He happens to be a nice guy.
But the billions did not make him more compassionate.
One has nothing to do with the other. Victoria Australia closed everything except essential services and we have had zero cases for a month. Australia has had 908 deaths with a population of 25 million. USA has had 302,000 deaths with a population of 350 million. We'll find out later of it was worth closing down in Australia where we have a generous social services and unemployment payments.
