As you all know and hear that the RBS"O sent this deadly virus so that we could reflect on our way of life and maybe try to improve our Middos and Torah Hashkafois and to learn that Hashem controls the world and that we have absolutely no power or say about anything....in a way it's comforting to know that ..

But the virus unfortunately brought out the worst in us ...

And I'll give you an example ....

In Israel the government ruled that all Yeshivah Boys that are in dormitories would first have to go  to one of the "Corona Hotels" to quarantine for two weeks.. 

So Chareidie Boys, Chassidishe Boys and "Mizrachi (Dati)" Boys were all quarantined in the same hotels......

An amazing thing happened .....

Sit tight guys because you are going to freak out when you hear what happened ....

Chareidie and Chassidishe boys found the Dati contingent in Bais Medrish were all  learning all day  with geshmak... 

They learned that they had been fed lies about the Dati way of life ... they learned that their Roshei Yeshivas and Chassidishe Rebbes were a bunch of liars ... they learned that their parents fooled them into thinking that Mizrachists are all "bar hopping" and all are "club goers" ....

Boy... did their eyes open up when they realised themselves and saw with their very own eyes that while they were hanging out smoking and schmoozing in the hallways, their counterparts... the "Dati Mizrachists" were all in Bais Medrish "shteiging away"

So when the Chareidim came out of quarantine and went home for Shabbos and related to their parents what they witnessed ....the parents threw a Sh__ fit.... but didn't know what to do...

To make matters worse, the Chareidie and Chassidishe boys began to write to the press about what they saw and went to the Chareidie radio station to actually talk and allowed themselves to be interviewed... they flooded all weekly newsletters ..and hundreds of letters were published this weekend ..

Here is just one example of one of the letters..this one was sent to "Matzav Ruach" a weekly Dati newsletter ..

We sat together learning Bava Metzia, R' Chaim Kemiiseh, heilach... and were "shteigen away...

The surprise is humongous!

We found brothers that we never knew existed. Great and dear Brothers who care only about Torah and to make the Name of Hashem great... 

all this without our (chassidishe and yeshivishe) garb, without our "pure hashkafah" and after all this ...they find time to join the army and then return to their Torah studies.

I am now confused and depressed. Is this spiritual "shmad?"

Boys that sit and learn from morning till night, who are stringent in all areas of Halacha ... .... are these the boys that our rabbis are afraid of?

How is it that I grew up being thought that there is only one way to be a ben Torah?

Suddenly, we learn that that there are other ways of being a ben Torah, no less than us ... only in different dress.

How was this hidden from us?

We were told that the "mizrachistin" with kipa seruga and strange sandals don't know how to learn...

We were told that their way is not how to grow in Torah... that they care only about Eretz Yisrael..and that we are only the ones that care about Torah! 

The lied to us ... the facts are different!

I found new brothers .. yes their hashkafa maybe different than mine..but all us really care about Shem Shamayim and to make the Name of Hashem great..and that is really what's important"

The Chareide press could no longer ignore this as the press was widely reporting this and showing live videos of Dati Boys learning together with Chareidim... 

Chareidie boys were identifying themselves on radio with relentless stories of how they were duped .... and so

They freaked out and started to write against this .... worrying that if  this would get any more publicity the whole entire world would  see that they are all liars, fakes and frauds... 

Just wondering  ...Why is it that the "Dati" world isn't afraid of the Chassidishe and Yeshivisheh hashkafah? HMMMMMMM??

R Tuvia Weiss Calls On Satmar To Fight the Police Who Are Trying to Enforce Covid Rules

 

Police sent to enforce Covid rules descended on the Satmar Bais Hemedresh on Rechov Yoel in Meah Shearim this morning.

As the Satmar "Covid Rule Breakers" noticed the police coming  they closed all doors to the Shul and police decided not to break down the doors.

However, outside riots broke out with the Satmar "tzaddikim" throwing eggs at the ones trying to save their lives from the deadly disease.

Joe Biden’s far-left ‘unity’ will divide us

 

The joke survives the test of time and, under the circumstances, deserves repeating. As the late journalist Mickey Carroll told it, a suburban town with a population 90 percent Irish and 10 percent Jewish held a mayoral election involving two candidates — one Irish and one Jewish. 

The Irish candidate won with — wouldn’t you know it? — 90 percent of the vote. Whereupon he immediately denounced the clannishness of the Jews!

The story offers a useful way to view Joe Biden’s calls for national unity. Let’s just say our president is as sincere as the fictional Irish mayor.

Biden won the right to pursue the leftist agenda he campaigned on. But his promise that he will also work for the Americans who didn’t vote for him is more fig leaf than honest invitation. 

As John Mitchell famously said about Richard Nixon’s White House, “Watch what we do, not what we say.”

Applying that standard to Biden, we should ignore the unity talk because everything he has done leans far left.

Again, he’s entitled — elections have consequences. But knitting together a fractured America around a far-left agenda was never going to work. And Biden knows it.

In fact, his actions suggest the “Kumbaya” appeal is not directed at Trump voters or even the public in general. 

It’s really a disguised call to the factions in his own party to stick together, to give him a chance. I’ll keep you all happy, he’s saying, just watch. 

Biden kept Dems together during the campaign because everyone wanted to dump Trump.

Now that he’s won, he’s got to find other ways to keep the fault lines from widening. Early signs show he believes he can straddle the divide by staffing his administration with establishment veterans and party warhorses while giving the passionate far left early policy victories.

Biden said during the campaign he’d rejoin the nuclear deal “as a starting point for follow-on negotiations” if “Iran returns to strict compliance,” working “to strengthen and extend the nuclear deal’s provisions, while also addressing other issues of concern,” such as Iran’s ballistic-missile program, human-rights abuses and “destabilizing activity.” 

That was always naïve, and Javad Zarif, Iran’s foreign minister, confirmed it Friday: “There cannot be any renegotiations,” he wrote in Foreign Affairs. “Iran’s defense and regional policies were not up for discussion,” since the West won’t withdraw from the region and stop selling arms to its allies. 

Zarif proudly declared, “Iran has significantly increased its nuclear capabilities,” and indeed, the International Atomic Energy Agency revealed this month in a confidential report that Iran took a crucial step in December, starting an assembly line to make uranium metal, a key nuclear-weapon component prohibited by the nuclear deal. France, Germany and Britain jointly warned of the “grave military implications,” noting that the metal “has no credible civilian use.”

Chassidim Continue to Antagonise the Goyim ..Three Montreal Shuls Raided By Police Over Shabbos For Ignoring COVID Guidelines

 

Police shut down at least three shuls in Outremont, Montreal on Friday night and Shabbos morning that were open in defiance of COVID enforcement.

Police said they were assaulted while trying to shut down one of the locations on Friday night.

Video footage from Friday night shows a large crowd screaming at police. Shouts of Nazi! can be heard as children are seen running from the building.

One person can be heard yelling “Jews Lives Matter”!

Officers took the names of people present at the scenes and will submit reports to Quebec’s office of criminal prosecutions, which will decide whether to pursue further penalties.

On Motzei Shabbos, Quebec’s Hasidic Jewish council made a public call asking all community members to follow public health guidelines after the incidents which have since been published on many Canadian news outlets.

“It is with regret that the Council of Hasidic Jews of Quebec has learned that certain members of the community have not respected the public health guideline limiting the number of people in a religious institution to 10,” the council said in a statement Saturday night.

While the Council of Hasidic Jews is denouncing any illegal gatherings that took place, the organization is also accusing the SPVM of not properly enforcing the law. At least one of the establishments in question has three separate entrances into three separate closed off spaces, the council said, allowing them to safely accommodate 10 people each.

“This misunderstanding of the regulations by police authorities adds to the confusion,” the council said in its statement.

"Cruel" Biden Stops Trump Order To Slash Price Of Insulin, EpiPen ...Biden in Bed with Pharmaceuticals

 President Joe Biden’s United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) on Thursday stopped executive orders from his predecessor designed to significantly lower prescription drug prices for Americans, including insulin and epinephrine.

The new administration will apparently re-evaluate the executive action from President Donald Trump toward the end of March. It remains unclear if it will be reinstated.

“The HHS Thursday froze the former Trump administration’s December drug policy that requires community health centers to pass on all their insulin and epinephrine discount savings to patients,” Bloomberg Law reported Thursday. “Centers that don’t pass on the savings wouldn’t qualify for federal grants.”

“This freeze is part of the Biden administration’s large-scale effort announced this week that will scrutinize the Trump administration’s health policies,” the report noted. “If the previous administration’s policies raise ‘fact, law, or policy’ concerns, the Biden HHS will delay them and consult with the Office of Management and Budget about other actions.”

Palestinian Authority Threatens to Sue US Ambassador for Recognizing City of David’s Judeo-Christian Values

The threat comes on the heels of a ceremony during which Ambassador David Friedman said that the site was a testament to America’s Judeo-Christian heritage.

The Palestinian Authority is threatening to sue outgoing U.S. Ambassador to Israel David Friedman in international courts for recognizing the City of David as a testament to America’s Judeo-Christian heritage and founding principles, Palestinian affairs expert Khaled Abu Toameh tweeted this week.

The announcement by the PA came on the heels of a special ceremony held earlier this week the U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem to commend the archaeological site for the “seminal role it plays in connecting its visitors to the origins of the values that helped shape America.”

During the ceremony, in which Friedman dedicated a plaque in the City of David’s honor, the ambassador said, “In modern America, we are inspired by many monuments that remind us of the history of our republic. I’ve often wondered what monuments inspired our Founding Fathers. When the drafters of the Declaration of Independence proclaimed that our Creator had endowed each and every American with certain unalienable rights, what monuments inspired them? I suggest that those monuments are located right here, in the ancient city of Jerusalem.”

Friedman also said that he hoped that the plaque would prompt all those who read it to think of the Judeo-Christian values upon which America was founded and “how those values were inspired by ancient Jerusalem and its inhabitants.”

This is not the first time that the PA has threatened to file a complaint against Friedman in international courts. In June 2019, Al Jazeera reported that the ambassador angered the PA Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates in comments he made to The New York Times about the U.S. peace plan for Israel and the Palestinians.

In his interview with the Times, Friedman said, “Under certain circumstances, I think Israel has the right to retain some, but unlikely all, of the West Bank.”
