Obese Auerbach Terrorist becomes a Big "Rebbe" gives people blessings

Auerbach Calls to Renew Terrorism Protests on Monday for a Second Consecutive Day

I sincerely believe that the Israeli Government is allowing these terrorists to continue to paralyze Israel so that the masses get disgusted with the chareidim and will not have them in the next government ...
These brazen savages with their bachelor leader Auerbach are making a massive Chillul Hashem and are causing hate amongst their fellow Jews ....hate against Torah causes...

Following the violent protests on Sunday afternoon and evening, the Peleg branch on Monday, 2 Kislev, announces protests will resume today at 2:30pm.
The announcement reads,
“In line with instructions from HaGaon HaRav Shmuel Auerbach Shlita, take to the streets to protest on behalf of Kovod Hatorah which is being humiliated to the ground to protest the jailing of the best of the Torah and yeshivos, who are sitting in military prison for the past weeks.
We are taking to the streets today in all areas of the country beginning at 2:30pm.
The Save the World Committee said:
The Israeli government must internalize the fact that the chareidi public in Eretz Yisrael is not a partner in the sale of the Torah world, which is being carried out by representatives of the chareidi public. The entire Torah world will continue to shake the entire world until the full status quo is restored in which there are no conditions and induction quotas in turn for not drafting bnei yeshivos.

"What Difference at this point does it make?"

12 Auerbach Terrorists Sentenced up to 90 days in prison.... Torah "learners" Continue to Block Traffic!

On Sunday afternoon 12 Charedim from the Peleg faction, who are still under police custody since the previous round of protests, were sentenced to between 40-90 days in prison.

The military court that held the hearing, said most of them received sentences of varying lengths within that time-frame. The terms are to be carried out inside military prisons. Three of the Peleg received the full 90-day sentences. One received 80 days, another 65, two others 60, one 55, and the remaining three received 45 days. Only one was released without extended sentencing.
Due to the perceived severity of the punishments and the continued arrests of draft dodgers, the Peleg group has announced that they will be resuming their protests across the streets of Israel in an effort to show their disdain for the enlistment commands and the arrests of their fellow Peleg faction members.
The group issued a statement that announced that protests will resume at 7:00 p.m. in the following locations.
Jerusalem – The street corners of Yafo and Sarei Yisrael
Bnei Brak – Street corners of Jabotinsky and Rabbi Akiva
Modi’in Illit – Kfar Ruth intersection
Beit Shemesh – Yehuda Hanassi St.
And similarly in Ashdod, Elad, Tzefat, and various locations in Israel’s south according to the determination of the local Askonim.

Mispalelim (worshipers) are asking their respective rabbis ...."What Happened?"

They have been told at the Asifas that were organized by our "Gedoilei Hador," against the Internet & Smartphones ...that having these "tumidike keilim" will give you evil children....

Everyone will agree that Eisav was the most evil man on earth, yet our Patriarch and Matriarch, Yitzchok and Rivkah gave birth to this Rasha .... and as far as I know they weren't on the internet???

And what is stranger than fiction; Eisav himself had no smartphone, yet he went off the derech?

Zionists Shekel Deemed World’s 2nd-Strongest Currency

Last week, the German financial services giant Deutsche Bank ranked the Israeli shekel as the world’s second-strongest currency, bolstering the broader outlook of the Jewish state’s economy.
“The strength of the shekel reflects the strength of Israel’s current economic position,” Leo Leiderman — a professor of comparative economics at Tel Aviv University and the chief economic adviser for Bank Hapoalim, Israel’s largest bank — told JNS.org, adding that he expects the shekel “to continue showing relative strength.”
During the past year, the shekel has appreciated 6.1 percent against the currencies of Israel’s main trading partners, including the dollar, pound, Euro and yen, according to Deutsche Bank’s strategic foreign currency analyst Dr. Gautam Kalani. Only the Chinese yuan is stronger than the shekel, Deutsche Bank said.
The shekel’s strength results partially from Israel holding one of the largest reserves of foreign currency in the world, which helps to reduce the volatility of the Jewish state’s native currency.

David Teitelbaum Gets Arrested for Raping His Cousin in Williamsburg! Parents of Girl Do Nothing!

An 18-year-old Brooklyn man raped a pre-teen member of his extended family, authorities said Monday.
Police arrested David Teitelbaum late Sunday and charged him with rape, sex abuse and acting in a manner injurious to a child younger than 17.
Teitelbaum, who has no previous arrest record, was arraigned on $15,000 cash bail Monday night.
His defense attorney denied all the allegations, noting that his client has no history of trouble with the law.
"He's a full time student," said defense attorney Israel Fried.
"And from what I was told, the complaining witness' mom doesn't want to go forward with the charges," he added.
A source familiar with the case also said the victim’s parents had stopped cooperating with police, fearful of the shame the incident will cause the family.
Prosecutors said the accused was 17 at the time of the alleged rape a year ago.
The incident occurred during the holidays while the families were visiting, and the adults were asleep.
Prosecutors said Teitelbaum pulled his pants down to expose himself to the girl and then penetrated her.
In another incident, Teitelbaum touched the girl over her skirt, the prosecutor said.
Authorities said the girl told her mother, and then later told a therapist.
The therapist didn't initially report the allegations to police. But when the therapist was told last month that the two families would be getting together again for the holidays, the police were notified.
The girl, whose age and relationship to the victim are being withheld to protect her identity, was attacked inside the suspect’s Williamsburg apartment, sources said.
At some point the girl told her mother the suspect had touched her inappropriately, but the family didn't alert the police, sources said.
“The guy rapes their daughter and they’re protecting him — unbelievable” said the source. “I can’t even imagine how angry I’d be if it was my daughter.”
After the therapist notified the NYPD, the Child Abuse Squad launched an investigation.

1986 LETTER BY PRINCE CHARLES BLAMES 'FOREIGN JEWS' FOR MIDEAST TROUBLES

What an utterly disgraceful letter.
It is, however, well known that the royal family are anti-Israel. The queen has made very many visits to various countries in the Middle East but has never visited Israel, and, indeed, as was pointed out in the article, no member of the royal family has ever made an official visit to Israel. It is also a snub to Israel that no members of the royal family were present at the celebration of the centennial of the Balfour Declaration earlier this month, which was attended by our P.M., Netanyahu. One additional black mark against the royal family is the fact that the late Princess Margaret, the queen's sister, went to see the film "Schindler's List", but walked out at the beginning of it, making that comment that she was sick of Holocaust films. Thumbs down to England's entire royal family!

A31-year-old letter penned by a young Prince Charles has stirred controversy for suggesting that “foreign Jews” were to blame, in part, for the troubles of the Middle East.

The letter, which was released by The Daily Mail on Saturday, also includes suggestions that the US should deal with the “Jewish lobby,” a term considered by some to be antisemitic in its conflation with age-old tropes about the wealth and power of Jews. Charles penned it immediately after returning from an official visit to Saudi Arabia with his then-wife Princess Diana.

“I now begin to understand better their [Arabs’] point of view about Israel. Never realized they see it as a US colony. I now appreciate that Arabs and Jews were all a Semitic people originally and it is the influx of foreign, European Jews (especially from Poland, they say) which has helped to cause great problems. I know there are so many complex issues, but how can there ever be an end to terrorism unless the causes are eliminated?” Charles wrote.

Over the course of the 20th century, millions of Jews immigrated to Israel from across the Middle East and Europe, many fleeing as refugees from oppressive regimes and institutionalized antisemitism.

In the years leading up to the Holocaust, Britain blocked Jewish immigration to Palestine, turning thousands away, many to certain death in concentration camps.

While the prince is largely an apolitical figure, he has been critical of American policy in the Middle East.

He has been seen in the past as a defender of the Jewish community in the UK, and has also been lauded for his support of the kingdom’s Muslim community. A 1993 speech by the prince encouraged cooperation between the West and the Muslim world, and said that “Islam can teach us today a way of understanding and living in the world which Christianity is poorer for having lost.”

While the prince has visited Israel before, neither he nor any member of the royal family has made an official visit to the Jewish state. A trip was planned for fall 2017, but was canceled over fears it would anger Arab allies. The trip would have coincided with the 100th anniversary of the signing of the Balfour Declaration, penned by a British lord, which called for a Jewish national home in the British Mandate.

No members of the royal family were present at the state-organized celebration of the declaration’s centennial earlier this month, which Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu attended.

The royal family has not released a statement regarding the release of the letter or its contents

Sessions considering second special counsel to investigate Hillary

Attorney General Jeff Sessions is entertaining the idea of appointing a second special counsel to investigate an alleged wrongdoing by the Clinton Foundation and the controversial sale of a uranium company to Russia — and has directed senior federal prosecutors to explore at least some of the matters and report back to him and his top deputy, according to a letter obtained by The Washington Post.
The revelation came in a response by the Justice Department to an inquiry from House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.), who in July and again in Septembercalled for Sessions to appoint a second special counsel to investigate concerns he had related to the 2016 election and its aftermath.
The list of matters he wanted probed was wide ranging but included the FBI’s handling of the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server while she was secretary of state, various dealings of the Clinton Foundation and several matters connected to the purchase of the Canadian mining company Uranium One by Russia’s nuclear energy agency. Goodlatte took particular aim at former FBI director James B. Comey, asking for the second special counsel to evaluate the leaks he directed about his conversations with President Trump, among other things.
In response, Assistant Attorney General Stephen E. Boyd wrote that Sessions had “directed senior federal prosecutors to evaluate certain issues raised in your letters,” and that those prosecutors would “report directly to the Attorney General and Deputy Attorney General, as appropriate, and will make recommendations as to whether any matters not currently under investigation should be opened, whether any matters currently under investigation require further resources, or whether any matters merit the appointment of a Special Counsel.”

Israel Withdraws Indictment Against Rabbi Charged With Raping 14-year-old Student

David Harrison

The State Prosecutor’s Office has withdrawn the indictment filed against Rabbi David Harrison, who was charged with abusing and raping a student of his at a religious girls’ high school in Jerusalem. It appears that the prosecutors found too many issues with the woman’s testimony to continue with the case.

Harrison was indicted in December 2016 on dozens of charges, including rape, sodomy, indecent, assault and intimidation, which he allegedly committed against a 14-year-old student who was in ninth grade at the time. The indictment was filed seven years after the alleged events occurred.

Harrison was arrested in early December 2016 and held in jail for about a month before being released to full house arrest for another 10 months.

The evidentiary stage of his trial was scheduled to start on Sunday and the complainant was supposed to testify in court. However, last Thursday prosecutors informed the court that they would withdraw the indictment. Harrison was acquitted and released.

Harrison’s lawyer, Ester Bar-Zion, said they were pleased with the decision to withdraw the indictment and bring about Harrison’s complete acquittal, though they regretted that an indictment had been filed in the first place, despite the fact that he maintained his innocence and passed a polygraph test.

“Evidentiary developments in the complainant’s testimony have occurred since the indictment was filed, which require a reexamination of all the evidence in the case,” stated the Jerusalem District of the State Prosecutor’s Office.

“After examining the evidence in a thorough and in-depth fashion, including talks and a meeting with the complainant, the prosecution reached the overall conclusion that the evidence in the case does not provide a reasonable basis for convicting the defendant on the level required in a criminal proceeding. The decision was made after bringing it to the knowledge of the complainant and her lawyer, and after hearing their position.”

Satmar Raising Money for Zionist Frum Soldiers Who Were Victimized by Crazy Auerbach Protesters !

So now Satmar will raise money for Zionists ?????
Yes ..... there is a G-D and He has a great sense of humor!!
Ha ha ha ha !!!

The Ramle Magistrate Court ruled to award 650,000 shekels in compensatory payment to a chareidi IDF officer, Yehuda Glickman, who serves today as a captain in the reserves. In the past he was the deputy head of the Bnei Yeshivos Unit and he was targeted in the ‘Chardak’ campaign run by the Auerbach Peleg branch and the Eida Chareidis.
Journalist Akiva Weiss reported on Reshet Bet News on Monday morning 24 Cheshvan that askanim affiliated with Satmar who live in the USA and London will be paying the court issued fine in place of three Peleg members ordered by the court to pay.
The court ordered Yonah Martzbach and Shlomo Fein to pay 200,000 shekels each and Yechiel Blau to pay the additional 100,000 shekels. They are also responsible to pay court and legal fees amounting to another 95,000 shekels while Glickman must pay 15,625 in legal fees.
In its ruling, the court made mention of the Peleg pamphlet that was distributed to encourage chareidim to refuse to serve in the IDF. “After the publication of the book ‘Hunters’, a wave resulted, which was expressed in accompanying publications, harassment and telephone harassment, which caused the plaintiff great suffering.
“It is not for nothing that our predecessors have said that loshon hora kills and viewed severely those who used it against its friend,” wrote the judge. At this stage, the judge quoted in his ruling a number of citations from Jewish sources denouncing loshon hara.

CHAREDI SOLDIER WINS NIS 500K IN SUIT AGAINST EXTREMIST HAREDI HARASSERS

Radical elements in the Charedi community have waged a vitriolic campaign of incitement and harassment against Charedi IDF officers in the past few years.

A Charedi IDF officer who hired a private investigator to track down extremist Haredi provocateurs behind a campaign of severe incitement against him has won NIS 500,000 in damages for slander against him.

Radical elements in the Haredi community have, in the past few years, waged a vitriolic campaign of incitement and harassment against Haredi IDF officers involved in recruiting Haredi conscripts, as well as against enlisted Haredi soldiers.

The campaign has taken the form of posters, pamphlets and booklets with cartoons and other images that incite readers against Haredi officials involved in promoting IDF service. These publications routinely depict such people as pigs and malign elements attempting to corrupt Haredi youth.

In July 2015, extremists published a booklet called “The Hunters” containing the names, photos and contact details of the most senior Haredi figures who promote Haredi enlistment, as part of efforts to harass and delegitimize them.

One of the names published was IDF officer Yehudah Glickman. He, along with his wife, were the subject of ceaseless harassment by anonymous people who obtained their phone numbers from the booklet.

The Glickmans received phone calls from people who said they hoped the Glickmans would die quickly, or warned them that they would face harsh justice in the afterlife for their deeds.

Several police investigations were opened regarding the incitement campaign, but progress was slow. Glickman became frustrated with the lack of progress and hired a private investigator to expose the people behind the harassment campaign.

The investigator, David Gabai, who cost the Glickman and his wife tens of thousands of shekels, was able to gain access to the leaders of the campaign, and recorded four of them discussing efforts to stage protests at Glickman’s home.

The fruit of his investigation led to a civil suit for slander against four of the men behind the publication of the booklet. On Sunday, the court awarded Glickman some NIS 500,000 in damages for slander against three of the four defendants. “The entire purpose of these publications is to disparage, shame, insult, and disgrace, and in a way which is above and beyond what is reasonable and acceptable within the limits of freedom of speech,” wrote judge Menachem Mizrahi of the Ramle Magistrate’s Court.

Yossi Green and Shlomo Simcha Event in Lakewood Cancelled By Rabbonim

On Thursday, November 9, composer Yossi Green and singer Shlomo Simcha Sufrin were scheduled to be at Gourmet Glatt in Lakewood, NJ, for a “Leil Shishi Experience,” an event in honor of the release of Yossi’s and Shlomo Simcha’s new album, “Leil Shishi.”
That event was been cancelled.
The event was to feature a complimentary hot and cold buffet, as well as wine tastings by The Vineyard. These have all been called off.
The event was canceled after pressure from rabbinic sources.
Some explain that there were concerns from local yeshivos regarding bochurim attending the event.
“The Leil Shishi event in Lakewood has been called off,” Yossi Green said in a humble and respectful message that was echoed by Shlomo Simcha. “The rabbonim didn’t see it as a proper idea. For us, it’s an opportunity to be mekayeim מצוה לשמוע דברי חכמים! For me, that always comes first. We always hope to do events that will be מקדש שם שמים, but if it doesn’t meet approval of דעת תורה, then it’s out.”

Few Who Leave Chasidic Life Lose Their Families

by Zalman Newfield
As a former member of the chasidic community with a Ph.D. dissertation on those who leave the fold, I note at the outset that the protagonists in “One of Us,” the recently released Netflix documentary, do not represent the majority of those who exit the chasidic or ultra-Orthodox community (“Leaving The Chasidic Fold, But Finding A Family,” Oct. 27).

The three people portrayed are extreme cases, both in terms of the trauma they suffered before deciding to leave and the trauma they suffered while trying to leave. This, of course, is part of what makes the film so captivating. The struggles, commitments, heroism and beauty of the three protagonists, Luzer, Ari and Etty, are laid bare in this masterful work of art.

Monsey Lady Burns Challah and Almost Burns Her entire House Down

A woman burning bread for a religious ritual sparked a house fire in Monsey that severely damaged the home, police said.
The fire, at 92 Blauvelt Road, started around 4:30 p.m. Thursday, when the woman burning old bead on the back porch, saw the fire had caught some dry leaves on fire which in turn moved to the porch, causing extensive damage to the home, said Det. Sgt. Brian Corbett.
The woman, along with another family who lives in a basement apartment, were all able to escape unharmed, Corbett said.
Firefighters from Monsey, Tallman, Hillcrest, Spring Valley, South Spring Valley and Hillburn responded to the fire as did first responders from the Ramapo Valley Ambulance Corps, Rockland Paramedics and Hatzolah ambulance, Corbett said.
