No. See Sh”t Yabia Omer 1:6(13) if you care to know the distinctions

@anonymous 8:48PM,
Don’t try to insert logical prudence into unfalsifiable bunkum. Like deleterious ladies’ hair, kol isha is equally ruinous, even in recorded form. So it should be logically acceptable for recorded shofar to be an acceptable substitution for the real world thing. Don’t conflate or intermingle logic with Halacha.

Where does it say "singing"? It says a "voice" therefore it means any sound from the woman. Therefore No talking. It doesn't have to do with singing.

@Anonymous 11:34AM,

So employing your whacko reasoning, conversing with your 75 year old grandma on your telephone is halachically impermissible. What about a deepfake creation?
You’re an old idiot.

I looked it up yes correct, if you know her and recognize her he says its assur if not it's not an issue.
So again it's not an across the board issur. It's not kol Isha unless you know her.
