His son, Rabbi Aharon Mordechai Rokeach, on Sunday night sent a message via the sect's internal "Kol Belz" system, calling on Belz hasidim in Israel and abroad to pray for the Rebbe's recovery.
The statement said the Rebbe is in a state of great weakness, and urged the public to recite Psalms, give charity, and pray for his recovery.
Over the past Shabbat (Sabbath), the Rebbe did not attend public prayers and instead prayed with a small quorum at his home.
The public is asked to pray for the complete and speedy recovery of Rabbi Yissachar Dov son of Miriam, among the other ill of Israel.

The חכמת אדם writes that when women or the עמי הארץ visit the קברי צדיקים and “pour out their hearts” by addressing their words directly to the צדיק, they risk transgressing the prohibition of דורש אל המתים.
Some גדולים even attempted to prohibit the entire practice of davening at קברי צדיקים, though their efforts were not ultimately accepted.
One can easily imagine how those same גדולים would view today's large‑scale “grave fresstivals”, where gourmet meals for the hungry Yidden are part of the celebration and hundreds of millions of dollars are spent, funds that could arguably be directed toward far more meaningful causes
To K fresser :
You said "transgressing the prohibition of דורש אל המתים"
but we were all taught that
צדיקים במיתתם נקראים חיים
