US to build large military base near Gaza border

The United States is advancing a plan to build a large military base in the Gaza envelope, the Shomrim news website reported, citing Israeli officials who were exposed to the plan.

According to the report, the base is intended to be used by the international forces who will operate in the Gaza Strip to enforce the ceasefire and is expected to house thousands of servicemembers.

The cost of construction is estimated at half a billion dollars, and the Americans have begun examining possible locations in the area for the base. The initiative is being advanced in cooperation with the Government of Israel and the IDF.

At the moment, the US military presence in Israel is relatively limited, consisting of 200 soldiers operating out of the US Central Command Civil Military Coordination Center (CMCC) in Kiryat Gat.

However, according to reports, the CMCC is expected to take full control of the humanitarian aid distribution system in Gaza, a process that was previously carried out under Israeli supervision.

The Israeli Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories' (COGAT) role is expected to be significantly limited.

Mark Levin Explodes on Tucker Carlson: “You’re a Nazi Promoter, a Modern-Day David Duke”

Conservative firebrand Mark Levin unloaded on former Fox News colleague Tucker Carlson in a blistering on-air rant Friday, calling him a “Nazi promoter” and a “modern-day David Duke” after Carlson invited him to a public debate at an upcoming Turning Point USA event.

Levin revealed the text exchange during The Mark Levin Show, reading what he described as a “verbatim” transcript of their conversation. The veteran radio host said Carlson reached out earlier in the day to propose a face-to-face debate in December — an offer Levin rejected outright.

“I’d rather debate a skunk,” Levin said. “My family and I want nothing to do with you [and] what you’ve become — your vile libels against my faith, millions of Christians, and in my view, what you seek to do to our country. There’s nothing to debate. You’re a Nazi promoter. You’re the modern-day David Duke.”

Levin then blasted Carlson’s recent decision to host extremist Nick Fuentes, a white nationalist and Holocaust denier, on his show. “What would Charlie [Kirk] say? What would Rush [Limbaugh] say?” Levin asked rhetorically, referring to the Turning Point USA founder and his late mentor. “Charlie Kirk would be sickened.”

According to Levin, Carlson responded to the rejection within minutes.

“For the record, I’m strongly anti-Nazi,” Carlson allegedly wrote. “But that’s hardly the point. This seems like the perfect opportunity to rebut what you consider evil ideas, and to do it to my face like a man. I think you’d jump at the chance, assuming you believe your positions are defensible. I’m offering the marketplace of ideas you often talk about — is it possible you can’t really defend, for example, what Israel has done to civilians in Gaza?”

Levin said he replied that Carlson was not feared, but “despised.”

Carlson’s final message, according to Levin, was brief and cutting: “Well, you’re a coward. If you change your mind, I’m here. Thanks.”

That set Levin off. “He’s a little bastard,” Levin fumed. “He’s attacked my stepson — who is serving honorably as a senior advisor to Mike Huckabee, the U.S. ambassador to Israel. This guy has no shame.”

Later in the broadcast, Levin accused Carlson of committing an “unspeakable betrayal” against Turning Point USA and its founder, Charlie Kirk, by platforming Fuentes, whom Levin described as “Kirk’s enemy.”

“It’s not about free speech,” Levin said. “You could be heard by millions. This is about decency. Tucker has figured out that the more disgusting, heinous, racist, bigoted, antisemitic, anti-American things he can say, the better it is for his video podcast. He’s chasing outrage for profit.”

The remarks mark the latest in a growing feud between the two right-wing figures, once aligned under Fox News’ conservative banner. Their relationship soured following Carlson’s ouster from Fox in 2023, with Levin repeatedly criticizing Carlson’s post-network ventures — including The Tucker Carlson Show and his controversial interviews with foreign leaders and fringe figures.

Levin ended his broadcast with a final parting shot: “Tucker Carlson has betrayed every value he once claimed to hold. This isn’t journalism. It’s poison — and I want nothing to do with it.”

Netanyahu’s Cases Disintegrating, Yet the Man Behind Israel’s Judicial Coup wants him to cop a plea!

In another episode from the judiciary system in Chelm, former Supreme Court president Aharon Barak, who is the man behind the unchecked powers of the Israeli judiciary system, claimed on Sunday that Israel is on a slippery slope toward becoming a “dictatorship.”

He also made a veiled threat toward Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, saying that soon it will be “too late for a plea deal, when even I will think it’s too late.” His remark comes after earthshaking developments in the trial, with the cases against the prime minister continuing to collapse.

Barak has previously made behind-the-scenes efforts to end Netanyahu’s trial and reach a plea deal. However, Barak’s demands (that the plea include a charge of moral turpitude and that Netanyahu retire from politics) are especially absurd as the cases fall apart one by one, and top investigators are even arrested.

Most recently, the testimony of Lt. Col. (res.) Tsahi Habkin, currently underway, has sparked major public uproar in Israel.

Just last week, Habkin testified that the highest-ranking police investigators assigned to the cases forged, lied, tampered with evidence, perjured themselves, and committed a long list of extremely serious criminal offenses.

Habkin testified that then-Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit authorized only one specific investigative action regarding billionaire James Packer and Yair Netanyahu, but the police investigators expanded the investigation on their own—without legal approval.

In addition, a senior police officer (with the rank of Assistant Commissioner) who led the investigations against Netanyahu allegedly instructed investigators to obstruct the investigation.

Channel 14 journalist Yinon Magal provided a transcript of parts of Habkin’s testimony, entitled “The Comedy Of The Netanyahu Trial.

The Scammer from Beit Shemesh! "Gemach Chasdei Yosef" Exposed as a fraud!

From CBN

*"Gemach Chasdei Yosef," which has run full-page ads in major frum magazines for YEARS, has been exposed as an alleged fraud operation targeting struggling Jewish families.*

After a months-long investigation cleared by NJ-based Rabbanim, overwhelming evidence reveals the operation's true nature.

For years, Gemach Chasdei Yosef used the sacred word "gemach" to gain trust. Their promise: "We have special bank relationships. We can get your credit card rates to 0%."

The reality: It is anything but a gemach. They lied about dozens of things and allegedly charged their victims thousands of dollars up front for services that federal law prohibits from requiring advance fees, often before even signing a contract, for ordinary debt management services that legitimate nonprofits provide for about $25 a month.

Ben Sion Abadi ( who lives In Beit Shemesh) allegedly operates both “Gemach Chasdei Yosef” and the so-called “law firm” M Law Collect, creating what sources describe as a fake referral system designed to disguise a single predatory operation. Victims report unauthorized credit-card charges, excessive and prohibited fees, fake email accounts created in their names, and being locked out of their own debt-management accounts.

More on the Humiliating "Aveirah Tantz"

From EMAILIM BATORAH

Origin of the Mitzvah Tanz

                                   עבירה טאנץ

Five hundred years ago, the Minhag in Poland was for the wedding guests, especially the תלמידי חכמים and חשובים to dance holding hands with the כלה.

The היתר for this practice was given that it was done כדי לחבבה על בעלה,
to increase her husband’s affection for her, and also  - for the כבוד of her father.

There was no concern for the guests having illicit thoughts, being
it wasn't done as דרך חיבה (affection) and also because they were dancing in public, while others observed them.

The מהרש"ל   and others opposed this מנהג. They tried to abolish it.
They held this to be a מצוה הבא בעבירה. (Aveirah dance)
holding hands of an אשת איש

The ב"ח wrote that in his region,( Galicia) this Minhag was still practiced. He didn't condemn it.  However, he did condemn this practice in those areas where there was no such Minhag.

Some would hold hands with the כלה, but would have a kerchief
separating their hands so as not to have skin touching skin.

The תורת חיים writes that holding hands is אסור even when a kerchief is used between the hands.

                                       מצוה טאנץ
At a later date, dancing with the כלה not holding hands was introduced. The כלה would hold on to one corner of a kerchief* and the guest to the other corner of the kerchief.

Thus, what was once considered an Aveirah Tanz became the Mitzvah Tanz.

Yated Editor Israel Friedman says that Rav Landau Said "We are War" No no no ! Not with Hamas but with other Jews! Unbelievable!

DIN:I decided not to comment! I thought it better to just highlight in Green the outrageous, sick sayings of this nutcase! I will highlight in red those statements that I want you guys to read carefully!

Israel Friedman, editor-in-chief of the Yated Ne'eman newspaper, sought over the past weekend to clarify the haredi position in light of the ongoing war and the complex issue of military conscription.

Yated Ne'eman is not a newspaper, it is a mouthpiece,” he declared in an interview with Makor Rishon, emphasizing that every sharp headline published is backed by a clear rabbinic directive.

I’m not the free press. I am the voice of the Torah sages. For people to read me, I need to be engaging, but even when I write a political headline, I pray to have a good newspaper that will be able to fulfill its role and make the Torah sages' voices heard.”

Referring to a July 2024 front-page headline “Declaration of War,” which appeared after Rabbi Dov Lando called on yeshiva students not to report to IDF draft offices, Friedman stressed that Rabbi Lando, “wanted the message to be precise: It was a declaration of war.”

“The intention was that the State is the one who declared war on the haredim,” he claimed.

Regarding the Draft Law, Friedman alleged:

“When it comes to preserving the Jewish people, the majority of the population in the Land of Israel is evading the draft. There is no equality in burden-sharing. The soldiers who are fighting have taken it upon themselves to preserve the Israeli nation, to protect bodies, but they are not engaged in preserving the Jewish people.”

Asked about the soldiers fighting in Gaza, he responded: “Going to fight in Gaza is not preserving the Jewish people; it is preserving the Israeli people. When it comes to preserving the Jewish people, only we contribute.”

He added: “The army says it lacks combat soldiers, and I say: we lack Torah learners! We must further increase the learning in the yeshivas.”

Friedman also warned that the haredi parties might not join with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu following the next election.

“It’s no secret that in our political positions, we do not belong to the Right,” he said. “The moment that joining together endangers the core of the Jewish nation's existence, which is Torah learners, the question will return to the table of the Torah sages, and I cannot tell you what will happen. Nothing is out of the question.”

***********************************************************************

What Israel Friedman didn't say is that the Yated is full of Loshon Hara! I'm not talking about talking Loshon Hara against Zionists, but Loshon Hara against other Gedoilim that don't agree with them.

Also it is important to point out that the late pervert and rapist Chaim Walder wrote a weekly column there and we now know as a fact that their Gedoilei Advisors whom he calls "The voice of the Torah Sages" were aware of Walder's actions as some of his victims consulted with them and those very "Sages" told them that they must get divorced!

Bnei Brak Charedim Beat the crap out of Beit Shemesh Mayor Shmuelik Greenberg

Beit Shemesh Mayor Shmuelik Greenberg Attacked by Charedim During Wedding in Bnei Brak

This would be laughable—if it weren’t so tragic.

Shmuelik Greenberg, once the darling of the Charedi establishment, ran under the Degel HaTorah banner and was installed as their loyal puppet.

During the mayoral elections—just weeks after October 7—they dragged Rav Landau to a rally to oust the incumbent, Dr. Aliza Bloch, a proud shomeret Torah u’mitzvos. Rav Landau declared the election a Milchemes Mitzvah, shut down yeshivos across Beit Shemesh and neighboring cities where Beit Shesh Bochrim were learning, and bused them in to vote. Unsurprisingly, Greenberg won.

All this while the real Milchemes Mitzvah was raging in Gaza, where hundreds of Jewish soldiers were sacrificing their lives al kiddush Hashem

Now, it seems Shmulik has strayed from the script. He’s refused to enforce fanatical demands like banning family seating in eateries etc. And for that, he’s been branded a traitor.

Last year, he was assaulted at a wedding in Beit Shemesh—police had to extract him wearing a helmet to protect him from Charedi thugs. This time, they waited until he attended a simcha out of town, in Bnei-Brak. Word got out, and they pounced—beating him viciously, all under the banner of yet another self-declared Milchemes Mitzvah.

This isn’t just political drama. It’s a dangerous descent into mob rule, where violence replaces dialogue and intimidation replaces leadership. And it’s happening in the name of Torah.

About an hour ago, Mayor Shmulik Greenberg was assaulted by Chassidim while attending a wedding in the city of Bnei Brak

Degal Hatorah to veto death sentence for terrorists Following the footsteps of the Arab Knesset List

DIN:Fascinating, isn’t it? First they refuse to serve in the army, and now they want to keep terrorists alive—as bargaining chips for the next time Jews are kidnapped. It’s a twisted logic that rewards evil and punishes responsibility.

The Satmar Rebbe was right: frum Jews should never have joined the Knesset. And now, watching their leadership twist halachic concepts to justify moral cowardice, I understand why he called them minim and apikorsim. They’ve abandoned clarity, courage, and truth.

Rav Lando argues that executing terrorists could provoke global Arab violence—that it’s a case of rodef, endangering Jewish lives. He says the courts won’t approve it anyway, so why stir the pot?

Well, I have news for Rav Lando: terrorists who are executed don’t murder, rape and kidnap again. Sinwar was spared, and that decision led directly to the horrors we’ve witnessed—rape, murder, and mass kidnapping. That’s not theoretical. That’s blood on the ground.

Keeping terrorists alive isn’t mercy—it’s madness. And dressing it up in halachic language doesn’t make it holy. It makes it dangerous.

The bill to impose the death penalty on terrorists is expected to be brought for a vote in the Knesset plenum on Monday, but it appears not to have blanket support among coalition factions.

The Lithuanian-Charedi Degel Hatorah faction, half of the United Torah Judaism (UTJ) party, has announced that its MKs will vote against the proposal following a Sunday night instruction from Rabbi Dov Lando, the faction’s spiritual leader.

Among Rabbi Lando’s arguments is a claim that there is a concern of "rodef," someone pursuing another to take his life, "because if Arabs around the world see that we are doing something like this, it could lead to bloodshed. In any case there is no chance that a court will approve the death penalty, so this is provocation for its own sake."

Members of Chasidic Agudat Yisrael faction, the other half of UTJ, are expected to be absent from the vote, and Sephardic-haredi Shas has not yet reached a final decision on how its Knesset members will act; the matter is still under internal discussion.

National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir, who chairs Otzma Yehudit, responded: "Unfortunately, [Degel Hatorah chairman MK Moshe] Gafni once again chose his old alliance with [Joint Arab List MK Ahmad] Tibi. Gafni’s habit of veering to the left contradicts the views of his voters who are persecuted by the Left. The death penalty for terrorists will deliver justice and deterrence, also for the haredi families [whose loved ones were] murdered in attacks, and I expect all haredi Knesset members to support this life-saving law, and not believe the hollow promises of the Left and the Arab parties."

"Choosing Life," a forum that brings together hundreds of bereaved families and terror victims, sent a sharp letter to the Degel Hatorah MKs, demanding they not vote against the bill to sentence terrorists to death.

The families recalled the Knesset members’ support for releasing terrorists in the past and said the law would be for them “the beginning of a correction and a bit of consolation.” In their view, “This law is not only a matter of justice; it is a law to save lives. It will deter potential terrorists, prevent their release in future deals, and ensure that the blood of our loved ones was not spilled in vain.”

The bill is promoted by Otzma Yehudit, led by National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir, with the backing of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

The proposal stipulates that a terrorist who murdered an Israeli civilian out of racial or communal hostility, with the aim of harming the State of Israel and the rebirth of the Jewish people in their ancestral homeland, shall be sentenced to death, and only to death.

In addition, the proposal changes the law so that the death penalty could be handed down by a military court with a regular majority of judges, and not only unanimously. It also prevents any mitigation of the sentence of someone who has been given the death penalty in a final judgment.

Brig. Gen. (res.) Gal Hirsch, Israel’s coordinator for hostages and missing persons, also voiced support for the law last week.

“Previously I opposed the law because of the danger to hostages in Gaza,” Hirsch said. “Because all of the living hostages have been returned, the reality has changed. I spoke with the Prime Minister, and he supports the law.”

Hirsch added: “I view this law as a tool for dealing with terrorism. The coordinator for hostages and missing persons should be allowed to submit a classified report to the judge before sentencing a terrorist to death.”
