Rav Zilbershtein has a teshuvah on this and in the end he recommends treating the terrorists in hospital for a few reasons.
They should NOT be treated.They should be finished off!They are a living threat to the lives of all Jews.Their halachic status is that of a rattlesnake.They may be killed even on Shabbat.
Correction: I wrote MAY be killed.What I should have written is: "It is a MIZVAH to kill them even on Shabbat!"
