Shimon Weisser Behind the VosIzNeias Ban?? Is he the Thug??

The reliable blog Frumfollies reports that "Shimon Weisser and others are  involved in the ban and are making the rounds trying to kill VIN’s business by threatening advertisers and others who cooperate with it."

מו"ה שמעון ווייזער נ"י

SHIMON WEISSER
718-797-1994

Shimon Weisser, is a community board member who singled himself out as a representative of the Hasidic community.
So here we have a guy who "represents" the Hasidic Community and is a thug.... some "representer!

Call him up and ask him why he doesn't ban the Zeitung, the Yid and The Blatt all Yiddish newspapers that are full of Loshon Harah against any Jew that doesn't agree with their radical ideas?
Ask him what his motive is to close down the blog VIN specifically? Is is because Weisser is somehow connected with Weingarten , who raped his own daughter,   and is now after the News Blog VIN who had the guts to report it? Is Weisser, the Community Board Member, protecting a convicted rapist?

Message to the Thug:
Stop hiding behind your crazy e-mails ... be a man and come out of the closet!

Jihadist: It’s Okay to Kill Civilians- As Long As They are Christians and Jews

Abu Walid Al-Maqdisi Y"MS

A Gaza-based radical leader says it is permissible to kill Jewish and Christian civilians while carrying out jihad, according to a document translated by the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI).
Abu Walid Al-Maqdisi, leader of the Jama’at Al-Tawhid Wal-Jihad organization, was asked about Islam’s position on killing innocent civilians during “martyrdom operations” such as the 9/11 attacks. He replied with a fatwa stating that although Islam prohibits the killing of innocents, Jews and Christians may be attacked because they are “aggressive combatants.”
Even if some of the Jews and Christians in these countries may actually be innocent, Muslim scholars “have ruled that, in the case of a surprise attack, it is permissible to kill all of them” including innocent bystanders, he declared.
Nor should jihadists refrain from carrying out attacks for fear of accidentally harming Muslims “because this would mean stopping the jihad,” Maqdisi ruled. Since “most of the infidel countries that are fighting Islam have some Muslims living in them,” jihad cannot be halted for the protection of co-religionists residing in those states.

"De Zeitung" & "Der Blatt" Continue With Lies and Propaganda Supporting The Rapist Weingarten!

In an unsigned "Guest Editorial," the Yiddish Newspaper, DEE ZEITUNG, in their February 11, 2011 edition, continued to repeat the lie that Weingarten convicted in a Bais Din and in Federal Court, of molesting his child, was totally innocent!
The Newspaper continues to insult the intelligence of its readers by dressing up this demented article as a "Guest Editorial"
The Yiddish Newspaper "Der Blatt" also copied and printed this convoluted article
Dee Zeitung

Loose Translation: 1st paragraph
----Guest Editorial---
(in Hebrew) Sleepers wake up from your sleep:
Rebi Eliyokim Shlesinger Cannot Sleep At Night, And Us?
In the last few months, the community noticed that the name Rebi Yisroel Moshe son of Liba Weingarten, was constantly mentioned. It was done so that the community should help and pray for him and to support the "Pidyan Shevuim" fund to release him (from jail).
Yes, its true, that Jews are doing him a favor; that they mention his name (in prayors) and they send a couple of dollars and hope for the best.
But the "Gedolei Yisroel" who are familiar with the case closeup, request from the community something totally different. They are of the opinion that every Jew must feel the hurt deep in the recesses of their soul, the terrible situation, of the  "Sefer Torah" being in pain, and every Jew is required to be "Moiser Nefesh" to redeem him.

Dus Iz Nies comments:
"Gedolei Yisroel, that are "familiar with the case closeup?" Excuse me ,which "Gadol" of yours knows the case closeup? None of your "Gedolim" questioned any of the witnesses. Did Rav Moshe Green who went to Virginia to visit "Harav HaGoen Rosh Yeshivah, Rav" Yisroel Weingarten, ask him directly "did you sleep with any of your daughters?" I doubt it! I know for a fact that he did not question one single witness....so which "Gedolim" are familiar with the case closeup?
"Every Jew is required to be "Moiser Nefesh" to redeem him."
Rabbi Shlesinger ... were you "Moiser Nefesh" for Fruma Leah when she was crying out for help? Are we required to be "Moiser Nefesh" only for Rapists? We just want clarity about your psak!

Translation of 2nd- 8th Paragraph
Here, is a Yiddish translation what the Renowned Gaon and Tzadik, from the Elders of the Jewish Scholars, Rebi Eliyakim Shlesinger Shitah wrote to the Community Organizers in Monsey, about his feelings and his observations after he visited the Rav and Gaon Rebi Yisroel Moshe Shlitah, with "Mesiras Nefesh"in such a far away place.

"It is noble for all of you who are involved in the great mitzvah of Pidyan Shevuim for our friend Harav the Gaon Rebi Yisroel Moshe Weingarten Shlitah. We are all in pain and with worry about his situation, and may G-D help you in all your efforts of trying to take him from darkness to light.

I would like to report what it looked like when I went visiting this great Scholar. I am still astounded and when I think about it, I shiver, I still cannot believe what I saw.

They took him into a room, where big burly guys dragged Harav the Gaon Rebi Yisroel Moshe by his hands. His hands and feet were bound in heavy iron chains, he could hardly walk, and he was suffering. Reb Yisroel Moshe sat in a tiny room, like an animal in a cage, and they closed the room with a  large iron door where he was trapped. Harav the Gaon Rebi Yisroel Moshe looked horrible, scary. When I saw him I had to keep strong with all my strength so that I shouldn't faint from witnessing this painful and scary scene. "Woe to those who see a Sefer Torah in such pain."

I saw that his soul and body were in danger every second. He told me just abit about his struggles..frightening!
He hardly sees the light of the day, they prohibit him from opening the little window of his room, he eats nothing but a little fruit, and this is also very skimpy. It is clear that they want to break and destroy him.

Dus Iz Nies comments:
Notice that he doesn't mention the pain or the struggles of Weingarten's victims! You did a great job describing the travails of YMW ... can you please describe in detail the horrors that a little girl must feel when getting sexually abused, by her own father, who is supposed to protect her?

Translation of 9th - 12th  Paragraph
How sad and frightening, that on the other hand I saw the great strength of this great Scholar, though he is very scrawny, weak and sick, his words are  measured, his thoughts are very organized, with knowledge and wisdom, with faith and belief with prayers and requests.

He made a special impression on me when he told me that he suffered all his life so that his children should grow in Torah and fear of Heaven, without any evil influences, and this he accomplished by most of his children, and this is his comfort.

I physically came apart when I heard words from this broken vessel, words of Torah and wisdom, Halacha, and aggada with strength of his soul.

Believe me with truth, my dear friends, that after this visit I would wake up on many nights crying, after  seeing the great pain and the contempt of Torah. Till this very day I cannot free myself from this scary sight.

Dus Iz Nies comments:
Rabbi Shlesinger, did you shed ONE tear for Leah and the other children that were raped and abused by this monster? I think not! How many nights were you up crying when his innocent child was being raped? I suspect ..you were sleeping peacefully!!
Rabbi Schlesinger....we call that "crocodile tears!" "Woe to the Jewish People that have leaders like you!"

Translation of 13th - 14th  Paragraph
I am so far away from there, what can I do besides praying and to  notify other Jews about his great pain.

I am very close with Harav Weingarten, always in touch with him, and I had a discussion about his situation with the Gaon Rebbi Chaim Kreisworth Z"L when he was still alive. He made clear that According to the Torah he is innocent, all complaints against him are all fantasies and Libels, and unfortunately his blood was shed by a couple of "Moisrim"

Dus Iz Nies comments:
Rabbi Shlesinger ... please enlighten us....who else was there when this discussion took place? What was discussed? On what basis did R' Kreisworth Z"L say he was innocent? Did he speak to any of the people or children who claimed that they were abused? Did he convene a Bais Din? No! We now know that he didn't ... so what information did you and him have to make such an outrageous statement?
If you were so close to  Rav Kreisworth Z"L, why  didn't you sign the typed letter stating that Weingarten was innocent?
And can you please tell us who the "Moisrim" were? What was their motive?
Rav Kreisworth Z"l was niftar in the year 2001... are you sure that R' Kreisworth would still have believed him innocent after a legitimate Bais Din convicted him of Rape?
What would Rav Kreisworth have said if he knew about the following FBI report when the Gaon & Tzaddik Weingarten  was arrested:
 From Frum Follies
The defendant was arrested by Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”) agents in his home. Six of his children, including Chayeh and Chaneh Weingarten, were present. At the time of his arrest, and without having been asked any question by the agents, both Chayeh and Chaneh stated to the agents that it is acceptable for them to sleep in the same bed with their father.(Source: Pre-trial US motion In limine . . ., Docket number 18, page 24)

At the time, Chayeh Surah was 22 years old, and Chaneh Goldeh was 19 years old!
By the way, Rav Kreisworth Z"L now knows the truth!
Translation of 15th - 17th  Paragraph
The greatest strength to a "Mashchis" are those "Parve People" who do nothing and keep quiet. Whoever possesses a drop of "fear of heaven" must throw money and work, with body and money to rescue him.
We have already seen that the prayer of a Tzaddik makes a mark, and he had the merit that his dear children have all been successful. They got married and managed to build Truthful houses. G-D will continue to help, calling to those who are bound, freedom. And all those who take a part will be helped with all that is good.
Dear Jews, lets take these words deep into our hearts, and have mercy on this great scholar that is suffering pain from his enemies. Let's have in mind with our prayers that he should be rescued, and let's answer to this appeal warmly with money to this great mitzvah of Pidyan Shevuim.
Dus Iz Nies comments:
Excuse me, I'm going to throw up!
I now believe that the above article printed exactly alike in all Yiddish Papers, more than likely was an ad paid by the Organizers to release the "pervert" from Jail. Its interesting that they all know that it will never happen, I believe that this campaign was organized to line the pockets of the Organizers....
In "Der Blatt" the Guest Editorial" appeared on page 24, under a paid advertisement which notified the readers that the three organizations that work to free Jewish Inmates have now joined together under one banner. The three oranizations are:
"Min Hameitzar," its logo are two hands in cuffs with the byline "A Hand For Jewish Inmates In Correctional Facilities," the second one is "Shalom Ateriech," also has a logo with hands in cuffs, and finally "Dror" with a picture of adults and children behind bars.
It now becomes crystal clear  why the "clown" Handler on the  Zev Brenner Show  February 6, 2011 kept comparing the Weingarten case to the Rubashkin Case, to try to get the Rubashkin donors to contribute to the above organizations so that all funds go to one big pot, and then all of those "Community Organizers" fighting for the release of the pervert Weingarten can get rich! Nobody losses, Weingarten stays in Jail for 30 years, and the "Organizers" have parnassah for the next 30 years!

Hey Fatsos! Stay Away From Diet Sodas! You'll Get A Stroke!

New research that links diet soda consumption with an increased risk of heart attack and strokehas doctors urging caution about the controversial and preliminary results. According to a study of more than 2,500 people presented today as a poster at the American Stroke Association International Stroke Conference in Los Angeles, people who drank diet soda daily had a 61 percent increased risk of cardiovascular events compared to those who drank no soda, even when accounting for smoking, physical activity, alcohol consumption and calories consumed per day.

With Frum Jews Soon Becoming Majority In Israel, Who Is Going To Support Them?

Who is going to support all the frum families, since they will all be learning full time?
Is this what our Chazal wanted? Did the Chazal want us to antagonize the "chilonim?" Is this the way we are going to be "mekareiv" them?
Why are we constantly deriding the Zionists while at the same time taking their money??
Isn't it time that we give Hakoras Hatov to Medinas Yisroel? Or are we going to bash them and then protest in the streets of Yerushalyim when they take the stipends away?

On whose "cheshben" are we learning full time?? I'm all for learning, but didn't we promise our wives when we gave them the Ketubah that we will support them?

Is this the lessons that we are giving our children? Take, Take, Take??????

Why is it that a boy that wants to make a living has a hard time doing a shidduch? Why are the Seminaries teaching our daughters the big lie that boys who work are no good?
What is happening? Why are we allowing our "mechanchim & mechanasas" to brainwash our precious children to look down on "baalei batim?"

Dramatic changes may be coming in Israel : Demographers now estimate about a third of last year's Jewish babies were born into the ultra-Orthodox community, an insular and devout minority that has long been at loggerheads with the rest of the increasingly modern and prosperous country.
"Part of the issue is the community's poverty: About half of ultra-Orthodox adults do not work, and many men are full-time Torah students with government stipends that anger the secular majority but are nonetheless quite meager. Of the estimated 700,000 haredim in Israel – around 9% of the population – just under 60% live below the poverty line."

They Refuse to Change!
Many community leaders chafe at change, "What does society want us to do, kill ourselves? Our community is a fact and everybody needs to understand that we exist and are not going anywhere," said Rabbi Shmuel Pappenheim, a spokesman for the Eda Haredit, an umbrella group of ultra-Orthodox factions. "This community will continue to thrive and nobody can change it."
Rabbi Shmuel Pappenheim

Rabbi Handler on Zev Brenner Show Calls Rabbis of Monsey "lightweights"

William Handler
Zev Brenner
Rabbi William Handler Spokesman of the Vaad Harabonim of Monsey told the world on the Zev Brenner Radio Show on Motzei Shabbos February 6, 2011, that Rabbi & Posek Ben Zion Wosner Shlitah ( Head of the Shevet Levi Rabbinical Court in Monseyand Rabbi & Posek Yecheskel Gold Shlitah, Satmar Dayan, and Rabbi Leibish Rottenberg shlitah of Forshey, are "lightweights!" He then called Rabbi Rottenberg a "Rebbele with a Shteebel"
(Harav Chaim Leibish Rottenberg Shlita, is the Mora d'asra of Beis Hamedrash Netzach Yisroel of Monsey, and is a renowned scholar and posek of Bikur Cholim and Hatzalah)
This Handler guy had no problem being Mevazeh Talmedei Chachomim (ridiculing Torah Scholars) to thousands of listeners, while accusing others of the same. He insulted Harav Blau Shlitah, (Rosh Yeshiva Yitzchok Elchonon) who appeared on last week's panel on the Zev Brenner show. He had the "chutzpah" to lecture us about having respect for Gedolim and "Koved Hatorah."

This is in reference to Weingarten, the convicted Rapist. The above mentioned prominent Rabbonim of Monsey convicted Yisroel Moshe Weingarten in a Bais Din ...
Handler in effect said that the Rabbonim that investigated the case and questioned the victims and witnesses are not Daas Torah, but only his  Rabbonim that never investigated and never questioned any witnesses and who are backing the convicted Rapist are Daas Torah!
He then read a typed letter that clames that Weingarten is innocent and that letter was allegedly signed by Rabbi Kreisworth Z"L of Antwerp. Rav Kreisworth has long since died and no one can question Rav Kreisworth whether he in fact signed the letter and if he actually met with any of the victims (he didn't). The other signatures were signed in different ink and added later on so there is no way to ascertain whether any of the other signers had any knowledge if R' Kreisworth actually signed the typed letter, some "yukel" could have forged R' Kreisworth's signature... we will never know. Another signer Rabbi Yitzchok Tuvia Weiss of Badatz Yerushalayim is the same Rabbi who enthusiastically supported the trend of religious women walking around covered head-to-toe in black clothes

R' Weiss also supported the haredi mother who starved her own child, leading to months of haredi riots against Hadassah Hospital. He supported Yisroel Valis who murdered his own handicapped child. And now he currently supports convicted child rapist Israel Weingarten.
Handler accused the trial of being fixed and claimed that some Satmar guy from Monroe by the name of "Witroel" influenced Judge Gleason. He said that he saw "Witroel leave Judge Gleason's chamber" but then in the same interview he says that he never attended the trial! One of the children of Weingarten called in and said a Satmar Guy by the name of Lefkowitz did him in. Let's blame everybody but Weingarten.

Turns out that the Monsey Rabbonim put up a guy by the name of Handler to be their spokesman, who never met Weingarten, never met any of the witnesses and admitted on live radio that he doesn't know anything about the case; mocked Gedolei Yisroel and poskim like R'  Wosner, R' Rottenberg, Rabbi Gold and Rabbi Blau!
Handler said that in "America every body can be a Rabbi," but when Mark Meyer Appel called him "Mr. Handler," he immediately corrected him and said that he was a "Rabbi."
It is people like Handler that cause people to have zero respect for our Gedolim.
He called Rabbonim and noted Poskim who don't agree with him "lightweights"and "Yechidim."
Handler (a heavyweight physically) himself is a rabid Anti-Zionist; an extremist in his views and dismisses  the greatest of our Rabbinic leaders,  the Gerer Rebbe, The Belzer Rebbi, the Vishnitzer Rebbi, the Kloisenberger Rebbi  and the Lubavitcher Rabbi, who all supported Israel.  Handler prays every single day for the demise of the State of Israel, knowing full well that this would cause G-D forbid the annihalation of millions of his brethren.
He once protested in front of the house of The Great Tzaddik the Bobover Rebbe, Reb Shlomo Z"l, when the Rebbe met with the then Mayor of New York, Ed Koch!
He supports "Daas Torah" only when it coincides with his twisted way of thinking, and this is their spokesman.

Shame on you Handler!!

Egypt is on fire, but George Soros claims that Israel is the "stumbling block."

This is mind-boggling. This self hating Jewish Thug blames Israel for turmoil in the Middle East!

"The main stumbling block is Israel. In reality, Israel has as much to gain from the spread of democracy in the Middle East as the United States has. But Israel is unlikely to recognize its own best interests because the change is too sudden and carries too many risks. And some U.S. supporters of Israel are more rigid and ideological than Israelis themselves. Fortunately, Obama is not beholden to the religious right, which has carried on a veritable vendetta against him. The American Israel Public Affairs Committee is no longer monolithic or the sole representative of the Jewish community. The main danger is that the Obama administration will not adjust its policies quickly enough to the suddenly changed reality."

Novie Zechariah's Grave Found?

Israeli archaeologist Amir Ganor shows the mosaic floor of a Byzantine-period church, which was discovered following excavations in Hirbet Madras, near the Israeli town of Beit Shemesh, on Wednesday. Some scholars believe it may be the residence and tomb of the Prophet Zechariah.

Archaeologists in Israel believe they may have stumbled upon the tomb of the biblical Prophet Zechariah in a newly discovered church.
The church, which is more than 1,300 years old, contains massive marble columns as well as exquisite mosaics, the Israel Antiquities Authority said in a statement.
Archaeologists believe that the church, uncovered in Hirbet Madras in central Israel, is the location marked on the Madaba Map as the tomb of Zechariah, according to Haaertz.

Egypt Will Never Ever Be A Democracy & Did Obama Provoke the Chaos?

"Without knowledge of the likes of Locke and Burke, Hamilton and Jefferson, my country is doomed to either unbridled radicalism or continued repression ..."

Egypt Doesn't Have a Democratic Culture

By Amr Bargisi

As of this writing, the contest between President Hosni Mubarak and hundreds of thousands of protesters remains a standoff. No one can predict what Egypt will look like in a few days—let alone the next few months and years. But from my vantage point in Cairo, I believe that the result will be one of two evils.
First, the 1789 case—a win for the revolutionaries, as the massive anger that sparked the uprising is channeled into a Jacobin regime that hunts down its enemies mercilessly. It is a grave mistake to assume that the rage of the masses will be placated by the ousting of the tyrant.
Last night, one demonstrator told two friends of mine in downtown Cairo's Tahrir Square that the next step will be to knock on the doors of suburban villas and ask the owners: Where did you get the money to afford these?
The second possibility is a reactionary scenario. If the ruling elite wins—meaning Mr. Mubarak's cronies, if not Mr. Mubarak himself—the country will be ruled by a contract between the state and the frightened middle classes to make sure no similar uprising ever happens again. This is an angle that has been totally missing from Western media coverage, as far as I can tell without Internet access.
There is another force in the streets of Cairo besides the demonstrators. Equal, if not in numbers then certainly in influence, are the thousands of young men standing all night in front of their houses and stores to protect them from looting.
Perhaps they share the anger of their peers in Tahrir Square, but their fear is much stronger than their rage. On Friday night, after the police disappeared, these young men got a taste of what could come: Hundreds of thugs roamed the streets, looting and burning. Then there are the inmates, reportedly several thousand, who have fled prison and are apparently still on the loose.
I believe the reactionary scenario is more likely. But regardless of my own opinion, what is clear is that Egypt lacks the sort of political culture that can sustain a liberal democratic regime. The superficiality of the opposition's demands is matched only by the absurdity of the regime's discourse. Without knowledge of the likes of Locke and Burke, Hamilton and Jefferson, my country is doomed to either unbridled radicalism or continued repression.

Obama pals provoked Egypt chaos?

Months before protests erupted throughout Egypt aimed at toppling the regime of President Hosni Mubarak, President Obama's own associates provoked anti-regime chaos on the streets of the now embattledMiddleEast country and longtime U.S. ally.
