. License suspension has significant adverse consequences for the individual, especially in areas where public transportation options are sparse. Without a license, a person cannot drive to work, school or even court. These consequences compound and amplify the impact of the suspension, making it less likely that the person can repay the initial debt and more likely that the person will incur additional censure and penalties from the court.
